I just started Pilates for the first time ever at HiLi 2 weeks ago and my mom and I both love coming here together! It’s now part of our everyday routine on our fitness journey. All of the staff here is lovely & very kind! I wanted to give a shout out to Anna, Becky, Adriana, Linda, and Kailee! They are all amazing at what they do, and I really appreciate how they take the time to display the movements and correct me so I can get the best results out of each class. Also (I apologize for not getting her name) but the girl at reception is very sweet and welcoming and I really appreciate that! I would recommend HiLi to anyone as the environment, classes, staff is all 10/10 :)

Kaley Smith is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to demonstrate every exercise with such clarity and enthusiasm. Even when there’s no room on a piece of equipment, she’ll adapt and perform it right on the floor without missing a beat. I think I might be the oldest member here, and she takes such wonderful care of me—if I drop something, she’s instantly there to help. It’s truly heartwarming. Like everyone else, she treats me with such kindness, almost like a daughter would.

I was so impressed by the customer service of this place!! Everyone was so nice!! The attention to detail was so evident. The girl at the reception (I forgot her name 😭) wrote my name on the locker with a welcome greeting, walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with my bike. They definitely served me well!!
I did the classic class with Gabby, which she was a sub but was soooo sweet!! The workout was fire!! I loved it!! It has been a long time since I’ve done a cycle class, plus getting back into fitness, I felt like it was a great challenge!! We even did some upper body strength with bar weights. The class itself gets dark so you’re really just focused on you and the instructor. The music is great, loud, and overall just fun!! Very adjustable to any fitness level and rest assured you will always sweat and have a great workout!!
Being my first time at this studio, this is something I recommend to everyone!! I can’t wait to do it again!

I love Hili so much!!! Adriana is absolutely AMAZING! Not only is she a ray of sunshine but she explains how to do each exercise thoroughly and tells you what’s coming next so you have time to prepare for smooth transitions. She is super kind and welcoming to literally everyone! Her classes are also very diverse and challenging so you will always be working hard and changing up the movements.
Adriana has helped to correct my form and I am so appreciative of her hands-on approach, because it helps me understand the subtle corrections I need to make in order to maximize my form/results! Book her class and you seriously won’t regret it!

If you’re looking for a Pilates class that makes you feel right at home from the very first session, Kaley is your go-to instructor! As a Pilates newbie, I was a bit nervous, but Kaley immediately put me at ease with her warm, welcoming energy. HILI is my happy place! I walked in 6 months ago, 4 months postpartum and I never have taken a Pilates classes prior. I was looking for a workout that kept me motivated, low impact and to build my core strength again. I fell in love with Pilates after my first class. Every workout is great. You can modify or add advancements to your movements to tailor to your fitness level. Every instructor I’ve taken is encouraging, positive and knowledgeable. There’s really no place like HILI and that’s why I keep coming back.
I highly recommend taking Becky Himes, Kaley Smith, or Kailee D’Amora for a spicy but great workout every time consistently! These ladies ROCK!

Becky and Adriana are absolutely amazing Pilates instructors! Each session feels so intentional, challenging, and supportive. They both have such a great way of explaining movements, adjusting form, and motivating you to push yourself without ever feeling overwhelming. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength, posture, and overall energy since training with them.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they really tailor the class to your needs while keeping it fun and engaging. Best Pilates in lake Mary! Only thing to note is if you’re a beginner start with the foundations class or else it could be a bit confusing what moves to do/modifications to make when you’re starting out. I’ve taken a class with Kailee and Kaley and both are honest so amazing!

I can’t put into words how much I love this place. After having acl and shoulder surgery I had such a hard time finding motivation to be active until I found Hili. They have created such an amazing community and everybody there wants to see you better yourself. The instructors are so helpful with form corrections and making sure you are comfortable with the exercises. My friend and I love taking Adriana’s class, she’s awesome. Her classes are intense but she is so motivating throughout and we have so much fun. We love her, Hili and their team!!

I absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, everyone has been so welcoming. All of the instructors are wonderful teachers who truly care about helping you improve and push yourself to do better. I’ve been coming here a little over a month now, and I already feel stronger and more confident.
The classes are always a fun challenge, and I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment. A special shoutout to Adriana LaRosa—she is one of the best! I recently moved from downtown orlando and I was jazzed when I saw there was a hili so close to my new house. The workouts are so hard but I love a challenge and the staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming. I brought my little sister to a class with me and they really took the time to explain the machine and the moves to her for her first class. Highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants a killer workout and good vibes! I’ve visited quite a few hili locations and this is by far my favorite one.

I’ve been to this studio a few times and it has been nothing but welcoming! I like to call Pilates a humbling experience (lol) because it’s challenging, but the last couple classes I took, Cortney was the instructor and she keep pushing me and everyone to keep going through, she was always making sure that everything was being properly executed and checking on your form, etc… Do not hesitate to give them a try, everyone is super nice. You won’t regret it!

Went here as a beginner and won't be going back. When I booked a class, it said to get there early for instructions on the machine. Got there early, let them know I was brand new to this; but, I got no instructions. I kind of felt like an annoyance because I had no idea what I was doing and it didn't help that it was dark and I couldn't really understand what was being said. If you're not brand new to pilates, this place is probably great, but as a beginner, it was a bit scary

I’ve been going to HiLi Fitness every week for a month already and I absolutely love it! This location is smaller than other locations with only 9 reformer machines. They usually keep the studio dark which I like. I’ve tried 4 different instructors at this location and all of them are great! Nina, Sumaya, and Becky are beginner friendly. JR on the other hand is very fast paced, but so rewarding!!! I’ve been to 4 of his classes already. The good thing about HiLi is that the instructors you might like will go to different locations as well. So look up each location's schedule.
You have to bring grip socks in order to exercise on the machines. I recommend coming 10 min before the class starts. They will not let you in if you're late. If you're new to reformer pilates, let your instructor know and they can give you a quick run down of the machine before the class starts. They will pay more attention to you and guide you what to do. They'll correct your form and give you modification options.

I am totally obsessed with this studio! Nina, Alisa, and Becky are my favorites! If you’re nervous, trying this for the first time, I definitely would recommend to be in class with them. They make sure you have fun, but also feel comfortable during the workout. I’ve never been excited to go to the gym, but this has completely changed the game. Although it can be a little pricey, it’s definitely worth the investment. If you’re looking for a deep intentional workout that doesn’t make you dread going back the next day. This is definitely something you have to try! Love you Hili!!

I recently visited this Lake Mary location and the studio has amazing lighting, full length mirrors to check your form, and its intimate.
The Hili Method is amazing, it really tones you and strengths you, not to mention the trainers are all so amazing and motivating and will go around and fix your form.

This studio is very straight forward with everything and in an amazing atmosphere. I signed up for the 6 month membership. I'm a mom trying to strengthen my postpartum body and I leave feeling energized and stronger. My favorite class by far has been with Becky Himes! She is amazing and her praising was really motivating. I enjoyed the structure and pace of all the moves during her class. In my experience she's the only trainer that has done cool down stretches at the end, which was really nice. I'm looking forward to more classes with Becky 😍

HiLi Fitness has changed my life in so many ways, I am about to hit my 100th class. Coming into my 30s, I had put on 15 lbs, and I knew I needed to do something. I always hated going to the gym because it was so intimidating, and I just didn't know what to do. One day, my friend Minh convinced me to go with her to HiLi, and I have never stopped going. My body has become so much stronger, I feel amazing when I look in the mirror, and the exercise really helps my mental health to relieve all my stress. On top of everything, I love all the friends I have made there. I meet women who inspire me every day, whether it's someone I'm working out with or one of the many fantastic trainers. Two in particular trainers that I love are Ailsa and Lisa. They both have the nicest personalities, motivate me to be my best, and really make me feel at home. This is the best fitness place by far and does pilates in a way to build lean muscles while helping with injuries.
