A successful gymnastics studio should not be measured solely by its top performers, but also by the quality of its instructors. Gym Like This wins the gold - in spades. Coach Sparks took my anxious little girl, fearful to enter the gym, and transformed her into an engaged gymnast. Coach Spark’s ability to connect and empower my little girl (and get her back on the mat doing what she loves) was a tremendous gift. Coach Maddie greets our daughter with a smile, understanding and clear calm instruction. She encourages our daughter to work through her fear and breaks down each drill when necessary. A very well run business and my 3 year old just loves it here. Love that they make everything easy for the parents so that you can schedule absences & makeup classes online. They could teach some of the other gymnastics studios in palm beach county a thing or two about customer service.

Great trial class experience! Of all the local gyms I contacted, GLT was the most responsive and simplest to sign up for a trial.
Once there we were greeted by the staff, shown to her class, and followed up with afterwards by Coach Sparks. My daughter loved it and now, apparently, I have a gymnast! ☺️

I can’t say enough positive things about GLT! My two girls have been here since they were 4, beginning with the recreational program once a week, and moving onto their Team at the age of 5 and 7, and have been Team athletes for 3 years now. This gym has become a ‘second-home’ to us and we couldn’t imagine our lives without competitive gymnastics, we have GLT! to thank for this. My girls have grown so much in terms of strength, poise, and discipline at such a young age, not to mention the connection they’ve made with their coaches and the friendships they’ve fostered by being on this Team. There are many gyms in our area but I encourage anyone who is thinking of having their child practice once a week for pure fun, or their child may have ambitions of being a competitive gymnast one day, to come and do a trial class or try-out at GLT!. I say this so they can a glimpse into the experience my family has had here, as well as the camaraderie and professionalism among the staff members, and how the classes and Team rotations are structured with the gymnasts health and safety as a top priority!!!

I LOVE Gym Like This!
My daughter is learning so much and she has so much fun with the coaches.

As a parent, I appreciate their drop-off and pick-ups so much.
As I drop off my daughter, I have to sign their sheet.
As we pick them up, we also have to sign, and they always make sure the person picking up in in their authorized list.
They know me and my husband by now, but Ive seen several occasions where they absolutely ask and check first.
Parking is also great.

The place is very clean and organized and they always find a way to accommodate our requests. Things happen last minute, and they are always amazing to us!

So I went to gym like this till I ALMOST got to bronze BUT I quit because the coaches were pretty mean. There was nice coaches just not all... One of the coaches..... Coach-a-leah:/ made my sister cry and called me and my sister a chicken...I'm (9) my sister is (13) I'm doing cheerleading instead....

My daughter attended this Gym
For several months. I believe at least 6 months or more. In the beginning I would stay & watch to see what she was doing. And then occasionally watch to check on my daughters progress. In the time she was there literally no progress was made. My daughter wasn't being pushed or challenged & she left there with nothing more than she knew when she came in. It was more of a play gym than a serious gymnastics gym from my experience. My daughter was uninspired & uninterested as a result. She has been at a new Gym for 7 months now and the experience has been like night & day. So glad we left this place.

We went to Gym Like This for a few weeks. It's a relatively small Gym and the administrative staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we were unimpressed and disappointed with the Gym as whole. For a small Gym, it has the highest prices in the area that I found.

The classes were over crowded for the amount of coaches available. The coaches for my daughter's pink panther class were young and didn't seem very interested in helping the girls. Due to the amount of kids in the class, they were unable to give appropriate attention to the girls to make sure they were doing their moves correctly. This resulted in my daughter hurting her back and was in pain for over a week.

This wasn't our first time at a Gym. We attended a large gym in coconut creek for a few years, so we know how a gym should function. I also was not a fan of the parent area. You can't see all of the gym and what you can't see you have to watch on a TV screen. It's very difficult to make out who is who. It's an enclosed room that was uncomfortable. We ended up switching to Gymnastics Revolution and are much happier.

This is a place unlike any other. I was so nervous about my son starting a new activity but when I tell you this became a second home to us. Gym Like This was so much more than gymnastics and cheer for our girls. It was a second home, a place where they grew as individuals. Our memories of their childhoods are peppered with hundreds of hours of training and meets and competitions and parties and camps and sleepovers -

So I don't normally do these types of reviews but I realize I do look at reviews prior to trying things out and know that GLT is definitely worth leaving a review for.

My girls have been at this gym for over 4 years and have learned so much. From starting in their Black Panther beginner class all the way through Level 6/7 competitive team, my girls developed remarkable skills, respect for sports and overall team support attitude. They have grown in total body core, flexibility and overall self confidence.

As far as the business... the place is very clean, the office manager Dawn and staff is awesome and very nice and the coaches are as well. I have a great relationship with the owners as well since they are involved with the business too which is very important.

After going through an ugly time as covid and shut downs, the parents and gym worked together to ensure the kids had what they needed to be successful even if that ment doing things outside in the park w fresh air. The main coach Ann Marie may seem like a loud New England Patriots lady but she and her team have the kids best interest at heart and push for success.

As far as the other kids... most of the kids are very supportive and caring and it's great to watch them all support one another which is so important for your child's development and confidence and the parent network is great as well.

Overall, I fully recommend GLT and I hope you give your child a chance to be a States and Regional Champion's like my girls!

Last week was my sons first trial class and he absolutely love it. The coach was so patient and kept the class or 3-4 year olds focused. The staffs love for the kids made me feel completely at ease. Even after the first class i could already feel a home like atmosphere. Needless to say i signed my son up the same day as his trial and he cant wait for his second class. My 6yo has been attending since she was 3yo and she loves it. My husband suggested starting her in gymnastics to just give her something to do to keep her busy as she loved to flip and roll, but now she is in love with gymnastics, the class and coaches and wants to do more. We are not registered in 2 classes and expected to go to competition level next. Ms. Tara is totally AWESOME! She encourages my daughter to use her own strengths (mental and physical) rather than depending on others helping her. Having 2 other adult children, I see how important a skill that is to learn at a young age and gymnastics is an excellent way to help reinforce it. Her other coaches also push her but never without reminding her they are there to assist her if she fails. We are definitely going to be long time members of the Gym Like This family.

Tara should not be allowed to work with children. My daughter took a trial class and during the class, Tara spoke horribly about my daughter right in front of her. She compared her to a 5 year old (my daughter is 8), and said that she didn't have any confidence. My daughter cried all the way home and said she never wanted to return. Tara, you should be ashamed of yourself! You should build children's confidence and self esteem not try to hurt and discourage. It makes me sick to my stomach that I subjected my sweet child to the likes of you for an hour. Parents beware! Damage by mean spirited hateful people cannot be undone.
