I ended up at Gymunity after my gym I was going to closed. Met Mark was impressed from the beginning. He evaluated my current physical condition asked what my goals were and set a program for me. I have been going there ever since. He is very motivating and makes it fun rather than a chore to attend. highly recommend.

Marc Decker knows what he’s doing! I’ve been training with him for over 10 years and he’s helped me improve my strength and posture after having kids. His vast knowledge of the human body and how it functions is remarkable - this is no “regular” trainer - this is a guy with an open anatomy book on his desk! His knowledge, coupled with creative exercises to target the exact areas that need strengthening, have helped me resolve both long term (knee and shoulder pain) and short term (tennis elbow and a ski injury) issues. As an active and healthy mom in her 40’s, I wouldn’t be where I am without Marc’s guidance all these years.
