Natalie and Adriana got me through my pregnancy and postpartum. Truly do not know what I would have done without their knowledge and expertise. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care about their clients well being. Unlike other "trendy" studios, Natalies studio is the real deal - they will correct your form and ensure you stay safe by doing the move correctly and at the right speed. Love them so much!

I'm going to miss this pilates studio when I go back to NY; but, definitely this is the only studio I will go to when I return in October. Natalie, the owner, will teach you the technique for exercises. My favorite, Adriana, is amazing. I've been taking private lessons from Adriana since I started in January, and I always learn a new exercise from her. She pays attention to detail with how you move your body: she has eyes on your pelvis, shoulders, hips, neck, etc.She's an amazing pilates teacher. So grateful.

Natalie the owner is such a great teacher. Never seen so much knowledge and expertise with a physical instructor. The session was neither too hard nor too easy. I never felt those abs so strong although I use to do calisthenics up to 3 times a week. By the way, the class wasn't just about working out, it was really fun. Love this place. Will definitely book a private session. Believe that a regular training here will bring me one big step forward to more health and (core) strength.
