HEF is a great gym. I was looking for a place to lift while on vacation and I found HEF. 15$ for a day pass is super reasonable. Friendly staff and extremely welcoming. Great equipment they have everything you would need. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re on vacation or a local.

I visit family cocoa beach a few times a year. I decided to drop in for a couple days.

This gym is very good: clean with helpful staff. Oscar was especially attentive and friendly. I really liked the Matrix Arm Curl, which had very comfortable padding that hit my biceps just right. In addition, I liked the way my triceps felt on the Matrix Seated Dip. A great experience over all that made me feel like Arnold. I'll be bahck!

HEF, you will work, you will sweat and you will love it. Both locations have the best equipment I've experienced. Old school machines to cable to free weights. The 24 hour part is great. You have no excuse to not go and work out.

I came to Cocoa Beach on vacation and was looking for something to get at the very least a small workout in. I found Healthy Evolution Fitness on google and figured it might have what I need. My expectations were far exceeded as I was able to do my entire routine, while using equipment I’ve never had access to. My pumps were incredible. The aesthetic was old school body building with modern spins. The Owner and his Spouse are also extremely welcoming and kind people. With 24/7 access and a great atmosphere, this gym felt refreshing.

Lots of variety of equipment , two different sections one room with alot of machines and cardio equipment and another room that is private and caters to strongman and powerlifters and if your staying for vacation or live in central Florida this is the gym for everybody regardless what fitness level you are , Derrick is down to earth and everyone is supportive of each other and makes you feel like at home .

I’m so grateful for this place! Besides the ease of scanning in as you come and go with 24 hour access, it is a no nonsense gym, which I like. It has everything you need to meet all of your fitness and strength training goals. I really appreciate the variety of patrons who frequent the gym. For the most part people are there to work out. I often feel inspired and have really made strides in my own personal goals. Derek and Tyler are knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to talk to. It’s what a gym should be: a respectful, consistent place to work out without feeling intimidated or dealing with unnecessary gym drama.
