Have been here for almost two years. Have to cancel our membership because moved out of town. My son definitely loves this place and wanted to go back there. Be aware here is couple of strict couches they may be not very pleasant to the kids. But anyway one of the best place.

This is the second year that our daughter has been practicing with the Du Sol team. Our experience has been great (even though I drive for over an hour from Coral Gables to Du Sol several times during the week!). Owners and coaches make sure to find the perfect class match for each kid and there is a constant focus on kids safety. All the coaches are experienced and kids love them. The biggest shout in Du Sol goes to coach Anastasia. She works diligently with the girls in the team, strives to perfect their skill and prepare them for tournaments. Girls LOVE her. Also, coach Roman is great with lots of experience. Karla, at the front desk, always makes you feel welcome and is always ready to help.

Dusol has been the best thing to ever happen to my son. Ever since he started, his self esteem has improved and so has his physical fitness! He comes home from DuSol so proud of each new trick he is able to perform.

I am so happy I found a gymnastics gym that offers adult classes. I have been going for the past year and learned so much that I never thought I could do. Coach Sergei is great and always finds ways to improve your routines, while teaching new things, furthering your skills to be the best they can be. The adult classes are very diverse from all sorts of ages and levels. Everyone in the class encourages each other and makes each other feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this gym if you are looking to further your skills or pick up gymnastics for the first time as an adult.

My kids went here for almost 2 years. Refused to refund me the last month that they didn’t attend. Don’t learn anything $700 down the train for the last 2 weeks. Switched to Nova Gymnastics in Fort Lauderdale 2 months into it and my kids already learned back flips, splits, round offs. Do not go here there agenda is to take as much money as possible they do not teach the kids anything. Babysitting club that’s it

Terrible summer camp. Lots of time spent on screens ( councilors, or other kids phone) , kids get to do homework... , coaches speak mostly russian. Very low supervision. Noboby is checking who is picking up the children.

I recommend Gymnastics Du Sol to everybody who wants to see true results. I live in Sunny Isles and since my daughter was 4 I tried different programs offered by other sport schools. None of them delivered any results. I registered my daughter last February with Gymnastics Du Sol and already today I can see huge progress! Less than in a year we went to competition twice and my daughter got 1st, 2n...d and 3rd places in tumbling and trampoline. I see other children progressing at great speed too. The schedule that Du Sol offers is so flexible. They pickup children from school and bring them home. Their classes last almost 2 hours. None other sports school offer that. Prices are very affordable too. The personal is very professional, nice and helpful. They truly care about kids and deliver great results.

I came with my friends (all ranging from 28-34 years of age) with the idea of learning basic tumbling skills. We ended up making good progress while also discovering quite a few other things besides the basic tumbling we expected.

All the coaches here are quality: no nonsense, straight to the point, effective and efficient. In truth, you don't need a coach to spend hours explaining something; you need a coach who understands the cue YOU need. Less is always more.

Even though it's a bit far from us, we don't mind the 40 minute drive; it's worth it.
