The staff was very friendly/helpful getting started. The facility was spacious and clean. There are 6-8 saunas with classes going on, non-stop. Some saunas have rowers or bikes in them. There is a weight station in the back. I live out of town but did the free class online and it was really a fun experience.

This studio is so nice, everything is neat and organized and i love coming to get a good sweater when im visiting my family! However the bikes in this studio are much different than the bikes I’ve used at all the other Hotworx studios I’ve been to. Sadly the seats do not adjust to a way that suits my height (I’m pretty tall) and i even asked the staff (who are very nice!) and they were even stumped and agreed that the bikes looked a little funny for my height, and can’t leave a cycle class without my back hurting :(. Otherwise the other classes are great, but the cycle classes are a pass for me.

At this point I’ve had multiple HORRIBLE experiences with the staff at this location and I’ve been a member for less than two weeks and now I’m trapped into a 6 mo agreement unless I want to pay a fee to get out.

If I were the owner of this location I would be genuinely embarrassed by the lack of professionalism of the employees and how they reflect my studio and business. As someone who works locally within the fitness industry, I was looking forward to being able to recommend my clients go here for their active recovery. However after last night, I would NEVER recommend this location because of the employees. Unfortunate!

Last night the assistant manager had her boyfriend hanging out during staffed hours. And between them and the other rude young girl working they thought it was appropriate to yell back and forth to each other throughout the entire hallway and back of the gym out to the exit door.

As someone who came there for a hot stretch after a long day I was trying to unwind. I shouldn't have to ask the staff (and their boyfriend) to not be yelling at each other throughout the gym. They were so loud that it completely disrupted my workout.

Unprofessional, lack of care, and instead of apologizing they told me I was wrong for how I told them "I didn't come here to listen to them talk." and proceeded to try and tell me how to act. What happened to customer service?

I understand this is more than likely a minimum wage job, but hire staff who are respectful and I’ll be respectful in return.

On top of that, Nadia did not properly disclose the payment schedule upon signing up or what I was actually paying for. But at least she seems sweet and well mannered.

I’m hoping someone at this location can provide some good customer service…

I was so excited to be able to come get a workout, mind my business and reset. Very disappointed.

I love this concept and this location (clean and staff is very nice) but they really need to revisit allowing 3 people per sauna. The saunas are way too small for 3 people to fit comfortably, not to mention you’re obviously sweating a lot and who wants to be on top of strangers working out in a sauna? I really wish they would make the max 2 people per sauna. My friend and I booked a sauna and I drove all the way there only to find out someone else had booked the 3rd slot last minute so I just turned around and went home.

I just signed up after trying it free with a friend yesterday. Lexi, the GM is one of THE best managers I've ever dealt with! She is not only totally knowledgeable and extremely efficient with everything about this business, but she's also genuinely friendly, kind, and caring toward everyone! This is a rare trait these days...genuineness and true kindness, so besides the fact that I loved everything about this sauna/infrared/exercise place, I also felt SO comfortable being introduced to it by someone like Lexi, that she's another KEY reason why I decided to sign-up at this location. Whoever her supervisors are, I hope they know just what a GEM of an employee they have - she's one-of-a-kind and I cannot wait to start going there regularly to work out, because she's the reason why the atmosphere is SO wonderful, warm and inviting, even for old ladies like me! I love Hotworx! If you are someone who loves the sauna and yoga/isometric exercise, this place is a dream come true! I am almost always able to book a sauna to myself as I usually book during non-peak hours. The staff here is friendly and genuine. It's an intimate gym, so if you go daily, you see the same staff daily. I love that they just say hello to you and don't act fake or too excited to see you. I'm a fairly private person and prefer to just go in and do my workout without a lot of hoopla or conversation. Lexi is just the sweetest and most friendly face to see and Sabine, who signed me up, is always cordial and welcoming. It always feels clean here and I feel safe at night even during non-staffed hours. The saunas are hot but not so hot that you can't bring your items inside for safe keeping, including your phone. I've never had issue with the heat damaging anything. This workout is just so effective. Coupled with healthy eating, daily people are commenting on my weight loss and great skin. There's always parking and it's in a shopping center that has some businesses that compliment it, like a massage studio, a waxing studio, a pilates studio and a Mediterranean restaurant with healthy options. We called several times to cancel my account over a year ago.
1. you can't just cancel, they either make you pay a penalty or 2 month worth of monthly plan
2. even though someone said they canceled, they are still charging me

I was a member for one year. Many times the door code wasn’t working and even though my payments were timely but never given a credit when the door code wasn’t working. I received a short notice on my job to relocate out of state. It costs me $120 to break my contract but only $84.00 to join. Thats just unethical business practice. I can see maybe one month to break the contract but two months is predatory. Like what is it costing them? They’re losing a member is all. I paid $120 to end my membership but I’m very disappointed and unhappy about this facility. They didn’t review the contract with me, the customer either. Also, it’s difficult to book spots because customers book multiple spots at one time. Poor management is all. They don’t train staff. Obviously 🙄 Take your workout elsewhere.

You have to come inside physically to cancel, you’re still charged a fee each time for as long as you’re suspended & to cancel completely you still are charged 2 more months before the cancellation becomes effective. Based on the owners responses to everyone good or negative, they don’t seem too concerned about just taking your money. I probably would never sign up again for these reasons alone.

I’ve been a member at Hotworx here in Boynton Beach for 3 months and I must say, I love it!! The sauna makes you sweat and feels therapeutic for my body. There’s so many options to workout. I’ve seen Hotworx for about a year before I finally decided to go try it and now I’m completely hooked. I’ve always been inconsistent in my workouts when I go to a gym or workout from home. I’m easily distracted or don’t push myself hard enough. HOTWORX has changed all of that for me. It’s like a spa treatment and workout all in one. My skin is more glowing than it’s ever been, my workouts are more intense and burn more calories, I sweat out all the toxins from my week, and you get an after burn even when your workout is over! It’s a pretty cool experience to have access to the gym 24/7 and be able to go whenever I want. Not to mention the fact you get your own personal sauna to workout in. Hotworx is a clean, safe, small place to work out. I do love the saunas and the options to take different types of classes and availability 24/7. The classes change monthly so if you go often and may get a little repetitive.

Unfortunately the location is 25 minutes from my work and 30 minutes from home so it was inconvenient for me to continue my membership. In order to end your membership, you can either pay $100 for immediate termination or continue paying monthly for 3 more months until you can end your contract. I really didn’t like that as I’m having to pay 3 more months and I am barely able to go to get my moneys worth.

I suggest you try the free class first and just be aware of the cancellation needs 3 months notice.

Hotworx has literally been my lifeline throughout the Covid pandemic. I joined in Boynton Beach the day they opened after lockdown. I was looking for a place to go where I would feel safe and could get out of my house/home office. I had no idea how much I would get out if, but now, nearly a year later I can say I have lost weight, my skin has improved, my flexibility has increased, and I have become much stronger! My time in the sauna is my release for the day - I let all my stress out in there and let it go!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I have watched my weight climb and climb. I tried all kinds of exercises, only to injure myself. My doctor would tell me to only do yoga or Pilates. They would also suggest I use an infrared sauna. I never found a place that was affordable. Well, I have now found that place! THE BEST PLACE EVER !!! I’ve always wanted a small private place but also to be guided and instructed and this has turned out to the perfect place for me! I don’t feel judged or looked at because your in the rooms with only 1 or 2 other people ,There’s something comforting about being in the heat and I feel like honestly it makes me wanna work out more ! I’ve NEVER been this motivated or felt happy while working out! The staff is great!!! The technology is sooo cool! The app works great and how you open the door ! Love everything about it ! Hears to hopefully getting through the entire cycle class perfectly by the end of the year !!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
