I recently visited HOTWORX and was really impressed! Brittany gave me a thorough tour and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient — she took the time to explain how everything works and made me feel totally comfortable trying something new.

HOTWORX offers a unique workout experience unlike any traditional gym. You exercise inside a small infrared sauna (either solo or with up to two other people), combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise for what they call “3D Training.” The studio offers both 15-minute HIIT sessions and 30-minute isometric workouts like yoga, Pilates, and barre — all in a heated environment that can reach around 120–130°F.

The heat makes each workout feel efficient and detoxifying, and because many locations are open 24/7, it’s super convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. The private sauna pods also mean you get a more personal, focused workout instead of a big crowded class.

A monthly membership also gives you access to a small gym area with weights and functional equipment, which is great for adding extra strength training before or after your sauna sessions.

Be prepared to sweat — hydration is key! The sessions are intense at first, but your body adjusts quickly, and it’s amazing how much you can accomplish in a short time.

Overall, I had a great first impression. The space was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Brittany’s warm and professional approach really stood out. If you’re looking for a workout that’s efficient, different, and time-flexible, HOTWORX is definitely worth checking out!

I have to be honest I was a little skeptical at first, but after a few sessions, I have never in my life felt so good working out and no soreness. The infrared cuts down the muscle soreness and the heat feels incredible. I highly recommend it.

If you haven’t tried HOTWORX yet, I highly recommend it! I’ve never been someone who enjoyed working out, let alone going to a gym, but this is a completely different experience. Exercising in the infrared sauna has totally changed the game for me. Now, I actually look forward to going and pushing myself to try all the different classes! 💪🏻🔥💪🏻

After spending all day talking to people, HOTWORX at Chiquita is my happy place! I book my sessions and I know I won’t have to fight the crowd and I won’t have to wait for someone else to finish. The benefits of the infrared sauna have gone beyond burning calories. Imagine a boutique style gym. Not a lot of people so you actually can decompress. It is always super clean and the vibe is always positive.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Hotworx. I’ve been loving it more and more each time I go. It’s not just a workout, it’s an experience that makes you feel stronger, more confident, and honestly, just better overall.

The infrared sauna workouts are next level. I walk out of every session drenched (in the best way), feeling like I just gave my body a total reset. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes. Not just physically, but mentally too.

One of my favorite parts has been the community. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, and the vibe is always so positive. I have to give a special shoutout to Dee, she’s amazing! Always so helpful, upbeat, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels supported and motivated. She makes the whole experience even better.

Also, I really appreciate how clean and peaceful the studio is. And the fact that it’s open 24/7!? Huge win for anyone with a busy schedule.
