I began seeing Ivana and Pyter about 6 months ago. I was a little skeptical at first, but this has been one of the best physical experiences in my life. I believe that the "health and wellness" that we all look for, is hidden inside the 4 walls of Henn Pilates. This kind of private instruction is what helps prepare you for real life situations, and teaches you things about your body that you would never know. My posture, core strength, and overall fitness level has increased tremendously since starting my Pilates journey. I had always had hip and joint issues in the past, with pain coming from all angles. Henn Pilates has given me practical solutions to everyday aches and pains, along with the core strength to help me reach my fitness goals. Highly reccommend for anyone, at any age, and any level of experience. I dont think I will ever need to see a chiropractor again!

Joining Ivanna, Pyter and staff has been the best experience, blessings and investment I could have done for myself. I feel like a new person since joining my weekly Pilates classes. Learning that I was not breathing correctly all my life, is an enormous benefit from following their one on one class. Their dedication to educate every time you are applying a new move makes the time and money invested well worth it. I am living a life with less pain and restrictions, able to perform my massage sessions with my clients. I have been working with Ivana and/or Pyter at Henn Pilates in Davie for a year. I that time, my flexibility has increase significantly. The weekly workout have allowed me to feel healthy and more fit. My core is stronger, my posture has improve and my friends and family have notice the change. They are very knowledgeable and motivate me while making it fun. Although I drive 40 minutes every week from Miami to Davie, my Pilates class is one of the highlights of my week.
