I love it here!!! Jason is extremely nice, honestly the whole staff is too! They really try to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. it really is like a community and during staffed hours they are always there to help with anything you need.

Today is my 3rd day and I already feel amazing. I look forward to going because the energy is always good and the place is extremely clean. I leave with a smile every time. Highly recommend!!!

Today was my first day at HOTWORX since my boyfriend signed me up and I really appreciated him for thinking of me in that way. Jason was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming which made my first session of yoga inside the sauna such a good experience.

What I really noticed was how much thought went into the whole vision of HOTWORX. It feels like everything was created with women in mind. The safety, the cleanliness, and the small details all make you feel comfortable. As a woman, it honestly feels good to have a place like this because regular gyms can sometimes feel like they are mostly for guys. Here it feels like my own space.

Overall I love the way HOTWORX was put together and I am excited to keep coming back.

Not to be dramatic, but joining Hotworx changed my habits, my body, my mood, and quite literally my life!!! I’ve never been able to stay consistent with workouts, and this is the first time I’ve truly enjoyed moving my body. The virtual workouts have a great variety so I never get bored, and the Delray location in particular is amazing. It’s always clean, spacious, never over crowded, and everyone that works here is soooo kind.

Getting a membership here is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, and I encourage everyone to give it a shot, especially for those who are reading the reviews :)

Must try! It sounds scary and I was very hesitant, but I am ECSTATIC that I tried it. The owner and staff are really AMAZING people. The place is ALWAYS spotless and I feel safe there. The gym is open 24 hours with security features I haven’t seen in any other gym.
Since we may have the same concerns I will run through my worries that held me back: 1. the heat: you get used to it. BUT you are not locked in. lol. If you need to open the door or go out you can. Now I find the heat detoxifying.
2. Tight squeeze: only 3 people are allowed in a sauna at a time. BUT no “stranger” has ever joined my class
3. Schedule: this gym even has 15 minute classes. EVERY 15 minutes so you can ALWAYS get a workout in.
4. Price: EXTREMELY reasonable! And exceptional deal for additional family members.
BOTTOM LINE: You will LOVE it. Take a FREE class and see for yourself. I go at least 2x per day!

I LOVE hotworx!!! Especially the Delray location. It is so central to everything, where I live, go to school, grocery shop, and so much more. I have so many opportunities throughout the day to go get an awesome full body sweat in!! Not only is the facility clean and exceptional, the staff is so friendly. When I visited this Hotworx studio located in delray square I was lucky enough to be helped and shown around the facility by Amanda. Not only did Amanda give me an excellent tour, she also broke down all the health benefits and fitness objectives that came along with all the amenities. From infrared sauna workouts lead by virtual instructors to free weights and cables I was thoroughly impressed with the variety they had to offer.

Jason is the best! My daughter and I were stalking the place and he let us in for a free trial! Very welcoming and friendly. We both felt safe. I am a retired police officer and safety is always a concern for me and this place gave me that safe feeling I needed for my daughter. Not to mention a great cleanse and workouts!
