I was offered to waive the subscription fee. We went there the first day (after two weeks of speaking with them on the phone) and no one in the reception reminded me about it. I came back on the second class and requested to speak to the owner, and she never called me. Got sick and was not able to take my daughter the next two weeks. No one called to ask if she was ok, but they did charge me. I called to speak to the owner again an request to be called at a specific time and they never did. I even went to the academy and requested the owner to call me again and she has not called. Not to mention the attitude the teacher had. TERRIBLE customer service, I hope you at least have the decency to refund this month I did not expect to be charged for.

Our daughter has been dancing at Footworks for over 10 years. Itβs her second home, and watching her grow into a beautiful competitive dancer has been nothing short of incredible. She was so shy when she started, but the support, love and encouragement she has received from the staff has given her the confidence to excel in all areas of her life. We are so grateful to Krystie for the dedication and love she has for her students. The entire staff is wonderful! There is truly nowhere better.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL studio I have ever been to. I came in for a tour and to get information about possibly sending my girls there. As I walked in there were several women chatting about other moms and children on the competitive team (not very nice things might I add).No one acknowledged me. Not welcoming at all. Then, the front desk woman with white curly hair seems as if she hates her job and did not want to be there. Every question I asked, I was given a rushed answer as if she was just trying to get me out of there. As she spoke to me very rudely, I can feel every eyeball on me which made me very uncomfortable. I even asked her why she was using such a tone with me. I then asked to speak to the director Krystie whom I saw standing around the corner the entire time. She made eye contact with me then quickly disappeared although she heard how I was be spoken to. She did nothing. I was appalled and wanted everyone to know how I was handled there. DO NOT bring your children there!! If this is how they handle potential new customers, I can't imagine what goes on in studio. Don't waste your time!!!

EXTREMELY disturbed! I attended the recital last weekend (June 2022) with a friend to see her daughter perform. It was disappointing and a little uncomfortable to see a stage full of little white girls dancing to a song about LYNCHING black people with a smile on their faces. It was the dance number where they wore very short gold sequin costumes while Strange Fruit by Billie Holiday was played. The owners and dance instructors should first research the material before putting it on display for an audience. Also, there was another dance number where the little girls were basically in white panties and a bra. I understand there are lots of movements during the dance numbers and the dancers need to be comfortable and move about, but as a parent, I donβt feel itβs necessary for our little ones to be half naked, dancing around on a stage.

The ABSOLUTE worst dance studio ever. There is LITERALLY no parking ever. The common areas are tight and crowded. I was blatantly lied to upon my first two visits that parking would be available and never was. The classes started late because of this. I moved my daughter to Dance collective down the road MUCH BETTER SET UP AND PARKING. HIGHLY SUGGEST. Also they wanted me to pay the Full month of September after only doing one class and then stopping and because her class started on the 11th anything after the 10th of August you must pay for the following month, funny. I really hope they try to charge my credit card because their advertisement and communication of a safe parking and atmosphere was completely falsified. DO NOT GO THERE.

We have been a part of the Footworks family for 6 years and happy to be entering our 7th! The teachers my girls have interacted with have been amazing! We have had the blessing of several teachers instructing them multi years in a row...knowing their strengths and challenging those identified areas of growth and have molded them into confident dancers!! We are happy to be a part of this growing family!

Awesome studio! Weβve been here for 4 years now. We are transplants from another area and my daughter tried a couple of different studios and after her first class here she said sign me up. She is now on the competition team and loving every minute. They work hard but the kids come out smiling and want to continue working hard. The teachers are awesome and the families we have met are now our friends.

My daughter has been dancing at FootWorks Dance Center For over three years. We came to the studio brokenhearted from a former studio that she danced at. When we came here she my daughter wanted to give up dancing however Footworks opened their arms and welcomed us. The students and the teachers help to foster my daughters love for dance again. Ms. Krystie connected with my daughter in her interest in wanting to become part of the dance team. One of the great things about the studios is thereβs two tracks those who have a love of dance in those who are interested in advancing thereβs dance skills. Iβm so happy that thereβs no pressure at the studio. I would highly recommend anyone who is either interested in recreational dancing or competition to look at the studio.

My daughter has been dancing at Footworks for six years. She has made so many friends there and gained such confidence. She has improved as a dancer and grown as a person because of her teachers and fellow dancers. The studio encourages members to donate back to the community. There are classes for all levels and types of dance from ballet to hip hop to tumbling.

We love this studio for our daughter! We have been part of the Footworks family for almost 5 years and feel incredibly grateful for the growth we have seen in our daughter. She went from a shy toddler with serious stage fright to an outgoing young girl who loves to perform and compete with the Footworks Dance Team! The love, encouragement, and discipline the instructors show have made for a very positive experience.

I love this dance studio. We found it after moving to Florida in 2007 and all 3 of my daughters have taken classes here. The emphasis is on teaching a love of dance and welcoming all levels. My oldest is on their dance team and although competition is a big part of that, the girls also share their love of dance through community and charity events. Costume choices and dance moves are age appropriate and the studio staff and students are friendly and welcoming to all.
