Love this place! There is such a variety of workouts, so you won’t get bored and you can do something different every day! The heat also helps you burn calories faster, and with 24/7 access, you have no excuses not to work out. Most workouts require no additional equipment, and for the couple that do, you can rent per session until you get your own (just resistance bands). The staff are ALWAYS positive and helpful, and they are rooting you on every step of the way! They will help you get started and everyone I’ve worked out with is encouraging; no snooty judgmental people here! I absolutely love this location! Brooke makes you feel right at home. A while back I told her I was a bit self conscious after having a baby and she reassured me I was at the perfect gym and they'd make me feel right at home, welcome and not judged. I love Hotworx! I'm a runner and the infrared sauna workouts are great cross training for me. The sauna really loosens up all the kinks I get from running. Ronnie was very attentive,nice over the phone &helpful into getting me in.That was a very nice workout I did the free trial and picked to workout my glutes /buns workout it was amazing very relaxing hard,but it gets easier!!. When i left the sauna my glutes felt amazing and body. Luna was very nice and kept in contact with me she gave me A lot of new advice and told me about the good benefits of the sauna. I love HOTWORX. I have been a member since August of 2022. I come to the sauna at least 5 days a week and I missed it if I am out on vacation or could not come in. It is been so helpful for my health. My visceral Fat level has gone down from over 20 when I started to 14 today. I have change so much of the fat into muscle that my lab work looks great! I came across Hotworx in an Instagram reel. I've never heard of it so I decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. I was an avid runner. But ever since I ruined my leg I have not been able to find a type of workout that running gave me until now. Now I'm able to do HIIT workouts in half the time. And by the time I'm done, I'm drenched in sweat. Not only am I burning through calories, but Im also sweating out nasty toxins. Which I highly believe is the reason that I have not gotten sick in almost year. The staff at the Clearwater studio is super friendly and always there to help. Even when I reach out to them on Instagram since I don't workout during staffed hours. Being open 24 hours is also a huge plus for me.

I went for a free trial given by Chloe the manager at the Clearwater location. Chloe shared about the programs, and how convenient the studio is by having 24 hour access. My younger sister had been a part of HotWorx during her nursing assignments in Texas. She encouraged me to go and I never did. I decided to give it a try when riding by a few days ago, I started researching it on YouTube. The reviews were amazing and even doctors encouraged people to try this style of fitness for the health benefits! I came in the studio and Chloe have me a tour and asked if I would like to come and try a session! She was awesome, great caring personality!!!
I came in yesterday 6/30 for my free session during my lunch break -the workout I chose was 15 minute HIIT workouts Hot Thunder/Cycle BOTH were absolutely fantastic! I began to sweat 😅🥵within the first couple minutes of my session. I was even able to take a quick shower 🚿 which felt amazing after that session, I love the fact that a HIIT session is only 15 minutes but you feel as if you have done 60 minutes! It is an answer to a prayer to find my “forever home 🏠 “ in my workout regimen. I Love Love the benefits of the infrared sauna 🧖‍♀️ and I am literally encouraging other friends to come and try it out…. Also I made a video for a YT short and shared my thoughts!!!! I am so happy with my decision! As we age as women we MUST find a wellness program that works for our bodies, keep stress away and build a stronger body! 2 months ago I decided to sign up at Hot Worx. I am so grateful I did because the benefits have been amazing. Not only have I seen results physically but also mentally. I had great expectations when I went to Hotworx for the first time to try. Unfortunately my girlfriend and I had very bad experience from the staff being rude speaking to us while we were discussing membership options. We were shocked from inappropriate comments it was said to us that I don’t think it’s its appropriate to say here but I can mention an example that the Ronnie the manger keep repeating that they don’t accept silver sneakers members !!!! for absolutely no reason nor we asked about it or even mentioned it. We were like what’s that supposed to mean!!!?? We left so mad and didn’t want to come back ever. One of staff members kept calling and leave voicemails about great offers for membership. they kept changing the pricing on us every time they said we are sorry we decided something different and the other one is no longer valid however the manager had the audacity to call us to follow up with our membership decision . Then we let her know our feedback from the staff. And conversation that keeps changing from one staff to another and inappropriate comments been said to us. She didn’t even think to apologize but she is saying that I can take off of our call list. I was totally upset from this kind behavior. Insult after another. I decided to write this review as I’m pretty sure I’m speaking for large group of people that might had similar experience. It’s was a huge disappointment.

First of all I have been meaning to do this FOREVER, I’m finally here though!! Hotworx Clearwater is wonderful and I’d like to take a moment to especially call out the amazing Chloe!! Chloe is usually the one greeting me when I get there. Not only does she always great me with a smile but she knows my name and I think that is very sweet. On top of that Chloe is always cleaning saunas, tidying up the place or my absolute favorite-resetting saunas, in other words she never lets a sauna get cold!!! Hi, I’m back, I just want you all to know, HOTWORX is amazing, the cleanliness, the virtual training, Chloe and the HIIT sections have been great for my success. I when down another size. It is awesome. Take a little time and come try it, you will not regret it.
I first was invited by a friend to go for a session at HotWorx. My first thought was, I can do more in less time. The second thought was, all those calories in just one visit? I like it! The next day I signed up. In 50 days, I have completed 155 sessions and burn 23,615 calories.
HotWorx is fun and works. I was stuck with the same weight since July and not only the weight is going down but I went down in size. It is AMAZING! Thank you HotWorx.

What a great experience and supportive staff. Chloe gave me a tour, provided me with a mat, and towels for my mat and face. Chloe explained everything so I felt comfortable and prepared for my first class. I love it here! It’s a cool concept and the staff that I have come in contact with is great thus far. It’s nice that they give you the options to change the settings in the sauna without having to get a member of the staff to help (sound level, temp, lights, etc). I’m somewhat picky on the amount I’ll spend on a gym membership but this has been so worth it.
