Irene is a phenomenal Master Trainer. Patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and she really knows GYROTONIC method thoroughly. She is one of the few who studied directly with the founder of the method Juliu Horwath, and you can tell, that she knows every little detail of it. I’ve been going to Gyrotonic Aventura since they moved into their new studio in Aventura. The studio is well located, and beautiful.
The trainers are extremely professional and friendly. I go 5 days a week and miss it on my weekends off! I highly recommend this studio for rehabilitation as well as Pilates. My trainer helped me rehab after a ligament injury. She was great! She is also my Pilates teacher. I highly recommend her and the entire staff!!

I first took class from Irene in 2016 when I was on a business trip to San Diego and wanted to take more from her, but nothing seemed to work out until recently when I discovered she is now in Miami! I am studying to be a Gyrotonic Instructor and took training from her. She is incredibly skillfull and able to convey verbally as well as somatically what the movements are to be made. She is lighthearted and fun and gives excellent feedback. I leave feeling energized, supple, stronger, aligned. Quite simply on top of the world! I look forward to coming back for more.

Irene is amazing. Over 20 years of experience and it shows. I’ve never met a fitness person who knew the human body as well as she does. Also, a great sense of humour and makes the class fun. Been going for nearly 6 months and it’s improved my musculoskeletal health considerably.

Gyrotonic is an amazing system but what makes it even better is a Master Teacher like Irene. Her breath of knowledge is incredible and she has an uncanny ability to make you understand not only the movement mechanics but also what it’s supposed to feel like.
I have been her student now for over a year and her classes are always new and fresh, my older body of an injured professional dancer has found renewed pathways and renewed energy; I have not been to the chiropractor in many many months.
