Fantastic place has a good amount of equipment for all your fitness needs. The staff is kind friendly and very informative. If you suffer from social anxiety like I do and my wife, They're open 24 hours a day for gym members. And it's beautifully quiet around 2 o'clock in the morning. I plan to be going back this very evening.

Hidden gem in plain sight. Always clean, sanitized, and organized. The staff Mike and Victoria (owners), are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, always willing to share to improve members goals and quality of life.
The gym members are respectful and clean, also contributing to a great gym experience.

Went in for my first initial signed up got my membership met the kindest people I have ever met who are genuinely sincere and wanting to help me reach my goals. I just moved to the small town of Branford and I truly believe with their backing me I can accomplish my goals. I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody, who is looking to make changes to their lives and become healthier I look forward to coming on in about eight or nine months and posting how happy I am with everything that I’ve accomplished. I’m so glad I found this gym.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean and the equipment was in excellent condition. My son and I were looking for a gym to workout a few days during our vacation and came across this hidden gem. I was impressed by the amount of equipment available and the friendly atmosphere. To the owners, thank you so much for making us feel welcome!

The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is an accepting atmosphere and it is comfortable for beginners or seasoned gym goers. The equipment is up to date and everything is very clean and welcoming! 10/10 an awesome gym.

Awesome managers. Beautiful and well kept Clean and organized place. Great equipment for all your workout needs. (No shower, but I solved that by buying Disposable Rinse Free Bathing Wipes.) A big plus is that it's a 27/7 open gym. But beware that on evenings during the week there is no staff and once I was harassed and made fun of by a couple high school boys. I ignored them and thought of making a complain, but then decided let it be. I decided instead to pray for them. 🙏 and switch workouts to the mornings. (It would be great if managers were there from 3 pm to 8 pm to babysit.)

This is simply one of the best gyms i have had the pleasure to work out in. They have pretty much anything you need. They have a smoothie bar, meal prep, and products. A lot of love goes into this place.

Worst gym in Suwannee County! Discriminates against medical marijuana patient . Harassed about how I smelled. I work at a cannabis farm in Gainesville. So YES I'm going to smell !!! The owners "Victoria Oakley," & Mike are the alleged customers who got headaches and had to leave. I hope you feel good about yourself! You kicked out a 50 year old Women, for smelling like Cannabis. 🛑 charging my card $59.99 if you don't want us there!! Watch out! NOT a Friendly place. Smells like roid rage!!! Worst business in Branford Florida.

What a great gym! Clean! Great equipment! Easy to sign up and the owner really is one of a kind. Professional, passionate and try a great example of customer service. My wife and I went here for a month while we traveled and stayed at a near by RV resort for a month. We decided to join this gym and loved every minute of it. If we lived in Branford we would be life long members even though we own a gym of our own. That’s how great this place is! Sign up! I mean it. You’ll love it!
