I’m really disappointed with how my membership cancellation was handled. I called multiple times over several months to cancel, and each time the staff told me the owner would contact me back regarding my cancellation and a possible refund. That never happened.

Every time I called back for an update, I was told the owner “wasn’t in that day” and that another note would be left for them to reach out. I never received a single call, email, or follow-up from any owner or manager.

Instead, the only option I was given was to pay a $100 cancellation fee—even after explaining that I had moved and wouldn’t be able to come in. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt completely ignored throughout the entire process.

I made every effort to cancel properly, but the lack of communication and follow-through on their end is unacceptable.

Genuinely the only place I’ve ever actually been exited to work out at 😄 had my first session today and signed up for my membership! I didn’t catch their names, but the 2 girls that work on Saturdays were so nice and welcoming!

We love going to Hotworx in Estero, FL! It truly is more workout in less time. The staff is so helpful and kind. The studio is always clean and tidy. Sweat can smell gross and get messy but they are amazing at keeping everything fresh and sanitary. We also love their reward system. So grateful

Infrared sauna use has been show to aid with Alzheimer’s/dementia prevention, which is how I became interested in HOTWORX in the first place.

I can't say enough great things about HOTWORX Estero! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere. Vincent, the owner, goes out of his way to say hello and truly makes you feel like an old friend every time you're there.

The studio is always spotless, which makes such a difference—especially when you're working up a sweat! I love knowing exactly what to expect every time I walk in: a clean space, great energy, and high-quality workouts.

The 24/7 access is a total game changer, especially as a new mom. I can easily schedule classes at times that work for me, no matter how unpredictable my day gets. Yikes! The cancellation policy is literally ridiculous…and obviously needs to make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership by using underhanded policies. I just gave a 30+ day notice in person (since online costs you more) to cancel my 6 month agreement, and I was just informed that I can’t do that and I must come back on the last day of my agreement on 7/31 to cancel sufficiently. And if I can’t make it that day in person, I will continue to be billed even though I am telling them 30 days ahead of time that I’m canceling effective 7/31. What an absolute joke of a business.

If you are looking for an amazing workout with a great community I couldn’t recommend HOTWORX Estero more!! Vincent the owner, and all the girls who work there, are seriously the sweetest people! You can tell Vincent is so passionate about his work and especially the community considering he knows every single members name that walks through the door! I started working out at their location in Fort Myers and I saw positive results within a few months. It’s been about a year and an half, I was so happy when I heard they were opening up another 5 minutes from my house! It’s a great workout, so many different variations including low and high intensity, and even a weight lifting area! You definitely need to go in and try it!

I want to begin by acknowledging and appreciating the improvements you’ve made recently, especially in terms of cleanliness—it’s something we’ve definitely noticed and value.

However, I am quite surprised and honestly puzzled that the bathroom does not have any electrical outlet available for using a hair dryer. Considering that a significant portion of your clientele—around 80%—are women who often head straight to work after their workout, it seems like a basic necessity that should be provided.

I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to enhance the overall experience for your members.

I just found out that even though I finished my three month required membership, it’s still going to cost me $99 to cancel & I have to go in to cancel I’m sure that was in the membership agreement somewhere, but wow! Just thought everybody should know that.

As a full-time working mom of two young kids, it is hard to find the time to have a great workout. Since joining HOTWORX in Estero, I have not only gotten in better physical shape, I feel emotionally and spiritually lifted every time I leave the studio.
