From zero to hero!

I hired Jake back in April and in just a few months i feel like a completely different person! As someone who didn’t have a consistent gym routine, Jake has made the learning process fun and creates an environment where you’re learning comfortably while being held accountable.
One aspect I wasn’t expecting is the nutrition coaching that comes with the personal training. He’s been great at providing feedback, providing solutions to help you meet your macros and nutrition goals, and again holds you accountable for your progress. The changes I’ve seen in myself have been very motivating.
It’s also a plus that the in-person sessions take place in a semi-private gym. So you really get to train in an environment where you can focus and efficient with your time.

Simply put, Jake’s instructions and custom tailored programs work. Not only do they work, but you will get visible results.
Do what is asked and required on your as I did and you will see results as soon as 3 months.
There isn’t much else to say, other than to hire Jake as your trainer if you want to lose weight, build muscle, and start seeing changes in your health and fitness.

I have not been in a gym in years. I wanted to get back in, but didn't know where to start. This is the place, Jake is the man. I went for a consult at his gym. He walked me though several exercise with light weight. This allowed me to understand how the exercises should feel. He walked me though his training program that I could sign up for. Jake is an amazing trainer that will get you results. The training is done in a semi-private gym, which is nice.
He’s extremely well organized, tailored a program for me after our initial consultation. Helped to work on my diet, sleep, activities outside of his gym hours and was overall very motivational.
He’s also very careful about form and ability to do each movement correctly, so as to avoid injury, no matter what your current fitness level.
I completed my first series of sessions with him and am signing on again.

Jake is awesome. I do not like trainers and avoid them like the plague. Meeting Jake remotely at first and then in person at his gym in St Petersburg Florida was absolutely fundamental to my current training routine.
At first he gave me some pointers remotely and directed me to a book for guidance and routines to follow. These made a huge difference and gave me the understanding and method for my growth.
The in-person instruction (a few months later) was fundamental to my current routine, sharpening the sword on technique which has made a huge difference in my gains in muscle mass and certainty that I can avoid injury in the future.
Certain exercises are scary if you don’t get the right instruction from the right trainer who has that attention to detail.
Jake has that detail down and can help. He discussed the routine, took videos and discussed technique. A huge help and I feel certainty in the gym. Thanks for all your help!

Doing the nutrition accountability calls with Jake is absolutely necessary. He will help you learn to measure macros and stay on track with your food intake. Jake is amazing! We started my weight loss journey in August of 2023 and so far I’ve lost over 30 lbs!! I’m the type of person where I’m too lazy to count my calorie's, but just by eating smaller portions and working out with Jake twice a week I’ve made a lot of progress! The owner Jake Anders is training me to show up the best I can for fitness challenge that I joined. If it wasn’t for Jake, I wouldn’t be at the gym. He messages me throughout the week to ask me how well I’m doing and if I feel good with the program that he set up for me. I kept asking for alternatives to certain machines if they were busy and he always replied promptly with an alternative. Jake is very organized, pays attention to detail, personable, and resourceful in his field. I’m in my 50s and in terrible shape/strength from working very long hours in a very sedentary job. I was intimidated by gyms and trainers but I started working out with Jake a few months ago and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. This is a journey for me, a work in progress, but I already see results within a couple of months from when I started with Jake. I’m getting my strength back and I even dropped 1 clothing size already from L to M. I've been working with Jake for roughly three months now, and I couldn't be happier with how far I've come physically. Jake took the time to listen to my goals and structured workouts specially to them. The prior trainer I had, never took that time to make sure my form was correct and that I was doing exercises to my level, and that’s not the case with Jake. He takes the time to explain the exercise to me, along with proper form. I've become stronger and more confident in the gym and that’s thanks to Jake. Besides being great at coming up with a plan, Jake is encouraging and knows how to push/motivate you, which is something I really needed in a trainer.
