Both of my daughters have been attending the Ribbon Club and Mommy & Me classes for a few months now, and they absolutely adore Coach Becca and Coach Ellie. It’s been such a joy to watch them grow more confident and fall in love with gymnastics.

This summer, I decided to sign my 3-year-old up for a few camp days. As a stay-at-home mom, she’s extremely attached to me—and understandably so. She’s never really known time away from me, so the idea of being left alone was tough for her.

When we arrived, Coach Sabrina, Avery, Lily, and Jayden went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable. They truly put in serious effort—offering her stickers, showing her where to put her lunchbox, walking her through the gym, and even demonstrating fun gymnastics tricks to get her excited. I’m pretty sure it took nearly an hour to get her to even step into the gym area.

But not once did they make either of us feel like a burden. Their kindness, patience, and persistence were unbelievable. They never gave up on her, and by the end, they had her laughing and participating—something I wasn’t sure would happen.

And the best part? At the end of the day, she loved it. She couldn’t stop talking about all the fun she had and was actually excited to come back. If we weren’t leaving town for the summer, I would have registered her for every single day. That’s how much it meant to us.

You gave this stay-at-home mama a few precious hours to breathe, and that means more than I can express. In my book, you all win a gold medal in the stay-at-home mom world. 🥇

This gym is beyond AMAZING!! I have been in the gymnastics world for over 30 years and I am blown away by this gym and community! I brought my kids to the gym while on vacation and traveling for a gymnastics meet. The gym, coaches, and athletes went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! If you have kids you probably already know about this place. They have gymnastics classes camps as well as ninja classes. They can start at two years old and all the way to teens for competitions. Prices are reasonable and they even do pickup at mostly schools.

Both my daughters go to Gymnastics Usa for so many years now! We are on our last month there and it’s a bittersweet moment. They’ve done tumbling, silks, summer camps, after school programs.. All around, this place is a great option for kids. I have a 14 year old girl in aerial arts and a 7 year old boy in ninja kids and gymnastics and both kids love this place- and they are known to quit recreational activities quickly in the past. Amazing gym! We visited this gym while on vacation and Gymnastics U.S.A. was very accommodating to our family. From the great staff at the front desk who answered all our questions with a smile, to the kind team coaches who gave the girls amazing feedback! My gymnasts only had great things to say after their training. The cherry on top was that my son was able to attend their holiday camp while the girls trained, and he too loved his experience. We had our Daughter’s 4th birthday here and it was fabulous. We chose the Olympic package because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything and it was great. Everything was set up beforehand and they handled clean up at the end. Abbie was very responsive and helpful with my myriad of questions beforehand. Coach Naya held the kids attention and rotated them through four separate sections, the trampoline, a floor routine / obstacles, a giant foam pit the kids could jump in, and a ninja course, which was perfect so none of them were bored. We chose this location because we attended a previous birthday here and it was just as fantastic. I would 100% host my daughter’s birthday here again. She absolutely loved it.

We have been coming here for a couple months now and these three coaches are the best ever, in my opinion! They have helped my daughter so much and they are all so attentive and work with each kid on THEIR LEVEL. We are so thankful for these guys. Everyone has been so nice and it’s a nice gym! My daughter has gone here since last August. She started in Ribbon Club and recently switched to beginner gymnastics. I feel like she has learned nothing. The coaches don't really teach anything. I gave it time with Ribbon Club, thinking it would get better once we switched into gymnastics. It hasn't. They allow entirely way too many children in during class times. Sure, they're split into smaller groups following warm ups, but there is too much commotion going on for my daughter to focus. She leaves class multiple times to come back to me without the coach noticing. There needs to be way more structure. I could have saved myself the money and taken my daughter to the playground.

And don't even bother with the Olympics. There is zero order to this event. None whatsoever. Also, it is completely unnecessary to talk about "the COVID" and "the government shutting down this gym" during a children's event. We are here to see the children show off what they have learned. But I guess when they haven't learned much, you need as much filler as possible.

We withdrew my daughter and will be taking her to another gym and encourage others to look elsewhere.

My daughter loves the positive approach. My problem is when you are pushing your political goals on parents who are sitting ducks watching their kids class. You should not be stumping your campaign goals inside. It’s uncomfortable and unethical.

The coaches they hire here do not teach the kids. We've had many classes that the coach will pay attention to the youngest child in the class and not help my daughter to learn or they will give no direction whatsoever. I've taken videos and shown them to the front desk, yet these issues do not get addressed.

I can't recommend it over others. My kids still go here because of the routine but they do not seem to moving up or advancing. It's more of a time filler then training of sorts. Also they do charge fees for things you do not participate in. Sure you can opt out, but if you forget or something happens for what ever reason it sucks you are charged hundreds for never really opting in in the first place, so as a parent of two I'm out over $240 this year (from last year too when my kids do not participate at all either) all in addition to the monthly class and annual fees. The monthly (not during the summer) parents night is great at least. Starting to weigh the pros and cons definitely......

I was disappointed the first time we attended, but thought I’d give the facility another try. The second visit I saw young girls “coaches” confused, lacking control over students, poor organization, and potential for injury. Students with behavior problems ran around with no correction or discipline from teachers. Clearly the girls have no training dealing with 3-4 year olds. I cancelled and requested a refund.
To be fair one of the teachers was good, and taught good skills.

When my family first moved to FL we were in search of a gym for my daughter. It didn’t take that long of a search and we found Gymnastics USA. This gym has been amazing from day 1 the coaching is firm but loving and everyone who works for the gym has been easy to deal with. The icing on the cake is all the girls are friends and my daughter is always out or has something to go to. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Come check it out for yourself. This gym and the learning environment it fosters has made my daughters love for gymnastics grow more and more.

Class doesn't start ontime. Todler class is not for any child under atleast two. Teachers don't teach. They just say what to do with little demonstration. I expect them to actually preform each step and assist students, to complete the steps. Very unorganized and filthy location.
Update: It's very true my name is not in your system. However, the child I bring to class is. There are much better places for children under 2 locally. Please be cautious.

The experience I had for a drop in Mommy and Me class was just down right uncomfortable. The instruction for 2 years or less was vague with five or more instructions at a time with things like forward/backward rolls they should be demonstrated and safety points discussed. My child turned 17 months yesterday and the course seemed more for kids who are closer to 2 years old. Monkey bars, jumping with two feet, throwing things with feet, ect. These are milestones met closer to the 2 year mark so if you’re thinking of trying this course keep this in mind. Children under two are at a developmental time where 2 months can be a big difference in ability. The class started late and when I asked for help in showing my child how to do things because it seemed a bit advanced for her physically (she’s got normal fine motor development) I was scoffed at and told the class is for walking to 2 years old…ok thank you. Not to mention the place was filthy. The foam pit had an area with random pieces of wood, dust, nails/screws right behind it. I was so excited for this opportunity and left gravely disappointed especially since they knew it was her first class.

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday with a Ninja Kidz party here and it was awesome! The two coaches did a great job and we appreciate that they offer an option where all we have to so is show up and they take care of the setup, pizza, cake and goodie bags. It was definitely the easiest party we have had and all of the kids had a blast on the trampolines, ninja course and foam pit.

My kids have been enrolled for some time. If you pay the annual membership fee but choose to have her your child take a break or just to do summer camps (their summer camps) you are required the pay an extra fee as a non-member.

My kids signed up for the Ninja Kids event where the actual Ninja Kids come. They sent an email saying it was “capped”. However we showed up and there were hundreds of children packed into the building (not including their parents). It didn’t seem there was a cap at all in fact in felt like a fire hazard. It just felt like they were packing as many kids in to get as much money as they could with no real concern as to the experience of the children or family. There was no follow up or feedback form or anything after. Both my kids were overwhelmed and left crying.

It is unfortunate that this is the only gymnastics option in Winter Garden as the owners seem unconcerned with the concerns of family and only interested in making as much money as possible. Very sad for this community.

We just hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here! I took a chance and booked online and then called right after the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and let me know honey I would be getting a phone call to finalize all birthday.

Exactly two weeks before the birthday party I received a phone call and we walk through any of the details. I was able to bring our own food we had our own area for the birthday party and the two instructors were absolutely incredible! My daughter said it was the best day and wants to join classes!

Disappointing - the teachers aren’t capable of keeping track of the kids. I watched on not one but two occasions where my kid was either smacked or pulled off equipment by other students in class.

I tried arranging private lessons to avoid these instances, but they are either during school hours or after the kids bed time. When brought to their attention they suggested we stop lessons. It’s disappointing that kids safety is not a priority.

It’s been about 6 months since my daughter started here and we have been very happy. There is some shuffling of the coaches but they have all been great. My daughter has a lot of commitments and has had to miss class and texting to let them know and get the make up is super easy and convenient. She is progressing in her skills but they are not pushy about it and want to keep it fun. Special shout out to coach Abigail and coach Jayden!

Extremely unprofessional place by all means. The first 2 months were marked by different coaches in every single class!!! Nobody gives you an explanation and when you ask the attitude is horrible like you don’t have the right to ask and instead, you have to accept the bad service they want to provide.

I had to ask for a solution and suggested they change my daughter’s time slot to have the same coach in every class (as I was expecting since the beginning) however after 2 months with the same coach I didn’t see any new skills acquired by my daughter who came from a previous gymnastics and was learning a lot there.

I also notice she started to lose some of her skills such as her perfect cartwheel thanks to her prior gymnastic. The coaches are extremely young and don't seem to have an experienced background compared to what I was used to seeing in previous gymnastics.

The struggles to deal with them are endless, since my daughter’s classes are on Mondays and all the holidays are on Mondays they technically offer makeup classes but there is always wrestling to schedule it every single time!!! Every time the excuse is the same “we are short on staff!” So cut classes!! It’s a simple solution for everyone.

So yes I’m giving up and wish the best of luck to those who decide to enter this Gymnastics and waste time and money as I did!

Gymnastics USA is a great place for all. Our five year old son it’s going on seven months. They have a wide variety of classes and they are always busy. With as many coaches, kids and classes as there are at one time, every class has a space and they rotate beautifully every time. My son enjoys it so much. He started with ninja kids class, recreational gymnastics and most recently started his developmental boys gymnastics class. Also, we like that the class sizes are limited so each child can be coached safely and adequately. We are very happy with Gymnastics USA.

How can someone cancel a single day service with a week’s notice when the service is going to be provided in exactly a week? I tried to cancel with 5 days notice but they won’t care about your situation at all. “Unfortunately that’s our policy” Unfortunately FOR US clients … for you it’s just a bit more in your bank accounts… I get it, is a business but you’d gain more if you try to at least sympathize or even try to ask the reason why there’s a cancelation request… People would more likely come back because they feel treated in a caring way… also I requested to delete/remove ALL of my information from their system but my bank account still shows as being saved in the profile 🤔

I am writing this a a business owner myself!!
My twin girls(premature) joined this gym in January of 2020 in their yearly membership program, so we had to pay in full due to the discount that was offered.

In March of 2020 we were hit with a Global Pandemic and my husband and I decided we did not want our children in any activities until they were vaccinated. I called Gymnastics USA back last week to get the girls back into the gym and we were told that they were gong to KEEP our money, initially and would NOT render any services to us. We were told that time has passed and they were not going honor our one year paid in advance membership that we only used for 2 months.

We did not stop going to this facility on our own, we were protecting our family. The co-owner called me and offered me one month of services even though we only used 2 of the 12 months that we paid for. I would not advise paying in advance with this company as they will create excuses on why they should keep your money even though they DID NOT render any services. Claiming that you were "holding slots" FOR 8 Months as a reason to keep our money is unacceptable. This is a lesson for me as a customer but your practices are unethical and should not be allowed during a time like this.

My daughter was in gymnastics 2 days a week and we where not happy although we didn’t get refund for the few weeks she attended they did refund me for the month I didn’t authorize and for the inconvenience offered us a chance to try another class for free!! Both of my sons have been part of their Ninja Kids program for about 4 or 5 months now. (Ages 5 and 9)
When we first started, my younger son had Coach Garrett. He is phenomenal! He works so well with the kids, motivates them to try new things, and does a great job of keeping the class in line. When they changed coaches, Chase was introduced to Coach Fabian. He has this nack for making my kid feel like he's his biggest fan, and really brought Chase out of his shell. (Before he would be too shy in class if there was a new coach) Most recently he's been with coach Jordan (I so hope that's the right name). I was pleasantly surprised to see that Coach Jordan does so well making sure other kids that aren't doing what they're supposed to do will not hinder my child's class time, and also spacing his attention to every child to help them develop their skills.

One thing that I wish was better at Gymnastics USA is discipline. Coach Garrett was very comfortable correcting the children with bad manners, or for acting out. Most others coaches don't seem to be, and I think there should be a discipline policy. The same kids act out every week in the older child's class, and it really makes it less enjoyable for him. The children doing right, and the coach should not have to deal with the same thing week after week.

Coach Manny's warm ups are epic, and hype the kids up like no other. He isn't my kids' coach, but I'm so glad he's there.

Overall, we're happy in our Ninja Kids class, and hope to add tumbling sometime next year.

We joined USA gymnastics about four weeks ago. We first sign up for two days a week. Our three year old and four year old daughters. After about two weeks we received a call regarding payment. It was explain to us that a portion of the money we paid was for dues and registration . So we now was due our monthly payment. As we was talking we upgraded to three days since our daughters was so happy about the place and also the price. I put a credit card on file which was decline. I received a email regarding payment. I talk to the front desk and made them aware of the payment. They said just stop by when you ready and they will process the payment. Today we was there. Our daughters was in their sessions. I notice a lady from the front desk talking to our daughter on the platform. She then walk my daughter to me and our other daughter. And said you owe a payment and they no longer is in our class. It was very very embarrassing number one. And a child will never understand why they was stop during their session and basically pull from their practice. One of our daughters was overwhelmed crying and protesting not to leave. It was a absolutely disgraced . This could had been handle better. Like a email ! This business has a clear disregard for the safety of its clients and of the community. If you are adhering to the safety protocols of Covid and do not not wish to be exposed do not walk into this building. Despite the mask policy posted throughout the facility and despite the Orange County mandate, wearing a mask inside is not enforced. The last time I took my child to a class before freezing my account there were about 20 parents not wearing masks as well as a small amount of employees not wearing their masks appropriately. Our kids have participated in the summer camp 3 years in a row, and absolutely love it. It is a safe, clean and spacious place, filled with positive energy. I noticed a high rate of employee retention, which is an indication of how good the leadership team is. The coaches are excellent and connect with the kids, and the front desk is friendly and helpful.

Virtual school is a new offering that we have taken advantage of this year. Keeping the kids at home would have been a constant battle, and going to Gymnastics USA eliminates distractions from home.

My 2nd grade daughter did the first 10 days of virtual school at Gymnastics USA. They did a great job keeping her on task and on schedule. Kali kept in communication with me and helped my daughter with logging in and ensuring she was on time for her live instruction with her teacher. The staff at Gymnastics USA are all so friendly and helpful. My daughter was so nervous doing LaunchEd on her own without me, but Gymnastics USA made it easy and fun for her. My daughter starts face to face learning tomorrow, but if we have to do virtual again, I would most definitely send her to Gymnastics USA. I work, but even if I didn't, her having social interaction with others is important to me so I wouldn't think twice about signing her up again. Not only do they do a great job with virtual school, they also follow all of the safety procedures to prevent the spread of Covid and we always felt safe being there! My son Shane has a mental disability and our neurologist recommended to put him into gymnastics. We chose Gymnastics USA in Winter Garden over 3 other centers closer to our home. It has been a wonderful experience for Shane. The coaches are so helpful and friendly and he really looks forward to coming. The staff is super friendly, even with difficult parents. They get to know you by name and at the end of class the instructors make time to come talk to you about your childs progress. My granddaughter loves her classes and her instructors. She has made really good progress in just a few months. Prices are affordable and there are so many options on class types. My only gripe is the popcorn containers from the concession stand are too small...lol.

Gymnastics has been an great sport for both my boys. G. USA has great coaches that have helped them along the way. We’ve had a wonderful year at gymnastics USA. Our daughter has gone from a beginner to an intermediate level and has loved her instructors. The place is gigantic and they let you make up classes in other divisions. This makes it super fun if kids want to try something different. Our daughter celebrated her birthday there and it was a fun experience for her and all of her friends. Sign up for their emails. They offer discounts on classes and camps throughout the year. Parents night out/bash night have been super fun as well. There is a discount if you sign up in advance. One last thing, the end of the year presentation is at an additional cost and you can opt out but we found it well worth it. It’s the only chance the kids get to experience what it’s like to be at a real gymnastics event.

Called for over a week, left a message, left e-mail message, left text message. Kept calling, but nobody picked up. Finally I pressed the non-member option and spoke to someone after almost two weeks. I also got a message. I messaged back that I spoke to the young lady who picked up. She took our names and assured me that the two spots were reserved for us. All I needed to do is show up earlier than the scheduled time and will take care of payment beforehand. I drove 20 miles and when I get there a huge line at the front desk. I waited and finally they tell me that they have our names but there is no spot for us because they are full. I can come back in a month. Yeah ok. I don't think so.

Add: So this was about 11 months ago and 2 months ago someone wants to resolve the problems. This was in regards to a summer camp. How long do you think that last. But according to this response someone tried to contact us. No they didn't and even if they did what good will that do 7 months after the fact?

My daughter started out at GUSA in Ribbon Club as a shy timid preschooler..... the coaches saw her talent and helped to bring out her personality and uncover a natural hidden talent!! They encourage her and help her grow more and more every day! It’s a big gym but yet they quickly learned her name and always great her with a smile! The coaches are amazing. I am blown away by how awesome this place is! It is gigantic with a huge variety of activities for kids of all ages. But what impressed me the most are the coaches and staff. I have 2 team kids here. A compulsory and optional gymnast. The coaches are very positive and keeping the girls interested and not burned out. The coaches also make sure the girls always have their homework done before starting practice. Being here is like being around family. We had a fabulous birthday party for my son at Gymnastics USA! It was THE easiest birthday party I have ever planned. The venue was clean and organzied. Couch Hunter and the staff had the rotations and child management down to a science which allowed parents to relax and chat in the party area (I recommend the back spot). Each child, no matter their age or abilities, were included and each recieved an award at the “award ceremony” (only an extra $25 flat fee no matter the number of kids). We had a larege group of 22 kids and 25 adults. The DIY package allowed us to bring our own food to feed everyone and keep costs resonable. What stands out the most was the attentiveness of the staff. Party set-up is always a little chaotic and the coaches stayed calm, asked multiple times how they could help, and participated in set-up and breakdown all while smiling and being very professional! Thank you Gymnastics USA for setting high standards and delivering!

The owner Austin wrote as quote "It's just that to be part of our invite only team we cannot disparage each other publicly. We must work together as a team internally to resolve any issues.

This is likened to a NFL player speaking against their team and teammates. That's why we have the policy."

So let's breakdown what he wrote....

#1 - When I approached the owner with my concerns about the coaching staff, he totally disregarded my thoughts and came to their defense rather quickly. That doesn't sound like someone trying to resolve issues.

#2 - The difference between the NFL and Gymnastics USA is the NFL is paying their players and we are paying for a service. We have every right to review your company online, so not a good comparison.. try again lol!

#3 -The company does not have a policy I signed stating that I cannot publish negative comments publicly.

If you cannot accept criticism, why are you on GOOGLE. That statement clearly showed my family that Mr. Austin only cares about his image and money instead of fixing the issues they have with coaches and management staff. If you're looking for a stable gymnastic competitive program for your child, this is NOT the place!

Gymnastics USA is a great value for our family! We have enrolled our kids in the weekly programs as well as summer camps. They love having a wide variety of gymnastics equipment to practice/play on and they really enjoy the coaches.

The gym has plenty of floor space and lots of equipment and they have expanded the size of the gym over the past few years to allow room for the competitive team to practice.

We enjoy the recreational aspect of the gym and how our kids can learn and practice without the pressure of competition. Even without the pressure of competition the coaches still give good feedback on what our kids need to work on to improve their own skills. Makeup classes are easy to schedule with the helpful staff on the weeks where we have missed class due to vacation or other event.

The summer camps are a great value and allow us to have our kids in a safe place during work hours at an affordable price. They love having friends to hang out with and activities to do all summer long. The themes are a bit thin but seem to be improving.

Our daughter came to Gymnastics USA 7/26/16 never doing any gymnastics and couldn’t even do a cartwheel. In January 2017 she started on the competitive team as a level 1 compulsory gymnast. As of today, she is still on team and is an optional level gymnast. I have to admit, when Gymnastics USA first opened in Winter Garden I was disappointed by the lack of organization and the poor customer service. We attended both classes and events and it seemed like it was very difficult to even find out what our balance was at the snack bar. However, when my daughter enrolled in Climbers class several months ago, and we returned to weekly classes, I was astounded by the changes that have taken place. The customer service, classes, and general atmosphere is 100% improved. We absolutely LOVE our coaches, Courtney and Vanessa are amazing! The progress my child has made is wonderful. I just have to RAVE about the Christmas show. It was so well done. The atmosphere was relaxed, the show was absolutely beautiful and the organization of all of the details were truly professional. We will be sticking with Climbers class and are so glad to be a part of the Gymnastics US WG family.

Be sure to review your credit card statements monthly as I get charged every month even though I have prepaid for the whole year. I have had to call to get refunds as they still charge me a monthly charge. It is a nuisance and one of the reasons I will no longer be sending my kids here.

The other reasons are poor communication and staff turn overs that happen frequently.

I took my daughter here. From day 1 of their opening of their business and was there 2 years. COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE from the staff. The owners are very nice, and the last coaches we had are very nice. But the turnover rate, was EXTREMELY too much. We ran into a situation of a family personal issue and I told my daughters coach she could not compete that year, but I wanted her to stay on team. I was told she would have to compete or go on a lower recreational team which my daughter was too qualified for because of our personal family issues, we were left with no choice but to leave. Never got contacted by the owners, or coaches. That just goes to show you, in some companies, you are only a number or financial stability for them. #DISAPPOINTEDCUSTOMER.
