I was hoping for a call back from management about an altercation that occurred but never received any. My girlfriend and I have been going to HOTWORX in Deerfield and off 136th Avenue and we love it. This facility is cramped to say the least. The problem here is some of the people that attend this facility. They feel when they book a session that they get the entire room to themselves. A month ago I had a scheduled workout in room seven and when I arrived there was a woman there who basically yelled at me that the place was too cramped and that she should have the entire room to herself. I politely left. Today I had two sessions scheduled in room six at starting at 8:15 AM and on my second session 2 ladies entered the room and one of them started to verbally attack me. She was saying that the rooms are too cramped and that it was not polite for me to go and do a second workout. I was polite to her and I even fixed her broken seat on her cycle. Her attitude was horrible and I decided to leave halfway through the second out she started yelling at me that I ruined her workout and I had opened the door allowing the heat to escape. You could tell that her friend was embarrassed by her behavior. She said a lot of other things that were not polite which I'm not gonna mention on this review. My girlfriend was doing a yoga session and wanted to come over there and straighten that girl out but we left. I called management and left a message. Never got a response back. I would suggest going to 136th Ave. where their facility is larger with a little more space and patrons have a better attitude.

Really nice facility but the water from the water fountain is warm. Every other Hotworx I go to around the country, the water is refreshing and cold. That’s the only downfall. Fix the water and I would do five stars. But warm water after 125° workout is the worst… fix the water fountain. Also, replace the filter that’s gross. Never seen a Hotworx with an expired filter .

I love hotworx ! The heat and the workouts are amazing the location is very clean and one of my favorite location to work out at. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve tried so many gyms over the years, but nothing compares to this. From the moment I started, everything changed—my workouts, my PEACE, my results, and honestly… my happiness. It’s become my therapy, my reset, and my happy place all in one.

I have been going to hotworx since the end of February and I am down 16 pounds! I love how flexible it is with last minute scheduling and / or cancellations, the 24/7 access and how friendly all the staff are. HotWorx is the best workout and I have been a member since it first opened. I have tried all the other workouts and this ladies and gents is the best out there. You can do your 45 mins workout and then head to the bike, cycle or water rower and don’t forget the blast bike. You even have access to gym equipment. Someone who used to compete in figure I appreciate the safe environment and that I am able to come at any time of the day 24/7. You are able to workout with weight or the machines without all the Muscleheads ( men and women) acting like they own the gym. We love it so much that both of my daughters have a membership and even some of my best friends. They saw how much I love it and had to try a class and were hooked. The workouts change pretty regularly so you don’t get stagnant or loose interest. I love that it’s virtual and you are able to modify certain postures if you aren’t quite at the instructors level. Again love love love HotWorx!

I have been a member of HotWorx Davie since its inception, over a year and a half ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself! I’m down over 50lbs and feeling like a better version of myself each new day!

While you can get the same workouts at all of the locations, the people at HWDavie are the absolute best! Sharon the owner, from day 1 has been a positive encouragement and Customer Service Warrior Jordan’s light and positive energy encourage me every time I walk into the studio! Whether it’s her great smile, willingness to hear and act on concerns, sympathetic ear to listen or encouragement to keep going; she has a light and energy that brings such positivity to the studio… I even watched her on her hands and knees cleaning up a smoothie a client spilled, all the while encouraging the client, who felt very guilty, that it “happens all the time and it’s ok”! (Yep I saw you Jordan!) this type of inclusion and encouragement doesn’t happen at many gyms/studios.

I am truly grateful for HotWorx Davie and invite anyone looking for a place they can feel supported and loved, (NOT JUDGED) while working on themselves; to come try a class and see what the hype is all about!

Definitely worth checking out! They have a wide range of mat/floor work outs (yoga, core, etc), machinery for hit (cycling, rowing), and a spot for weights / fx.
Sauna is optional, you have control based on your comfort. There is this really nice sense of privacy and exclusivity, incentives for your workouts (rewards through the app for just showing up), and overall its
competitive pricing for a non-tradional gym.

Hotworx Griffin is amazing! The infrared sauna workout is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. You get to do exercises like yoga, pilates, or HIIT inside a heated sauna, and the infrared heat makes you sweat way more, which feels great for detoxing. Let me just start off with saying thank you to Shirley and the staff members at this hotworx location. They are super welcoming and make sure the place stays clean and ready for use.

I started my journey here after hearing hotworx being mentioned at family functions. I knew I had been wanting to hit the gym and make some positive changes however, I always had an excuse why I wouldn't go. After the first few days of coming to hotworx there was a shift in my thinking, I was happily getting up earlier getting in a class (or multiple classes) and then going to work. It just felt right! Not only did I start feeling more energized in the mornings after workouts, I really did start seeing the difference. In total as of today I've lost about 40lbs and it feels good. I did put in the time and effort for those results but this is like everything else in life, you get more positive out the more you put in. I encourage you to take that step and come join the hotworx team for what i think is a hell of a workout.

The class itself was exciting and a really cool experience. My friend and I took a free hot Pilates class, and we had fun trying it out! However, we were disappointed in the tour -which left us more confused, and we had numerous standard gym membership questions, which none of the three employees we spoke with could give a clear answer to. There were many members walking in and out that the owner was helping so we were assisted by a few different employees, but none of the employees seemed to be able to clearly answer questions about locker rentals, gym cancellation policy, registration fee price, specials for startup, etc. Before our workout, we also were not told that the towel went on top of the mat, so we used it to wipe our sweat, and we were not told that the rollers were needed for our workout (or where they were) so we just went without them for the exercises. I think once the employees become more familiar with the internal policies and procedures, this place will take off….the other reviews are positive….so maybe our day was a fluke! Unfortunately, due to the confusion…we didn’t feel comfortable booking through this location and started our membership at the Fort Lauderdale location, where we were given clarity and transparency with every question. We heard that the Davie location owner is very nice and awesome, so I’m hoping the best for her and that she does well, despite some of the issues we experienced. 🩵
