Tried Hotworx for the first time on 10/30/25 thanks to my gym sis, and I loved the workout — definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and felt amazing after! 💪🏾

Only downside was the front desk experience. He wasn’t very friendly, and as a first-time visitor, I expected a warmer welcome or quick tour. As a manager, customer service really matters to me. I’ll give this location another try to see if the vibe’s different next time.

UPDATE: Spoke with the owner, Janine — and she’s an absolute sweetheart! 🥰 She assured me that great customer service is her top priority. True New Yorker… takes no ish! 😉😂 Her follow-up definitely made a fan out of me. I’ll be back very soon! 💯✨

I was a Yoga Joint member for many years
The Yoga Joint is EXPENSIVE, DIRTY and SMELLY. This place is 1/2 the price with UNLIMITED Yoga while the Yoga joint was DOUBLE the price for ONLY 8 sessions. HOTWORX is CLEAN and smells WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommend to my friends and enemies

I typically don’t do any hot yoga or any type of workout in a hot space but I just found this place through a coworker recommendation. What a great feeling in concept you gotta try it as a supplement to your workout. I’ve been twice this week and it really detox my body. I did a stretch class. I did a core class and I also did a spin class all in 120° dry infrared sauna I can’t explain the feeling but you gotta give it a try. The first workout is free. I signed up after the second workout. I’m going to incorporate this into my lifting routine. There are definitely some good values to infrared sauna give it a try the team at this location or above and beyond shout out to Hailey for taking care of me.

Signed up in February, staff wasn't very friendly, price was over $200 for getting in. I called in May to cancel (they told me to call two months prior from any termination) since I was moving out of state because the plan only allows you to workout at the Fort Lauderdale facility. The staff lady AKA manager was extremely rude telling me if I wanted to pay $99 to cancel completely or pay for another two months and termination will be completed, which I was okay with it - it's two months I can work out. Well turns out she never canceled the plan because I was a charge TODAY from Hotworxs.

PEOPLE DONT COME HERE, MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IVE WAISTED SO MUCH MONEY BECAUSE OF HER. Thank you for lying to me believing that you canceled my plan, I was okay with the two months but really!?

I LOVE THIS GYM!
I have never been a fan of traditional gyms. I always preferred class, such as aerobics to keep me motivated and most of all, because I am not a professional and do not even know where to start! Personal trainers are expensive and most classes did not fit my schedule. Then my BFF showed me this gym, and I instantly fell in love! I do not get bored! I enjoy all of the virtual instructors and workout types. I had recently moved and had to switch my home gym, so I want to give a shout-out to Janine. Thank you so very much! I experienced some trouble during my switch and her customer service exceeded my expectations! Upon signing my contract, one of the employees said "welcome home!" (So sweet!) I love going to HWX. This is the closest location to my home and I love going early in the morning. The studio offers parking and I have never had a problem finding a spot. This is a Sauna with bikes. Periodt! It's a small and cute place for someone like a "Stay at home wife" or someone looking to die from a heat stroke. There is no live instructor you watch a video of an instructor through a small screen... THE SAME VIDEO every time! There are a couple of free weights but you can buy those from Walmart for 20 bucks. If you are looking for a GYM with full equipment and to gain muscle this is not the place for you. On that note, I tried to cancel my membership and was unaware of the cancellation terms as I trusted what I was told from one particular staff member and the owner verses what I signed. Nice staff - but-NOT the place for me.

This is the first gym I actually stay consistent to and go almost everyday. It has help me with my goals, endurance, and overall health. I enjoy the environment and the staff is really welcoming, especially Hailey and Becca.
The only thing I felt kind of mislead at was the referrals explanation. When I enrolled, I was told that 3 referrals would give you a free month. When I finally got my 3 referrals, I was told that they couldn’t give me the free month as it was supposed to be 3 referrals in the same month. I felt a bit mislead as I worked hard for my 3 referrals and was very disappointed to hear those news. Overall, great gym but they should be more detailed when giving out explanations as this situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely love this place. Feel like it mixes working out and using a sauna perfectly. It really gets me into the gym daily since it’s 24 hours and you can schedule relatively close to the start time of the class you want to take. I really enjoy the 15 minute cycling in the sauna. What more could you ask for. Sauna benefits + workout benefits = getting better every day. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like home. Def not worth it. They will continue to charge for an additional 2 months after you cancel and when asked to explain why multiple times I have yet to receive an answer. They then say most gyms have 1-2 month cancellation policy which is not the case. When you can cancel that’s it. But not here. It’s really not worth it the videos are mediocre and you’re not prepared with anything cause no one tells you what equipment may be needed. No one adhered to their scheduling people just to in whatever sauna is open. Any other gym has more quipment and machines and space. This place is so tiny. Don’t waste your money here cause you’ll be throwing away $120 in the two months that you continue to pay even tho you requested to cancel. They can’t even provide you a viable reason as to why they run their business like that.

Edit- whether you think communication via Facebook is profesional or not is irrelevant if you don’t want to answer questions via Facebook don’t use the messenger furthermore you continue to send a contract i am asking you to explain why you continue to charge people for two months after cancellation. WHAT IS THE REASON?!

Very rude and unhelpful staff controlling their Instagram. She is pushy and judgmental. Even the way I see her replying to 1 star reviews is disturbing. I loved the idea of working out in a sauna and more workout for less the time. The staff and owner Jennine were very friendly and allowed me to bring my son in and sit on his iPad while my boyfriend and I worked out. However, the cancellation process has been convoluted. Wow!! I always dreaded going to the gym. I disliked the amount of time I felt like I had to spend there, the amount of people there, and I just had no idea what to do/try new things.

I never knew how much I needed HotWorx. This is the perfect type of gym, especially for me. The saunas are private with only 1-3 in a room with virtual instructors. The heat and infrared structure helps me get more workout in less time so I don’t feel guilty for being at the gym for a short amount of time. I end up burning the same amount of calories in 15-30 min as if I were to be at a regular gym for at least an hour. The staff at this location are so personable and welcoming! They are a true hype team!

I've been going to Hotworx since they opened and I LOVE IT! Its super clean and I love the calorie burn that I get from working out in an infrared sauna :) I'm also less sore after working out in the sauna and my flexibility has increased. 100% YAYYYY for Hotworx!

I have never found a gym that fits all of my needs. I am a novice yoga practicer and really love free weights. I enjoy that the sessions at HOTWORX are private and I can move at my own pace. I appreciate the customer experience Janine provides and haven’t found that anywhere else! I’m so thankful I found them!

I am not one to write reviews much, but this is long overdue. HOTWORX has honestly changed my life for the best! This place is open 24/7, provides individualized saunas with 10+ different workout types! The best part of it all... it's $50 a month for unlimited classes. I went from working out 1-2 days a week, to working out 6 days a week, twice a day! So far I have lost 25 pounds (and so many more inches) just eating better and working out at HOTWORX. On top of it all, their staff became like friends and family to me! This place is perfect for those who want to try something different. Yes, the classes are the same, but the intention of this is to perfect your form! I have been a member for 6 months, am still perfecting my form, never bored and really started to kick into gear with my workouts once HOTWORX reopened in June. There is nothing like HOTWORX. They offer 15, 30 and 45 minute classes from HOT CYCYLE (15 minute spin class in a sauna) to HOT YOGA (45 minutes)! Not only do you come out drenched, but you feel BETTER! To all of those who want to make a lifestyle change that is catered to you, HOTWORX is it my friends. You can reserve your class online 24-hours in advance and even SAME day, if you decide you want to switch it up, you can simply remove yourself and/or add another class with no penalty. For being such a boutique and pristine fitness center, $50 a month for unlimited classes at HOTWORX is incredible! HOTWORX is for everybody and for EVERY BODY! Wow! Just wow. I moved down here from NH and could not have asked for a smoother transition- all thanks to the lovely Janine. She has been nothing but kind and generous- and this location operates the exact same way. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Especially now with COVID, the precautionary measures taken here really are above and beyond and have made me feel safe enough to continue to workout. I one hundred percent recommend this location!

I absolutely love this place!! I was very impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. Workouts weren’t for me. The content only changes periodically so you take the same class over and over again - also the classes don’t have music. Even though the workouts are on the shorter side you are supposed to get there early so the time commitment of being there is still about an hour. The appeal for me was to go late at night but I don’t even think that is an option any more. Definitely expensive to get out of the contract. If you are coming back from an injury or can only workout at off times and have trouble finding classes - this would be a decent option.

I have never experienced a workout like this in my life! Incredibly intense and effective for a short amount of time. The 130 degree infrared saunas offer healing and detox while making you drip with sweat to torch calories and sculpt your body! LOVE the 24/7 virtual trainer concept so that you can fit in your workout on your OWN schedule. Janine is amazing and very accommodating! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

Love the people and set up! Very clean and well maintained, staff is accommodating and helpful. Love the flexibility/that they’re open 24/7 and the classes are relatively short (aka easy to fit in) and that the app tells you how many people (often none) are registered for each class. Wish there were some more weights involved in the sauna classes

Literally OBSESSED with everything about Hotworx Flagler Village. Its now part of my daily workout routine. Janine and the girls are like fam now . I love this place it's amazing. I visit Fort Lauderdale often and this is the place to go. I love the 24hr access and the staff is amazing. I've never been to a gym that is so clean. If you live in the area I recommended you check out this place , Unlimited access for $59 a month. The owner Janine is amazing and makes everyone's experience great.

This place is AMAZING!! The health benefits alone for your body is a win. The price per month can't be beat at all with no other fitness center. It has 24 hour acess once you join. I can't take any anti inflammatory NSAIDs anymore so the healing properties of the Infrared is remarkable. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and new. I've tried multiple gyms in the past with different classes such as bootcamps, barre, yoga, etc., and this place has them all beat by far. Not only is there an awesome variety of sessions to choose from, but you're burning at least twice the amount of calories from the infrared heat in the saunas.
