This was the first reformer class I had taken and naturally I was nervous. All those nerves went out the door as soon as I was welcomed by the team at FS8 Plantation. Never been disappointed by a workout and the community you build here makes it all the more special.

The instructors are all so amazing, they walk you through the workouts and help you if your form needs some adjusting. Your muscles will know no mercy and that's the best part 🥵💪🏽Best investment in yourself when you take these classes.

I’m actually new to Pilates and had been looking for a studio near me when I literally stumbled across an IG post by FS8 that they’d be opening a location in Plantation (perfect timing). I’m extremely glad to say my first experience has been amazing thanks to the staff at FS8. Everyone has been very nice and inviting. Mayara is a fabulous instructor and whomever is running their IG account deserves a raise lol their customer service is hands down the best! ALSO, they have prices and options that are more affordable (imo) than others studios I’ve checked. 10/10 would recommend!

FS8, has been amazing! Being new to Pilates, I felt intimidated as someone only used to peloton and weights, but the Instructor Mayara has been nothing short of amazing! So patient, understanding and provides the best guidance! FS8 has been everything my body needed! My back and core feel like they’re being rehabbed every time! Love the workouts, studio and all the staff!! :)

Love love love the classes! First time actually staying consistent with Pilates. I leave each class tight, sore and sweaty and it takes a lot for me to sweat. Always a clean and welcoming environment. Thank you for the great experience so far!

Really love this place! Wished it was closer to me.
Things I love:
Spacious and not cramped like many other studios
I love their cancelation policy. Its not ridiculous like other studios.
And mostly I love their workouts. Im about 4 classes in and I can say all the classes have been DIFFERENT! No repetitions. Idk how many other pilates places I've gone to and they do the same moves over and over in different classes.
The pricing is alot better in comparison to other places as well.
The instructors are also full of energy and motivation needed to get thru this hard core exercises ❤️

Nice, clean, and well-kept gym. The reformer Pilates classes are great and super efficient for a 45-minute workout. Geo brings so much energy and makes the sessions fun!

The gym is super nice, modern and slick. I have been taking classes with Geo and he has been fantastic! Kept the energy up, made sure everyone was doing the right movements and overall made the class super fun! I will definitely recommend FS8 and Geo to anyone, regardless of your level of fitness, you will love it!

I've been to other reformer studios, but FS8 was so fun and the guided TVs are great to know what's coming up next. The studio is clean and spacious. Geo is so fun and energetic, he knows how to get you pumped! He always plays the best music too. I can't wait for my next class.

Ok, I came here skeptical, I never in millions years would though to assist to a pilates class, ( thinking like a man, this stuff is for women only) I was wrong, this place is awesome, amazing, it changed my mind, the challenge was real, I freaking love it, I was drenched, pump up, and thinking on my next class, the people here are knowledgeable, they know what to do, from level zero to experts, I will definitely invite anyone and challenge them to make a change in your mind and body., my respect for the team.
