It’s a shame, because I love the concept, but hate this location. The customer service is terrible and the franchisee is SO rude and immature. She has no idea what she’s doing. It’s a boutique fitness franchise and she treats members like it’s McDonald’s. My brand new $100k car got hit while I was there, I asked her to please ask the members who parked next to me. She wouldn’t, and she wouldn’t let me. She “didn’t want to disrupt them” but she has disrupted me multiple times over the last year to take pictures of me for her instagram. Unreal. Needless to say, I canceled my membership. I guess don’t drive a car there? Or expect below bare minimum customer service?

EDIT: This entire response is false, ignorant and embarrassing on your part. I absolutely did cancel MY membership. YOU chose to refund me for the entire month, without me asking. I can gladly provide you with screenshots of our conversation if you need your memory refreshed. I did not ask you to accuse anyone of anything. I simply asked you if YOU could find out if one of your members parked next to me, so, I'm not exactly sure what "harassment endeavor" you think you saved your members from, considering I wasn't irate until after you improperly handled the situation. If I was on a "harassment endeavor," I would have interrupted the guests myself without asking your permission.

With a simple google search, you will learn that is not standard protocol. A scratched car does not warrant calling the police, unless it is the result of a crime, such as vandalism or a hit-and-run. That is an extreme waste of police time and unnecessarily diverts police attention and resources away from genuine emergencies and critical duties.

You have interrupted me no less than five times to take pictures of me, working out in matching Lululemon sets, for your IG story. Saying that you "don't interrupt workouts for photo ops" and then immediately following up with why you interrupted me in the next sentence is wildly contradictory. You have never taken my picture "in passing." You're fine with interrupting your members workouts, as long as it suits you.

Again, as I previously stated, I loved the concept, but hated the way you ran YOUR business. That is a compliment to the franchisor, not the franchisee. Don't flatter yourself.

My favorite part of the day is going to workout at Hotworx! I love all of the different workout options available from Pilates to Stretch and Hot Thunder, they're all challenging and make me feel so strong after. Love the concept of Hotworx and absolutely love the owners and employees. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and an “enjoy your workout.” I once dropped and spilled a water bottle then had sand pour out of my yoga mat and as I was apologizing over and over, the manager and another employee kept saying to not worry about it at all and cleaned it all up quickly. I made it a point to let the owner know because they handled it so professionally. Hotworx Coral Springs has an absolutely respectful and encouraging environment and I am thankful that I was a founding member and they still honor my membership fee today!

This is my first time ever experiencing this type of workout and I love it!! The Infrared energy, heat, and isometric workouts are so effective. I have been pretty consistent with going, at least 3 workouts a week and I have felt such a big different in the way my body is able to move. Hotworx as a workout is effective, but it is essential to exercise caution when selecting a studio. The Coral Springs location is particularly disappointing, with subpar management and unprofessional staff. As someone who has been working out for an extended period, I have consistently utilized my own heat and waterproof yoga mat for two years without issue. However, a staff member named Gabby recently expressed concerns that my mat was superior to the franchise's mat. Furthermore, the owner's response to this minor disagreement was unreasonable, as evidenced by a text message sent two months after the incident. I would advise against enrolling at this location. The owner of the Coral Springs studio must prioritize maintaining the equipment, which is currently in disrepair. Specifically, many of the sauna lights are inoperable, and the music is excessively loud, making it difficult to hear the instructors. It is not advisable to invest your money in this location, as you will likely be disappointed.

I  joined this gym with high hopes of a diverse and stimulating fitness experience.  The staff was friendly and the gym had several classes to choose from. However, my time at the gym left much to be desired.  the classes themselves seemed to lack variety, with the same routines and poses being repeated for months on end. Even when the classes finally changed, it was disappointing to find that the only noticeable difference was the instructors, while the repetitive nature of the exercises remained unchanged.

Furthermore, the membership agreement is something that potential members should approach with caution. The cancellation fee is ridiculous, requiring a two-month advance notice or a hefty $100+ fee. Even if you opt for the cancellation fee, they still charge you for the full month. What's more concerning is their lack of consideration for members with medical conditions, such as pregnancy that prevent them from using the gym facilities. Despite genuine health concerns, the gym showed no empathy or understanding.

In conclusion, my experience was marred by the lack of variety in classes and the unfair terms of the membership agreement. I would caution anyone considering joining this gym to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before committing, as the cancellation policies and lack of flexibility may prove to be a source of frustration and disappointment.

I have been coming to the Coral Springs location for a year. Usually I’m not a gym lady but I decided to give this a try.

However, the business took the initiative to reach out to me and get the issue resolved. I was impressed by their prompt response, willingness to listen to my concerns, and their commitment to understanding what happened.

The business took full responsibility for their employee's mistake and worked diligently to make things right. I can’t explain how excited I am about this place. The benefits of the infrared sauna is amazing on its own, but when you add awesome workouts & a smooth scheduling process—it’s even BETTER. Oh.. and did I mention it’s 24/7?! I did a free trial and I was able to do Pilates, cycling, and a resistance band workout but they have a lot of other options as well. There is a screen with instructors that guide you through your session and you have the choice to do a 45 minute workout, 15 min workout, or both! I’m personally in the process of detoxing from mold, so I know working out and sweating a little extra is going to be great for my routine. The benefits are EXCELLENT and very much worth giving a try!

Update:
As of today I’ve been with HOTWORX for 9 months and I LOVE it. The Coral Springs location is always clean and all of the staff members are always friendly and ready to help. Not only was I able to loose weight faster than any other workout I’ve done in my life, but this spot became my sanctuary when I needed to decompress from the stress of life. JOIN!
