I have been going for about 1/1/2 years. The studio offers a wide variety of classes all led by excellent instructors. I enjoy them all for different reasons. If you're ever feeling bound or trapped within your own skin I heartily recommend the Thursday 9 am class. It is about releasing bound fascia and articulations more than typical postures. It sets me free.

I’ve been to many studios and I love the layout, LOVE the bright, natural light. Class was incredibly functional, not just the same asanas over and over. As a chiropractor, I think the Wednesday 9am class is a really good class for most people! Would recommend!

This morning's hot yoga class was pure magic!! I've got two compressed discs in my lower back and I clued James our yoga master in that I've been struggling with pain all week, but after this class I'm feeling like a million bucks!! James Hazelwood is the G.O.A.T of yoga!!

Have had great experience there I would say it’s one of the best options for yoga in the area and the teachers there really care about what they do and help you wherever your at in your practice some hot yoga places I’ve been to have a pushy or judge mental vibe.but this is very chill and open while still giving the structure and oomf to get you feeling great I would recommend it

This studio could be great but the floor is gross. I’d love to be a regular here but they need a total revamp of the floor (rubbery black material) and overall interior design

Not impressed with the lack of actual care put into yoga practice here. I did 2 sessions and won't come back. The space is super tight, the instructor obviously wasn't taking the class seriously, there's a huge window looking into the classroom from the downtown sidewalk that is never covered so random strangers are watching you while being stopped at the light. Dissapointing experience.

Wonderful instructors and the heat is great for a good stretch. Decently priced as well. My gripes about this place is the cleanliness and size of it. When they can manage, they either need to get a bigger place, or cap off the class size..during this height of covid returns and monkey pox cases, I just really don’t want to be touching sweat with the person next to me because we’re all on top of each other for the sake of making room..also, the black mat of the room is FILTHY. It doesn’t help that it’s porous so I can’t imagine it gets cleaned well. If I accidentally touch it I come up with pet/human hairs, skin flecks, dust bunnies stuck to me a lot..and if you took any amount of time to look at the mat, you’d see caked up grime which makes my skin crawl a bit also the orange wall has sweat residue on it. Long story short, the studio is in dire need of a deep cleaning..otherwise, I love the fact it exists and love the classes I’ve taken.

I LOVE Hot Yoga Om. Every time I come to FWB this is my go-to place to relax. All the teachers are amazing, professional and nice. It would be difficult (if not impossible) to pick my favorite one! Their website is great for signing up for classes and getting memberships. Plenty of membership options to choose from and fair prices.
All you need: a yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water. I’m sure you are going to love it as much as I do. Namaste!

Had my first experience in years going to hot yoga today. Honestly I was a bit nervous going alone, but Paris was AWESOME!!! She makes you feel comfortable even if you can’t do it all and cracks jokes. It was a great environment!! I feel great too. I can’t wait to go again.

Nice location! Great place to practice yoga for beginners and the more experienced yogi. The studio is a bit small and classes get filled up quick, but the more the merry 🤙🏼

If you love DragonFly Yoga you will love her "hot" little sister. Hot Yoga Om has made such a powerful impact in Fort Walton Beach and the surrounding areas. I have met so many people that are so thrilled to be able to attend hot yoga nearby and in such an incredible studio. The atmosphere is very bohemian-industrial. It is very warm and welcoming and of course extra warm in the yoga room. If you have never tried Hot Yoga this is the place. If you just wanna sweat out all the bad stuff in your life go get on the mat in their hot yoga studio and release it all. You'll be happy that you did.

Great yoga practice! I was very impressed at several of the instructors ability to keep the class at a level that beginners could handle and learn while still challenging the more experienced in the room. Frank did an amazing cold/lavender infused cloth over the eyes at the end of practice that was absolutely amazing!! Only down side is the space is small, although they made it work very well when packed to the gills, get there early!

I came across this studio while visiting the area and decided to give it a try. Although it was my first time at the studio, Melissa made me feel very welcomed and I LOVED the class that she taught. The studio is "cozy", so I suggest getting to your scheduled class at least ten minutes early. That way, you can place your mat in a spot you're comfortable with.
Be prepared to have a great experience at Hot Yoga Om. I know I did.
