Prior to this gym opening, I did personal training with Caleb since 2022. I’ve developed strength and more confidence in my physical capabilities. Caleb is very knowledgeable and will make adjustments to your workouts if you had any past injuries like myself. I am an “older” athlete with some injuries and was nervous when I first tried working out at Hood, however the fear quickly subsided! I felt very warmly welcomed and continue to feel like a part of the family each and every time I show up (which is multiple times a week)! My injuries and body feels strong and better than ever! My squats are lower and heavier than ever and a few months back I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to bench or overhead press again and now I am hitting PR’s! It’s an awesome feeling! Literally join now. Today. Don't wait. I was looking for the "right gym" because my schedule is challenging and I was pretty demotivated. The gym's founder is my son's HS football coach so I know how talented and professional he is - because of that I also knew once I was in and made the commitment I was in. Best decision I could have made.

I attend the 6:00am workouts to ensure I get my workout in and while the workouts are challenging and strenuous Caleb ensures we use good form and offers correction when needed. After four weeks I feel strong, more energized and younger physically.

This is a great home gym with welcoming members and a fantastic leader. If you're stuck or just need a fresh start Hood Fitness will help you get moving, energized and on a healthy path. If you're anything like me you may sit on Zoom or Teams meetings all day - we have to get moving to keep good health and maintain a positive state of mind. Good luck!

Joining HF has been a game-changer in my journey/routine and I can't recommend it enough. Over years of being out of a "gym," solely focused on Pilates/Spin-I was so nervous to start back anywhere. Just left a class with Coach Josh! I am from Georgia and popped in with a friend. I was a little nervous at first going into a new place but I was welcomed with open arms! Joining the morning "Roosters" class has been the best decision for my personal health. Coach Caleb focuses on the details and techniques for safe lifting while pushing you for growth. Its amazing how slight movements can make such a difference. I also found new muscles I never knew I had! The Gym has everything you need to workout every part of your body. It is a clean and organized facility with plenty of weights to choose from. Strength training has also relieved some lower back pain I've had for some time. Doing it as a class helps everyone to be encouraged and push one another to reach our goals. I highly recommend joining this great gym and I cannot speak highly enough of how great Coach Caleb is!
