Amazing teachers, environment and knowledge of this beautiful way of living. The yoga way! Aruna and her team are experts on the Yoga teachings. Her medical degree as a Radiologist give extra knowledge of the human body and mind. We love her classes and meditations. We love holistic Yoga. By the way, her celebrations with traditional Indian food are a plus and the students become friends!

I teach at Holistic Yoga. We have only outdoor classes unless weather is bad. We are now starting all classes at 9:00 am before temperature is too hot. We do have a big indoor space if needed. Prices are reasonable. Come give us a try. We have yoga Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, Tai Chi Tuesday and Thursday, meditation is on Sunday. All. classes 9:00 am. All classes $5 or unlimited $30 per month.
