My personal trainer, Zack, is fantastic — he’s knowledgeable, motivating, and really takes the time to tailor workouts to fit my goals and fitness level. I’ve seen real progress thanks to his guidance and encouragement.
Conner, the owner, is also great! He’s approachable, professional, and clearly cares about both the facility and the members. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into creating a supportive and community-focused environment.

Hero’s Fitness is everything I hoped for and more. At nearly 50 I had not been to the gym in years and it showed. When I first talked to the team at Hero’s I told them my concern about putting on weight and being out of shape. I also told them I have a tricky shoulder. The system they have is perfect. You work at your own pace, the trainer makes sure the exercises don’t hurt my shoulder and that I’m making progress. In three weeks I’ve lost more than 15 lbs, I’m sleeping better, I’m waking up faster and look forward to gym days. If you were thinking about joining, just do it. You will not regret it.

I’ve been going to Heroes for about 1 month 1/2 now! I have been training with Zach and he’s amazing! He walks you through everything and doesn’t push you to an uncomfortable extent. The one thing as a PP Mom that I LOVED! Was that with every exercise it’s paired with a stretch to activate that muscle and relieve at the same time! It truly helps more than you would know! I have never seen as much progress then when I took the leap to start going here! The sessions are amazing and everyone is so nice and rooting for you! Conner is on top of providing a reasonable and convenient nutrition plan. He takes his time to talk with you to explain it through! He is easily reached and truly dedicates his time to his clients. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is scared to take the leap, It is 100% worth it!!

I had to take a break from my gym routine, but I'm eager to get back to it! During my time at this gym (Heroes fitness). I had an amazing experience. Connor, the owner, was incredibly friendly and understanding, especially when life got busy and I had to miss a day.
My trainer was fantastic, keeping me motivated and energized throughout our sessions. The gym's environment was always positive, with friendly members and a welcoming atmosphere.
Although I'm not currently attending, I'm looking forward to getting back to my fitness journey with this gym. If you're considering joining, I highly recommend it!

I started working out at Hero's fitness at the beginning of November. I had to put my fitness on hold due to family circumstances and wanted help getting back on track with a fitness routine. I like the small group setting and the one on one attention in making sure I am doing the workout with correct form and the accountability. Conner, Jen and Zack are professionals in their knowledge of strength training and fitness. I think strength training for women over 50 is important for a healthy life style as we age and I'm hoping to lose this menopause weight and be a fit and healthy Mimi to keep up with my grand babies and have fun in retirement.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I don't want to sound corny but coming here has helped me get out of the depression I was in. Connor and Gilda are abdolute professionals. Great communication, always give you an explanation of what you are going to be working out and how each movement should be executed to avoid injury. I've been coming here for about three months and the results are amazing. I am already getting a lot of compliments about my weight loss and muscle definition. I don't think they'll ever be able to get rid of me lol

I love the one on one training sessions! It allows for Connor to be attentive to my form and I can focus on my mind and body connection.
Connor pushes me to do more than I think I can do but in a way that is safe and minimizes muscle pain and soreness.

I workout with Connor once a week and love it! All I have to do is show up and he already has a workout planned for me that only takes 30 minutes. He always pushes me to get that last rep in and I'm always feeling good after my workout. Definitely recommend if you need some motivation to push yourself and don't like crowded gyms

I chose Heroes because it's clean and tidy, and nobody else is in there at the same time. I was rusty on machines and needed someone to show me what to do. Connor explains how the machine works or what muscles you're working on. He is down to earth but will push when you need it. I was motivated to keep going. This is a great place to train! I’ve been coming to Heroes Fitness for almost 6 months. Connor is easy going and knows his stuff! He listens and will accommodate your needs/wishes. I love how this is a gym dedicated to personal training and not a big box gym with hundreds of people coming and going where no one even knows your name. Prices are reasonable, and Connor is very accommodating when you need to skip a session and make it up later. No need to contact “corporate” for a refund, etc. Connor is also easy to talk to for the introverts out there, and he is inclusive to those with special needs. Give Connor a try! I have been coming to this gym since Feb 2020. I lost 34 pounds so far and I feel much healthier and happier about myself. When I first started I had low energy everyday, felt demotivated to do anything. The toughest days were the first 3 weeks and Connor was by my side the whole time, whether in the gym or checking up on me over the weekends to make sure I am sticking to the plan. 6 months after, here I am still working out and feeling full of energy and motivation and most importantly the self reward I get everyday I go to sleep knowing I have put the work in that day! Upon moving to Tampa in October 2018, I began looking from a gym and a trainer to workout with. One morning while driving, I observed a sign with the words personal trainer on it along with a phone number. I called the number and spoke with owner Connor to set up an appointment. I enjoyed learning more about what Connor does as a personal trainer, health and wellness and creating goals. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. As a result of the meeting, I began attending his workout sessions and we have become friends. He makes workouts interesting. They are tailored to your fitness goals and personalized to your strengths and capabilities. Connor explains in detail what muscle groups/body parts being worked on along with making sure performance of proper technique to avoid injury. Connor is one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. He supports military personnel, law enforcement and first responders. I believe that Connor is top notch when it comes to building, strength, health, muscle, and relationships.

Every time I walked in there everyone was always so nice. Never felt out of place and that mattered to me a lot especially when I had not been to the gym for a long time. I always felt out of place at normal gyms. I also always felt I didn’t know what I was doing at the gym. Connor showed me a routine to follow even when I am home. If losing weight, gaining muscles, or just trying to find a personal trainer that’s passionate about what they do and share that knowledge with others definitely come here. You will not regret it. Pros:
His gym and training is so intense and effective that I’m utterly petrified at the thought of my heart rate getting above my age. Look at how ripped he is!
Cons:
Pringle’s aren’t allowed in the Pringle’s holder on exercise equipment. Something about water and diet and salt... I couldn’t hear over the crunching.

Connor is an amazing trainer. He knows exactly how hard to push you and when not too. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and more importantly diet. Workouts with him are tough but attainable. You're sore the next few days but not aching like some other trainers that train you very hard but don't provide the knowledge as to WHY they're pushing you. The results do work all you have to do is commit yourself, show up, do the work, and you'll be satisfied. I'm happy to say he has exceeded my expectations and look forward in training with him in the future.

I have been working out with Connor for over a year now. It took some time to take that first step, but man was it worth it. Growing up I was always very into sports and fitness. I noticed as I got older it was harder to keep my weight off and build muscle. I started doing boot camp with Connor 3 days a week. He helped me with my nutrition and kept me on track with my water intake. Around 3 months ago I decided to take it to the next level and also do one on one training with connor. Best decision of my life. I have lost over 40 lbs and feel great. If your looking for something to do that will not only improve your heath but also improve your wellbeing I suggest you schedule an appt. I have made allot of friends through the work outs and my only regret was not doing it sooner. If you want to feel younger or just want to meet some great people I highly suggest giving it a shot. I suggest starting with the boot camp. Because of the scheduling and the approach he takes you feel like the boot camp was designed for you. Connor is patient and very attentive to your goals.

I've been training with Conor for a long time. Not only is he one of the coolest people you will ever meet but he is also extremely knowledgeable about anything fitness related. He will show you how to do everything right the first time; this includes your form on workouts, meal plans, and any supplements you have questions about. I initially contacted him for personal training so I could get back in shape for an upcoming vacation, but I will be sticking with him for a long time to come! Connor is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and caring with his clients. He listens to your concerns, and complaints, but also puts you in check with your excuses (in a polite way). I have never ENJOYED working out the way some people do, but I have really enjoyed seeing the improvement in my strength, endurance, and physical appearance.
