Amazing facility, owners are always very helpful and respectful. Equipment is always in tip top shape and like anything used wear and tear is inevitable , and if a machine goes down it doesn’t stay down long. Their rules in place cater to everyone’s health and safety. Any concerns brought to their attention gets handled right away. Great people and awesome environment.

My husband and I decided to use this gym while we were in the area for work and school. We honestly loved it! The owners and trainers are super nice and very flexible! Everyone was super friendly as well. It’s honestly the best gym in this area of Florida. They have a hip thrust machine, smith machine, and regular barbell rack. They also have a variety of cables and machines. It is also open 24/7 which is a bonus!

I'm a beginner and the staff took time to explain how and what exercises would benefit me better. I love the fact that they have classes and open 24 +safty fixtures. (Camara and lights)

This place is awesome. Great work out machine's. And the Lady's bathroom has everything you need just in case. (Personal care stuff). And hair ties also. The guys there answer everything you need.

A small town gym owned & operated buy the owners themselves who are extremely helpful, out going, pleasant and just happy to see you come in. I don't feel like it's a competitive place and everyone is looking at you and judging your fitness level. I enjoy coming in and trying to get back on track. The Core & Yoga classes they offer are another way to help accomplish my goals. Just got to do it and Stop Stopping. 😀💪💯

Florida Fitness has been a Great Addition to Trenton. This Gym is very spacious & clean. The equipment is wiped down & cleaned after each use! The owners are super sweet and welcoming.
