The gym is beautiful . Never thought I'd say that about a gym, but it's true! Bathrooms are very lovely as well. I definitely reccomend this gym. It has a private club feel to it. Never over crowded and very comfortable conditions. I'm an early riser so it's nice having a gym I can workout in that's also enjoyable. I wish I signed up sooner. If you're looking for a sign to get your health back on track, this is it!

This is a great family owned and operated gym in a perfect location with easy parking and access. This place is full of awesome customer service, and offers plenty of guidance to anyone from a beginner, to a well trained athlete looking for more customized results. They even have a clean separate area to leave the little ones while you get your worry free “Me” time! Ask for Heather!

We just joined Honor Gym and we already LOVE it! Such a great, small environment. Never too crowded! We mainly chose Honor because of their small scale childcare. We go to church with the owners and know their hearts. It is so refreshing to be a member of a gym who "HONORS" Christ. We know the childcare workers are respectable Christians who were hand picked to work with our babies. The worship music playing in the gym and in the workout classes is such a great added bonus! Heather took the time to walk us around and show us all of the equipment and how we can tailor it to our bodies. Wonderful, family owned business! So happy to be a part of Honor Gym!

This gym is by far the best gym experience I've ever had. The atmosphere, the people and community, the equipment, even the bathrooms are top of the line! I can not say enough good things. The training I've gotten both from classes and Personal Training has gotten me into the best shape I've ever been in. The owners set this gym apart. This is a treasure in Winter Haven!

I've joined other gyms in Winter Haven for as long as I can remember and by far the Honor Gym is the best. Wayne and Heather owners of the gym really care about your experience at the gym. Hugo is professional along with the rest of their staff. A real home town gym. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I joined Honor gym a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The gym is centrally located in downtown Winter Haven and has a parking garage right next door. It is so simple to park and make the very short walk to the gym. The gym is always exceptionally clean and the owners are great people who are always willing to help. I prefer this small family owned gym as opposed to the larger gyms who aim to sign up thousands of people and results in a WAY overcrowded gym environment. This gym is never crowded and is open 24 hours a day. The equipment is top notch and they have everything I need. The ease of parking, location, and less crowded space has been a game changer for me and I would highly recommend Honor Gym.
