I can't say enough good things about my experience with all the trainers there! From the first day, they have shown amazing professionalism, patience, and love for gymnastics, especially for my daughter. They have a great understanding of technique, conditioning, and how to prevent injuries, and they know exactly how to help each student reach their best. Excellent place for beginners gymnastics. My daughter is 3 and is in the minis class and she has learned a great deal from Flippin Out. The coaches work really well with the kids where they are at and help them improve. The classes are organized well and the kids are given clear boundaries and rules that helps them have a successful class. It is a really great spot to start your kids in gymnastics.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I drive nearly 45 minutes just to bring my daughter here and it is so worth it. The coaches are phenomenal. They’re not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient, encouraging, and kind.

Gymnastics can be intimidating, especially at first. I’ll never forget when my daughter was crying and so scared when asked to try a handstand. But now, just a few months later, she’s not only doing handstands, she’s thriving. The growth in her confidence, strength, and skills honestly makes me emotional.

She started the Beginner 1 class a few weeks late and still got promoted to Beginner 2 within a couple weeks. That speaks volumes about the way the coaches teach they meet kids where they are and bring out their best.

They’re amazing with kids, and they create such a positive, empowering environment. If you’re looking for a place where your child will grow, be supported, and truly love gymnastics, start here. I’m beyond grateful we found this place.

I always feel overwhelmed trying new things with my twins but upon meeting Coach Abbie she was so sweet and took the time to explain everything to us. Felt way better about it after talking to her. Our daughter has been going here for just over six months and we absolutely love it here. The coaches are all incredible and are very flexible with scheduling if something comes up. In the short period of time our daughter has been there she has built relationships with quite a few coaches and just adores them all. My daughters love this gymnastics school. I have 1 in beginners that just moved up to beginners 2 and one in the toddlers class. My daughter that’s in B2 really gets pushed athletically and we have seen a big difference in other sports as well. The instructors have been very informative and encouraging. Especially, Laney (I think that’s her name) she’s constantly encouraging each individual to do their very best, and when they get it wrong, she takes the time out to show them and spot them until they get it right. She never gets frustrated and she tells the parents things the kids can work on at home. In the toddler class, they have 2 very good PATIENT instructors. We have been very pleased with this place so far.

This place is very unprofessional. They have multiple times been very unprofessional. They left my daughter at school one time and when I called them about it they had no idea where she was. Good thing my daughter had sense to ride the bus to my house when she could not get on the after school bus. I just called up there for verification of my daughter's account. They said they could not give me the information because my husband was the account holder. Keep in mind that I am also on all the paper work. This place has nothing but rude and disrespectful people working there. The only reason she is still in the program is because they provide after school care. I will be transferrring her elsewhere very soon. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I really liked this place initially. We paid for two introductory classes to see if we wanted to sign our 3.5 year old up. Our first class was with Sydney. She was nice, enthusiastic, patient yet firm and set clear expectations for the kids she was working with. She would show them what she wanted done and assist them in doing it. She also was very motivating with her high fives, which my daughter loved getting. My husband and I felt very excited for our daughter to be learning so much on her first day! We left that evening and decided right then we were going to sign her up for the entire year after her second class. We arrived for her second class with Katie and we were met with an awkward vibe as she never spoke a word to us or even looked in our direction. There was only one other girl in the class, a little bit older than our daughter. The coach looked at the girls and said “Okay, do 10 jumping jacks.” And the girls just stared at her as they had to clue what a jumping jack was. She was not showing them anything, only telling them to do “donkey kicks” or hand stands. She knew this was only my daughter’s second visit as she had our visitor card! Then she told the girls to put their shoes on and disappeared. We stood there waiting with the other parents before they said “I guess she’s not coming back.” So we walked over to the trampoline room. In the one hour class she never once smiled, never gave a high five however she looked at her watch and the clock at least a dozen times. My daughter was so unmotivated she started acting out and laying on the mat or walking over to us to say she was bored. When the class was over, we sat waiting to get our card back to take to the front office but Katie said nothing and walked out of the room. Not even telling the kids “Great job!” Or “Have a good night!” If we had gotten another coach like Sydney I would have handed over my credit card in an instant but there’s no guarantee we will get her every time! I wanted my daughter to learn gymnastics and boost her confidence but if we had paid over a thousand dollars for our daughter to simply be babysat I’d have really regret it.

She exhibits the patience needed for minis, experience needed for her Elites and the humor that we in Adult Tumbling appreciate. NONE of the coaches have their 24 hour certification to be able to work with children! Several of the coaches arent even qualified for gymnastics and cant even do cartwheels their self! My wife signed our little girl up and wanted to come on Saturdays, since we work during the week. This is now the 4th Saturday out of 3 months that no one has shown up to teach the class. Apparently our time is not important, only our money we paid to sign up. It's ridiculous you can't even show up to teach your classes. We will make the drive to Gulf Breeze from now on, so my little girl isn't crying in the parking lot because she didn't get to do her class. Not a single time have we gotten a phone call or email saying class was cancelled. Don't waste your money with these people, their customers are not important to them.

Very nice and clean location. I took my 2 year old daughter to the mommy and me class they had for this saturday. IDK if this is the full time location or not but the actual location had a note stating that the class was located in the back of the karate place. The gymnastics area was kind of small but really clean. They had a counter and some merchandise around. 2 young instructors were teaching thr group. The group was really small, I think 4 or 5 kids. First they started off with stretching. Then they went thru the course - jumping on the trampoline walkway, rolling over, swinging from the bar, balance beam, then crawling through 2 connected tunnels, and then flipping or rolling down the ramp. The did this a few times then had free time with balls. The mommy and me was short, only 30 mins. My daughter was definitely not ready to stop and got upset that we had to leave. I wish it was a little bit longer and had a bit more activities for them to do. Music would be nice too. The instructors were really friendly and patient with the children and encouraging. Overall, it was good experience, she had fun and that's what matters. I was informed that the first 3 classes were free and then they had different options if you were interested in continuing. They offered classes for other age groups for kids.

My daughter went here for the afterschool program and the summer program. She started out knowing nothing about gymnastics to doing full on backhand springs. The coaches are wonderful.
