I have been a member since 2023, wonderful place with the best staff and great results!! I have had multiple knee surgeries and Hotworx has really helped with joint/tendon issues. Recently, I woke up and my knee had completely locked up, I could barely walk. I tried every exercise I know and attempted to walk the dog around the block wearing a knee brace but no relief. I decided to go to Hotworx and try just sitting on the blast bike. I ended up doing two blast sessions and my knee completely relaxed, I walked out of there feeling great and have had no issues since then. It was truly amazing! We are so blessed to have Hotworx and their amazing staff here in Destin!!

HOTWORX is a game changer! It is one of my favorite workouts of all time. If you haven’t tried it you need to try it sooner than later. I love the combination of the HIIT workouts, as well as the many variety of strength training workouts such as ISO, yoga, Pilates, stretch buns, and core. They also have weights in the back if you wanna add that to your routine, The staff here is top notch & very helpful. The 24 hours is great for those who have a crazy schedule like I do you can make your own.

My first 60 days at Hotworx - Destin!

I started HOTWORX and immediately gravitated towards all the options they had to offer. I needed to make a change in my lifestyle and workout regime.

From someone who has very little gym experience, I was skeptical of joining HOTWORX with the expectation that it was going to be like all other gyms being intimidating and perhaps judgmental. I knew HOTWORX was known for their infrared sauna structure only. I booked online the free workout session with hesitation not knowing what to expect only to be greeted by a team that was welcoming and supportive of every individual coming in to better themselves. I was given the full rundown of all areas of the studio as well as a breakdown of what each Isometric session and High Intensity Training session encompassed. The team at HOTWORX Destin was so encouraging, I joined without haste. They greet you by name when you enter and are always happy to see you there. Exercising at HOTWORX Destin is now a pivotal roll in my daily routine. Hot exercise in the infrared saunas leave me feeling accomplished every time whether it be a quick cycling session or a full bonfire of an isometric session and HIT workout.

I AM IN LOVE with HOTWORX!
Let me start by saying there’s different saunas and each of them offer different classes, (Pilates, yoga, Cycle and much more)
They are 45 minutes or 15 minutes classes! It’s a 24/7 gym so you can take whatever classes as many times as you like at any time of the day! The staff makes you feel very welcome and comfortable! This gym is always VERY clean and also has a side of it with free weights and few machines as well! If you haven’t tried it, please check it out! They offer a free workout for first timers and I promise you will not regret it!!!!

If you do not like group workouts but need a space away from your home. This is the place. The saunas are absolutely an added bonus. Even better is the team. If you share your goal and dreams with them, they will encourage you, check on you and everything you could ask for along the way. I absolutely love the support here. The workouts are challenging -- BUT remember -- it should be hard to start and you get better every visit. After a while, the workout switches so you have something fresh and challenging again. It's the best!

I joined before our studio had even opened-i was looking for a different kind of workout that would work in a different way than just running. Little did i know, but about 4 months after i joined i had to have an emergency 3 level lspine fusion. During the time prior to the surgery i was working out almost everyday (the workouts can be quick and still be rewarding). I am 67 and went into the surgery in pretty good physical shape—but my orthopedist was truly amazed at how fast my recovery was progressing and i know Hotworx attributed to that -i was back in the studio within maybe 3 weeks-there were days i could only lay and get the benefits of the infrared heat in the saunas-i certainly wasn’t allowed to bend or twist during this time BUT there were several things i could eventually do and the staff (and other members) were so supportive to help me in my recovery. It’s been a long year in my mind, but i know i have progressed better and faster with the workouts at Hotworx than i would have trying to do it on my own. My goal from the day of surgery was to run a half marathon at my 1 year post surgery date —i achieved that one week ago in Napa, California— i know im blessed in a lot of ways in my recovery and i do know Hotworx was an integral part of this recovery!

I'm addicted to infrared. Within 3 workouts I saw some muscle gains in my upper body that I had not seen in years of consistent exercise. Great Gym, Great Staff. I am a 3 yr Hotworx member from SC. I have visited several (10+) HW gyms while traveling and the Destin HW location is one of the top ones, IMO. The studio space is optimized very well for member's benefit. The entire facility is always clean, hard to do when sweat is one of your major products but they keep is nice! Kathy and her staff are the most engaged staff of the HW locations I've visited when it comes to building a "members are family" vibe, i.e. a running club that meets there and other member interactions. HOTWORX Destin is an amazing gym - offering HIIT and Isometric workouts in saunas so you maximize your workout time and get major detox in the process. There's an FX Zone with small weights and machines. Members have 24-hour access to the gym and it's very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and available even if they aren't at the gym for the staffed hours. There's a shower available which makes it even easier to pop in for a quick workout, even if you have somewhere to get to after!

These sauna workouts are an amazing complement to other workout and training routines. I started when the gym opened, and I ran a run series (5k, 10k, and half marathon) a month after starting consistent workouts at HOTWORX in supplement of my race training, and it was likely the best I'd ever felt completing those 3 races, 3 days in a row (which I've done multiple times).

The saunas allow for up to 3 people in each workout and the HOTWORX app allows you to easily view times, availability, and classes (such as Cycle, row, pilates, yoga, barre, stretch, and MANY more) for you to book in advance.

This place is addicting - I feel so good when I come out of the sauna! Signing up for your class time is so easy & convenient on the app - which also keeps track of your calories burned (including the after burn!). So many work out choices - elliptical bike (my favorite), spin bikes, rowing machines, Pilates, Barre, stretch, bands, and a few others I haven't tried yet. And the staff is awesome & so friendly'!

Absolutely love these small intimate classes. The staff at destin facility has been so encouraging and helpful to make sure I feel comfortable getting use to hot exercise. I'm so glad I joined. I had a full detox on day 1. I felt horrible. I went back because I obviously needed it. Day 2 was better. I was educated on electrolytes and increase my hydration and vitamins. Highly recommend that.

Me and my husband love to workout as a couple here together. Love the HIIT classes, hot core, Pilates and Barre. So convenient as it’s open 24/7 and love that we can adjust the heat in the sauna. Hotworx Destin is amazing! Great staff and great competition amongst the gym as a whole! I’ve been going for about 5 months and the first 90 days I lost 53 lbs and lowered my metabolic age to 26 years old and I’m 30 years old. Very clean gym! Nice variety of people. If you want a place that makes you feel like home and encourages you to show up for yourself this is the place for you. It isn’t your typical gym, it’s got so much to offer. I love the benefits of working out in a sauna, they proved 3 cardio classes and different classes like core, Pilates, barre, two different yoga classes all instructed by a virtual trainer. You workout in different pods that hold up to 3 people, and so you aren’t ever in a crowded area working out. There is also a standard gym in the back with weights as well (not heated). The owner, GM, and the other people who work there make it feel like a home and are so welcoming. I’ve never stuck with something the way I have here and I’m proud of myself everyday that I show up. If you aren’t sure if you will like it right away you can schedule a free workout! Definitely stop by and try it.
