Highly recommend Mark!! I wanted to get back into the gym after having twins but was lacking motivation/discipline. I also wanted my mom to be a strong grandma. Enter Mark and Flex One. My mom was especially nervous about seeing a personal trainer thinking he would be a jerk. It was hysterical, session one and my mom LOVED Mark. The gym and equipment are super duper clean and very well maintained. Overall I cannot recommend Mark enough to help you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals!!!

I love this place!! Great gym, great people. Mark is my personal trainer there and has been for the last year and a half. Very knowledgeable, will definitely push you, but has also been my voice of reason too. I look forward to going every day that I can. Mark is also very flexible with times and we always manage to work with my schedule! Also every piece of equipment are in great shape. It’s clear that he takes great care of them. I was recommended by several friends about this place and I would highly recommend Mark and Flex One Trinity to anyone!

I’ve been going to Mark as part of a small group training class for over a year and a half now and have no regrets! I’ve always avoided public gyms because I never knew what to do or where to start and thought I would give this a try which has turned out to be the best decision. Mark is an incredible trainer and has created an environment that has made me feel comfortable and confident since day one. Mark has an amazing gym set up. I have had the privilege of training with Mark at Flex One Trinity the past almost 4 years. It has been one of the best decisions of my life. His private gym offers the unique environment to lift without prying eyes. His years of experience is noticed with the pairing of lifts and rotation of exercise to provide optimal results. Most importantly he encourages and corrects form to keep me safe. The accountability of having someone to help me meet my goals has kept me motivated for the past four years! He doesn’t push crazy diet plans or eating habits but supports you in conversation and advice to support your goals. About 2 years ago I experienced a medical condition (now completely resolved) that caused me to lose a significant amount of weight, 55 lbs, in a very short period of time – went from 220 to 165 inside of 10 weeks. While I really needed to lose the weight anyway, I didn’t get rid of just fat – most of my muscles were also gone. Naturally I was very weak and had trouble keeping my balance while walking. I did weeks of research on how to regain my physical strength back, walk without falling over, and keep the weight off.
Weight training, along with a complete change to healthy eating habits, seemed to be to be the best way to pull myself out of my physical deterioration. After more research, I settled on Mark Camacho at FlexOne Trinity as the kind of personal trainer I would be most productive working with. Working with Mark continues to be one of the best experiences of my life. I have been going almost a year, 3 days a week, and, since no one reading this will know me, I can be really egotistical – I look great now, and on the way to hopefully looking fantastic. I am now the same weight (175) and waist size as when I was in the military in my early 20s. I literally had to buy all new clothes – went from a 40 waist to a loose 33; my shirts went from XXL to L (and the occasional M). I have never, ever been physically stronger in my life than right now. My balance is now so good that last week when I walked my steeply pitched roof I felt no hesitation - just the normal amount of caution.
Mark is a pleasure to work with – I look forward to every session. He is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher – I don’t think there could have been a better match. I felt instantly at ease around Mark and the gym. Every week, actually every session, brings success in various ways – physical success from increasing weight or doing exercises that strengthen muscles you never thought still existed, to the more difficult successes to describe: finally feeling good about your physical self after all these years would be on top of my list. Mark and his gym are about more, way more, than just physical strength, as important as that is. To me there is a peace, almost like meditation, when exercising with Mark.

Mark at Flex One Trinity is an excellent personal trainer. Our training sessions focus on compound exercises meant to engage multiple muscle groups. He has a plan for every session and changes things up every few weeks. It’s a permanent spot on my weekly calendar and I look forward to every session.
My doctor recommended a personal trainer with the advice that I can pay for my health now and see long term benefits or pay much more later with minimal benefits. Great advice. Go see Mark at Flex One and save yourself some money when you age. 💪

Mark is sneaky good at his job.
Strength training, sure.
But he does a great job blending whether or not you’ll be able to make it off the curb and into your car from the workout vs. when you wake up the next morning cursing his name because of how he’s strategically working you.

I love the small women’s group that meets a few times a week. I have always been self conscious about working out in a group but here since it’s much smaller and you can go at your own pace it was a perfect fit for me. Plus the women I work out with are awesome making it fun! Mark is a great teacher, he explains all the exercises as we go even when I forget week to week. He also motivates in a way that I don’t feel pressured but want to excel on my own. I get excited to see the progress I make each week.

Wish we could give Mark and Flex One ten stars! The facility is top notch. Excellent equipment and super clean and comfortable. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. He really knows his stuff. My teenaged son and I work out there together and we get more done in an hour than we would all day at the gym without Mark's guidance. Look no further! I’ve been attending the small group training with Mark in the mornings for a couple of weeks now, and have to say he lives up to the reviews. He’s very professional, and challenges me every time I come in. He also does a great job of explaining the exercises without coming off as condescending or mansplainy, lol. I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve started to look forward to my 6 am strength training. 🤷🏻♀️

Flex One Trinity is the hot spot to workout in Trinity. My trainer has customizes my workout to fit my schedule & my ability. Easy to get to and I have no excuse not to workout now. Mark at Flex One saved me from a life as a weakling!
I have been working out with Mark for over 2 years. At the beginning, I was a 58 year old recovering from a dislocated shoulder and could not open a jar of peanut butter to save my life. Mark's skillfully assessed my condition and prescribed a regiment to get me back in shape and skillfully did so rather quickly. I continue to see Mark twice a week and with all sincerity, I feel better after each workout.
Flex One Trinity is a great gym and Mark can provide a personal and professional workout in a no pressure setting whatever your goals are or whatever your age is.

I miss Mark! When I lived in New Port Richey, Mark was my trainer at Flex One Trinity for several years. During that time I lost 30+ lbs and really toned up. Mark was knowledgeable and encouraging. He challenged me to do more than I would have ever done on my own without being a drill sergeant. Since I moved away, I must admit to backsliding and having to start all over again. I am half way there, but I wish I could find a trainer like Mark in New Hampshire. I really liked doing 30 minute sessions. When Mark first proposed that, I thought it wouldn't be enough, but he packed a great workout into a half hour session. I am incorporating what he taught me into my workouts now, but I sure wish Mark was up here to encourage me!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mark for the last several months, and I can’t say enough good things about him, and how uplifting the experience has been. I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease, and rely on braces to walk. It was a little intimidating at first, stepping out of my comfort zone, and coming into the facility. But from the beginning he made me feel comfortable. He is very encouraging, positive, and motivating. He knew how to challenge and push me, safely, while still taking my needs into consideration. help a competitor? that's how you respond to a negative review? wow. that's exactly what you get from your gym. i went for a session and did the whole tour. after i was hesitant to sign up and had few questions, you guys got all pissed and pretty much dissed me as a new client. after i spoke w/ the owner, he said that he would take me as a client. um, no thanks.
