I went with my brother and the whole experience was great. From the greeting at the front (Ariana is a sweetheart) to the cleanliness to the yoga. It was difficult as it was my first time trying hot yoga, but man do I feel great afterwards. I highly recommend giving it a try and going to this location.

I've recently joined Hotworx, and it has been a fantastic experience! The infrared workouts are unique and highly effective. I love the variety of classes offered, from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle. The environment is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Ariana and the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I have been coming to HOTWORX for over six months and it has helped me recover from a couple injuries that I had from other sports. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve been saying for a while that I need to start working out but always used the excuse it’s too far, traffic is too heavy, etc. I was happy to see HOTWORX opening a location in South Cape, and so close to home. South Cape is my favorite GO TO place to Shop, Dine, Play, and now Work out. The work out experience is fabulous, the sauna heat is a game changer, no soreness either. Staff are so supportive, and always available to assist. HOTWORX is open 24/7. Love reserving my work out time so in essence I make an appointment for ME TIME each day.
