Welcome to Fly Yoga! We are a yoga studio with the purpose to create a welcoming environment that is open to each individual who walks through the door, with the intention of making yoga and holistic healing accessible to everyone in our community.
Fly Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes for all ages, meditation, massage therapy, Mommy & Me, and much more. At this moment we are offering only private classes

My children, husband and I have taken yoga from Maria for the past 5 years. Having her influence in our lives has been extremely positive in many ways. Firstly, her lessons are physically appropriate for a persons specific needs. She knows when to challenge and push and when to let one sit and go inward. She's super careful and focused on helping people grow in body awareness as well as physical capacity. I love her teaching method and am extremely grateful for the amount of attention and patience she's given us a a family.

Fly yoga es Buenísimo. Yo estaba con muchos dolores , no tenia ganas de hacer gimnasia. Maria me fomento las ganas de entrenar de forma didáctica y divertida. Ahora entreno solo todos los dias y hago yoga con Maria una vez por semana. Tambien me ayudo mucho a cambiar mi dieta d manera fácil , y de forma que este contento. De verdad a mi me cambiaron la vida para bien. No solo es mi profesora de Yoga , tambien me gane una re buena amiga .

A very pleasing studio with easy parking in front on the street or in back in the lot. Charlie offers a nicely sequenced vinyasa, providing level-appropriate variations. Maria offers plenty of local knowledge and the yogis fill the studio with warm karmatic energy.

Fly Yoga Miami Studio rocks! You get filled with good energy the second you step in. My kids have been practicing yoga there for several years and they absolutely love it. I've also been taking classes there for a while now and all the instructors I've had are amazing. Specially Maria, the owner, she is the sweetest and most positive person I've ever met. Out of this world warm and kind, an incredible human being.

Adoro la metodología de su maestra tiene especial cuidado con los niños. Es muy profesional y cariñosa. Sus clases son muy dinámicas. El espacio es hermoso, bien equipado, nítido y seguro. Recomiendo estas clases por su versatilidad y complejidad que se adaptan a las necesidades de cada uno sin prisa pero con evolución.

Fly Yoga is the best kept secret in town! Exceptional instructors, good vibes and great energy in a comfortable, warm environment. The Vinyasa classes are the best I've seen. Maria gives the best Relaxation/Deep Breathing class on Thursday evenings, my personal favorite! Highly recommended.
