‼️🚨EDIT: I checked back on my review and, instead of taking accountability for the way staff acted toward a client in genuine need, the business is now padding the page with staged “positive” reviews from friends. Transparent move. Elevate your standards. Invest in training on basic respect and the actual core values of yoga, because none of that was reflected in how this situation was handled.

ANYONE THINKING OF COMING HERE, just read my story below. And I will be cancelling my membership.

Today I witnessed something that made me seriously reconsider keeping my membership here. As I was walking in for class, I saw a young woman in the parking lot visibly upset, asking for help because her car needed a jump, she had the cables, she just needed a car to quickly give her the jump to leave.

Three employees of the studio — all with time to spare before class started — rejected her as she pleaded for assistance. No urgency, no concern, not even a moment taken to assess whether she was safe. She walked away saying, “I hope this never happens to any of you,” and the weight of that sentence was hard to ignore.

A few minutes later, I stepped back outside and saw what actual community looks like: two men and two women, none of whom worked here, immediately stepped in and helped her get her car started so she could leave safely.

For a studio built on themes of compassion, presence, and family values, this was a stark contradiction. If employees can’t embody the basic humanity the studio claims to stand for, then something is deeply off. Practice what you preach.

After reading some reviews, it’s pretty clear that the staff seems off putting and not just in my personal experience.

Came in not too long ago under registering from a third party and the lady at the desk was so rude she rushed me out of her face and gave me a number to go be at with no welcome no hello no enjoy. I don’t know, maybe you’d expect some sort of welcoming energy at a yoga spot.

This is a place for relaxation, yall need to chill! (:

Having been a proud member of this incredible yoga studio since 2010 - I keep coming back for the incredible teachers (Elizabeth, Christine, Janet, Ashley, and more) and the incredible community.

FCY has changed my life and all its members for the better.

Here’s to the next 15 years!

My partner and I stopped by to sign up and were left in disbelief how lacking customer service is.

20 mins to take care of someone is absurd, its not a restaurant. Im usually very laid back about these things but they just responded to my partners review as if he was never there. Do better.

Edit: You responded with not having records of me taking a class there, of course i did not, and why would i? No one should take classes here. It dont want to be part of your mean girls club.

Original review:

Costumer service is lacking, waited 20 minutes for someone to help me sign up and it seems like they don't care for or need your business. This should not feel like a privilege or inconvenience, we are adults.

Horrible experience today at this studio.

The disrespect from employees to clients is outrageous.

Elizabeth needs training in customer care and service. To do what she did today made me and a few people uncomfortable.

This place needs a makeover!

Full Circle Yoga in Winter Park is absolutely amazing. I go almost every day, and every class is incredible. Cindy’s morning classes, Elizabeth’s Sunday sessions, and evening classes with Christine, Arjun, Camilla, and others are all inspiring, well prepared, and welcoming, making every practice rewarding and energizing.

FCY is a home away from home! Christine and Elizabeth do an incredible job keeping the space clean, safe and ever-evolving to meet the needs of all students. The warmth is felt by the community that has been built. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, working on getting back to your mat or just getting started on your journey, FCY has the most wonderful and inviting studio space and instructors to encourage your practice.

My friend and I are disappointed by the actions of the staff today.

When someone pleads for help, help them! Don’t brush them away like you did. Rude.

The names were Tasha, Elizabeth, and the lady with the purple hair I forgot her name.

Elizabeth is extremely rude and defensive, and Tasha is selfish. My friend and I were taken back, these people are not a good representation of community values and what yoga teaches.

As women, we should support women, so I don’t think we will be coming back.

I absolutely love the classes available at Full Circle, I've been to many different hot yoga studios and this one is my favorite. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and you cannot beat the cold eucalyptus towels at the end. The classes are always the right balance of fun, challenging, and refreshing. The new 360 class is great - a must try if you haven't yet! Christine, Bianca, and Jim are my favorites, I love their style - although I've never had a bad instructor! ;-) On another note, having an assigned spot is amazing and ensures you have space (even if you are running late)!

Great class and instructor. But 50 people in a tiny room and no ventilation is claustrophobic! I understand its hot yoga, still the air must circulate! At one point, breathing was almost impossible and the smell got unbearable . The class is packed, you have very little space to try anything and every person receives a number where they should place their mats. To me, seems a bit greedy. Not coming back! There are at least 10 yoga studios in the area where they care about you and not just money!

I visited Full Circle Yoga for a Hot Yoga Class during my 30-day movement challenge where I tried different wellness spots around Central Florida to showcase different aspects of movement and calorie burning, and this place was a highlight! ✨ The instructor was encouraging, the space was clean and inviting, and I left feeling completely reset.

As a fitness instructor and wellness content creator, I really appreciate spaces that honor both the body and the vibe & this one did exactly that.

If you’re looking for a powerful but peaceful sweat session, definitely check this place out.

I just wanted to say how incredible this studio is! Everyone seems to be like one big family. Today was my first time there and I was greeted at the front desk by a very kind and bubbly lady, who i think was the owner. It’s nice to see an owner at the location! I took a hot yoga class with Yanet and she was an incredible instructor. I can’t wait to return! It’s also very close to my house so that’s a plus!

This was my first time ever doing yoga, and I was genuinely excited to try Full Circle Yoga. I purchased the 14-day unlimited pass hoping to go a few times and make it part of my routine. I joined the Hot Slow Flow class and was quietly amazed by how beautiful some people’s movements were I whispered a soft “wow, that’s amazing” to my friends a couple of times. The instructor (I believe her name was Tasha) told me the whole room could hear me, which left me shocked and embarrassed. Even a friend who was several mats away said she barely noticed I spoke.

I completely understand and respect the need for silence in a yoga space, but the way this was handled left me feeling embarrassed and discouraged, especially as a first-time visitor who came in with good intentions and curiosity.

It’s a shame, because the studio is beautiful and I really loved the eucalyptus towel at the end. I had hoped this would become a new addition to my wellness routine alongside Lagree and strength training. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling unwelcome, so I won’t be returning.

Full Circle is the absolute best yoga studio I’ve tried! Their staff is friendly and caring, and their classes are challenging but offer great modifications! I LOVE Full Circle Yoga! It is my absolute favorite yoga studio in Orlando. The teachers are all so friendly and the classes are incredible.
I see a lot of negative reviews about the assigned spots, and I disagree. Having been to very full classes at other studios where people in the middle row can't figure out where to put their mats to fit 3 rows in, I really appreciate that I have a specific space to go to and that there will be room for me even if I show up close to the start of class time!

Edit: The response demonstrates exactly that why this is *not* a place that you'd want to support, particularly learn a mindfulness yoga practice from. Revenge? What part of the review was not fair and truthful? There is nothing to address any of the real constructive feedback about the way they operate. It is very misleading when you send out an email with a contradictory policy to a platform partner about how to cancel. And yes, the towels really do have a bad sweat smell to them. You could fix that by improving laundering practices instead of lashing out.

--

I don't know why yoga studios think that having a text only line and no way to talk to a human over the phone synchronously is a good idea. And they are not even responsive via text. They have misleading contradicting policies about how far in advance you have to cancel over email vs Classpass.

Their "clean" towels stink so I don't think their laundering is thorough and general hygiene is debatable.

I would not recommend if you’re a human and go through unpredictable situations. I am newly pregnant and was excited to attend the prenatal yoga class with a friend who invited me. I signed up for the class the Saturday I intended to go and simultaneously received a call about a passing in my family. I didn’t attend for obvious reasons, I was under the impression that I had 14 days because that’s the pass I signed up for. While grieving and in another state, I seen that I was charged the initial $35 for the class, and two $15 charges for not showing up once. I called the studio to try and get some more information about the additional charge and to see if we could figure something out due to my unfortunate circumstances. There was no answer and so I left my name and number and a brief explanation on the voicemail. I then texted their number that they provide in their bio on Instagram on Wednesday and just received a response and it’s Saturday. Not only did they spell my name incorrectly when addressing me , they also didn’t acknowledge anything that was sent in my original text. I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional just on every level and will not be attending this establishment. It’s not about the money for me it’s about professionalism and decorum.

My favorite yoga studio in town! All of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and bring their own flair and vibe to each class. The studio itself is beautiful and has good vibes written all over it! I love their newly added color-changing lights, especially for the evening classes. I recently attended a mommy-and-me class at Full Circle Yoga, which is conveniently close to my house and came recommended by a mom friend. As a new mom with a four-month-old, ( she was 3 at the time), my nights are unpredictable and my mornings chaotic, so finding activities I can do with my baby can be challenging. This class seemed like a great opportunity to bond with her and share time with other moms who understand the ups and downs of motherhood. The class itself was enjoyable, with only a few other moms and their babies. We all dealt with feeding, diaper changes, and occasional crying—it was comforting to be in a space where everyone “got it.”

The class is only held on Wednesdays at 10 AM, so scheduling in advance is necessary. I arrived a few minutes late for my first session, but they kindly let me in. I purchased a 15-day package that included access to other classes, though realistically, I knew I would only be able to attend the mommy-and-me sessions. However, the next week when I arrived 15 minutes late, they did not let me in. I understand that punctuality is valued in yoga to maintain relaxation and minimize interruptions, but given this class is designed for moms and babies, a bit of flexibility would have been greatly appreciated. The reality is that there are babies in the class, and crying or disruptions are expected. It was disappointing to miss out on a session, especially when I was considering purchasing a full package for regular attendance.

While they did inform me that I could attend other classes with my package, the reality is that time is a rare luxury for moms. Aligning a class schedule with a baby’s needs isn’t easy. Sadly, I won’t be returning because, with my unpredictable nights and chaotic mornings, there’s no guarantee I can always make it exactly at 10 AM.

Overall, I loved the idea and enjoyed the first session with my baby, but the lack of flexibility for this specific class was disheartening.

The instructor was good, but the room was overcrowded, which made the experience overwhelming. I wish I had known about the limited space beforehand. At check-in, I was only asked my name with no further guidance or direction. As a first-time visitor to the studio, I expected a proper greeting and clear instructions on what to do next. While I appreciate trying a new studio, the class size and lack of welcoming energy made it an experience I won't be returning to.

This is a nice, clean studio with CHALLENGING and knowledgable instructors. I would not recommend some of these instructors for beginners as the vinyasa moves fast and stops for no one - and there wasn't much assistance from the instructor. I saw several new-to-Yoga girls struggling and I felt bad. I've been going to different types of yoga classes for years, but it would have turned me away had I been a beginner.

I'm a ClassPass girly but and I go around once a week for a good hot flow. The classes do get busy and there is not much space between each person - I think having designated spots for people to set up would be beneficial (like using number markers).

This is a decent studio, but there are definitely many others around the area if you're looking for a kinder, gentler vibe.

I began my yoga journey in April of 2023 and was so lucky to have found this amazing space. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the studio is eco-friendly and super clean! Full Circle offers a variety of heated and non heated classes at a ton of different times throughout the day so it’s easy to find a class that works for you. The prices at Full Circle are the most affordable that I’ve found, which is a big bonus! I regularly take Christine and Elizabeth’s classes and I absolutely adore the both of them and how they teach. I moved to Illinois at the end of October and have unsuccessfully found a local yoga studio that gives me the peace, positive energy and love that Full Circle Yoga has shown me. Because of this, I have been streaming their online classes as an ongoing member and am so happy to be able to continue practicing yoga and growing with this studio. I give Full Circle the highest recommendation! Absolute 11/10

Extremely dissatisfied. I’ve come here multiple times great classes always crowded. Always pre book on MINDBODY. They decided to overbook and turn away people who preregistered which is a very poor decision that makes no sense and does not harbor good customer service. I arrived ON TIME even after driving across town and parking. I was told they did not have space for me… so I couldn’t join my sister who I was meeting here who got in before me. Then they made up a rule that I was supposed to be here 5 min prior - a rule that is stated no where in their location nor on MINDBODY. The staff lied that the website says I have to arrive early if I pre register however the website says to arrive early if you have NOT pre-registered. You overbooked and tried to make me feel like it was my fault when I arrived on time

She continues to teach me how to better my practice. It's incredible how much proper form can change your yoga experience - and help you benefit even more from each class. I highly recommend a visit to FCY if you're new to town, been practicing for ages, or simply looking to better your form. Five stars all the way!

This is by far the best yoga studio in the area. The instructors are all very friendly and do a great job of accommodating everyone from beginner to advanced.

This is a place for young people to hang out and do exercise to pop music in a brightly lit atmosphere. I was surprised at how much chatter was going on right up until the very beginning of the basic yoga class. Also, the temperature was 79-80 degrees and the fans were not turned on until close to the end of class. Looking for a more traditional place in the central Florida area.

Was just passing through, one of the better studios I have visited. Great hot classes, flow is managed well and instructors are personable and offer individual attention.

I’m so sad.... I went there for a prenatal yoga class today (listed on the website)and the doors were locked and no one was there. I called a few times after not being able reach anyone by phone last week to get set up for the class. I was super excited to find out there was a prenatal yoga ANYWHERE in the Orlando area only to be followed up by severe disappointment, I’ve been looking for about 7 months now 😢 I have a screen shot of the website classes but it won’t let me post it to the review. 😓

My favorite local yoga studio. My favorite class is on Thursday evenings at 6:30. It can be crowded during the 30 day yoga challenge, but all other times are reasonable. I've never had a problem walking into a class. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and I always feel great leaving the studio.

Really impressed. I went to a flow class last night, and it was amazing. I slept better last night than I have in weeks. When I go to a flow class, I expect the poses to flow together, which they did. At one point it reminded me of a dance class because the poses went together so well. Also for someone who hasn’t practiced in awhile the class was challenging but when I needed to slow down I could. So their classes seem great for anyone.

I first started coming here in '04. They have the best workshops and classes. Beautiful, clean studios. Teachers are nice and well educated. The air feels clean in the the large rooms unlike other yoga studios that I end up with the flu after leaving.

THIS PLACE IS BOMBBBBASTIC! This may not be the most "zen" review but, the studio sure is... I am pretty sad that Kristen S. no longer instructs Yin Yoga, however this place invests in their yoga instructors, and it really shows in whatever class you choose to take.

I love this place! I have tried other yoga studios that are closer to me but none of them compare. I drive 40 mins just to experience the peacefulness and calming effects their classes provide. I leave class refreshed and focused. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoy coming each week.

Full Circle Yoga offers an incredible space to practice for all levels! The schedule offers a wide variety of classes and the team is welcoming, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend anyone to give FCY a try, if you haven't already. And for those wanting to explore becoming a certified instructor, their 200-hour Teacher Training Program is first class!

Full Circle Yoga is a great studio. This was the first studio that I started practicing in over 9 years ago and I've been there ever since. They offer a variety of classes for all-levels and styles. The teachers are great too and there's really something for everyone. If you've never tried yoga I highly suggest you begin your practice here. Awesome studio.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. This is the best yoga studio in all of Orlando. What makes a good yoga studio--the teachers! Everyone of the teachers here is awesome. They are experienced, well trained, and usually well known. Almost all of the classes I take there, I notice that there are teachers from other studios taking class as well. The instructors there are yogic, but not too yogic. Because its not too yogic, its a great place to go if your a beginner--just pay attention to the schedule and take a beginners class.

Great experience! Starting with the greeting at the front desk, tour of the facility, the class itself, helpfulness of the instructor, and ending with the chat afterward - all was just great. Will continue to attend as often as I can and will refer Christine Northcote and her staff to my friends and coworkers. Also - both studios are clean and very well maintained. Impressed!

Full Circle is full service! It's a warm and welcoming studio with the BEST yoga teachers around. Everyone does so much to make students feel comfortable. My favorite thing is when Christine, the owner (and an AMAZING teacher) reminds students to "listen to their inner teacher."

My home away from home. A truly welcoming studio with genuine staff and students alike. I look forward to each class I attend for the physical workout as well as my spiritual wellbeing. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of yoga practitioners. They have classes for every level as well as host some great workshops. Also I would recommend their yoga teacher training program they host. The best studio in the Central Florida area.

When I first moved out to Orlando I was in search for a yoga studio. I found Full Circle Yoga and knew this was the place for me, my search was over! I am happy to call this studio my home. When you walk through the doors you are welcomed with this warm vibe that uplifts your spirit. When I step onto my mat I immediately feel the energy from the room right to my body. There are various instructors with different styles to learn from during their class. I feel my body gets the benefits physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you are taking a flow class, hot power, or yin (to name a few) you become so in tune with your breath that you forget about the outside world. If you are looking for a vibrant studio, Full Circle Yoga is the place to be. :)
