This is not your ordinary gym. Owners go to great lengths putting together the right program for each and every client. Their attention to details and watchful eyes to ensure proper form are why I attend this gym. Injury prevention is a priority along with not irritating previous injuries. Added bonus is my improved golf game.

I have been going to Full Torque Fitness for approximately 2 years. During that time I can attest to my improvements in core strength, balance, rotation and flexibility. Dan and his team initially and continually did physical evaluations of my body, determined my needs and devised a program specifically for me. My overall health and posture has improved. I am driving the golf ball 10 yards further, but of more importance my agility, flexibility and strength are better than they were 10 years ago (I am 71)
Three weeks ago I had emergency surgery and really feel that my recovery is way ahead of schedule because of the prior conditioning I received from Full Torque Fitness. I couldn’t be happier to recommend them to “help get in shape”.

The semi private format allows you to have access to top tier trainer talent at a reasonable cost. Great for ALL ages and talent levels from novice to pro. As a professional golfer I have been working with Dan and his team for over 6 years now, and would highly recommend working out with him. He’s kept my body free from injury while getting stronger, more flexible and more power in my swing. Added 15-20 yards to my drives with his programs and have been able to add more rotation in my swing. If you’re not working with Dan and his team of trainers then you’re losing yards and shots when you head out on the course!

Dan Shipman at Full Torque Fitness changed my life. I was in serious back pain after kidney surgery. I tried to start working out on my own and I was making it worse. I am a physical therapist by trade but a competitive golfer at heart. I came to Dan and his team at Full Torque to get out of my stale workouts and old way of doing things. I highly recommend Full Torque Fitness for training! I have been training here for 2 months, and though I'm not a golfer, I was looking for strength, stability, and stamina. Dan has a well thought out training plan for me, and I can tell I'm getting stronger every week! I also have scoliosis in my back and a shoulder injury, and both are improving. My shoulder pain is gone completely, and my back is feeling stronger! Thank you Dan for the best 2 months ever!!!
