Loved our class! My fiance and I went on vacation when we were visiting from Michigan. The owner was lovely, studio was CLEAN, as well as the bathroom. Would reccomend to anyone! Very beginner friendly and accepting as we were still becoming yogi’s when we visited.

The yoga class was fantastic! John was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to break down each pose with clear instructions and helpful tips. His guidance on proper stretching techniques made a real difference, ensuring we got the most out of each movement. What a great studio! It’s peaceful and minimalist, yet perfectly stocked with all necessary props. It’s also always very clean. So far I have only taken Samir’s and Michael’s classes and they’re both amazing instructors—each with a unique, memorable style—and I’m looking forward to taking classes with the other instructors. I’m happy to have such a great studio in the neighborhood.

In my second month of unlimited and absolutely adore every teacher at GAY. I aim to do gentle yoga (beginner levels) 4x a week and take 2 more strenuous classes 2x a week. I never feel pressure to overexert myself and stay at my level. I find these sessions bring a lot of joy and the accompanying talks with singing bowl meditations bring a lot of focus and self-reflection. I’m growing in this community of wonderful neighbor near and not too far.

Golden Aura is my new favorite studio! The classes here are rooted in fundamentals and breath work. I left feeling like I had a thorough work out yet still tranquil and relieved. The sound bath at the end of the power class was so cool! During Covid, my yoga studio shut down and I, like many others, resorted to an online practice. After things started to normalize and yoga studios opened back up, my studio closed down permanently and my search for a connection began. No other studio was cost effective or felt like “home”.. until I came across Golden Aura Yoga studio. When I met John, I was massively out of shape and lacked confidence in myself. John was supportive and encouraged me to reach my potential. I could not see a life outside of my 9-5. John literally turned my world upside down and with his help over a period of 3 weeks, I was able to achieve my first headstand. I cannot recommend John enough. I always make a point to practice with John at Golden Aura Yoga whenever I can.
