I've only been here twice thus far but I already love this yoga studio! Everyone has been super friendly and it's a cozy little place to practice. In addition to hot yoga, they also offer a yin yoga class once per week. Tamara is a great instructor.

Hot Salutations is the best yoga studio around! I've been to probably ten studios since moving here three years ago, and this one is the best by far. The instructors, prices, energy, and location are all perfect! I've been going here for only a month, and can safely say that I have found a permanent place to practice. I would highly recommended to all that are serious about their practice and love a legitimate hot yoga class!

Two thumbs up!! Way-up. Now lock them, focus, take a back bend and lean to the right because this studio is all right, all right, all right. I came to it passing through town on a Groupon and they helped me regain my practice. It's intense at times when crowded because of the heat, and they're a little expensive without the Groupon, at least for me, but EVERY teacher is awesome and the vibe is super comfortable. You won't regret practicing here. Word.

My son enroolled me in Hot Sautations, then for fear I was not going to start (he wanted me to have me time and suggested Yoga classes) he went with me the first time... I loved it. Now I look forward to it, and get annoyed if something comes up and I can,t make it. Christiana and owner Rachel are wonderful humble human beings, they really take time with us newbies and praise us for any new move we've accomplish. I fully recommend for anyone to give it a try.

Love, love, love Hot Salutations. Contrary to what one of the posters says below, I find Rachel to be extremely helpful, caring and sweet, and yes, she does push you during each and every ask (just don't ever tell her you want to work on more cardio, LOL!). The studio is great as is the atmosphere, and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in sweating buckets during a 75min session. Definitely worth it, if you ask me!

I love this place! I have been going to this studio for over a year and it is so amazing. Rachel is wonderful- so friendly, sweet and a fabulous teacher! I love all the teachers there and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this studio.
Also in all the time I have been going to Hot Salutations I have never known Rachel to give any medical advice, preach during class about anything or be annoying in any way so pretty confused about what the other reviewer is talking about.
Try Hot Salutations and see for yourself!!!!

The yoga was decent, but Rachel is super annoying, to the point that it was impossible to focus during class. She's very opinionated about yoga and her beliefs that it cures all diseases and that if you do yoga you won't need to take medicine, etc., which is fine, but I didn't feel it was appropriate to preach to your class constantly (during class) about it. I frequently heard her giving medical advice that was not sound, and considering she's not a healthcare professional, it really bothered me, especially since I am, I just found her to be completely out of line. Couldn't handle it. I had paid for a month of classes in advance, and after the first week I had to just leave and find a different yoga studio.
