I’ve been a member at HOTWORX for 3 years now, and I still love it just as much as I did when I first joined. As a nurse with a crazy schedule, I love how flexible and convenient it is. I can squeeze in a session or nap before or after a shift, and it never feels like a chore. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the place is clean, and booking through the app is super easy. DO NOT COME TO THIS STUDIO
Manager interrupted my yoga class. Pulled me out of the sauna, blocked the doorway so I couldn't enter. He said I couldn't use my Giam towel, that I has to use his towel and made me read the membership agreement before allowing me to complete the yoga class. Because of the incompetent management I missed half the yoga class.

The studio also was dirty and smelled. The foam roller was worn out and smelled badly. There were not available cleaning wipes, towels or soap as at other studios.

The best service anyone could ask for, all of the girls explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I asked with respect and patience; they went so far as to tour me around and wanted me to have the best experience possible. I was sold by the excellent staff members, who were extremely friendly folks. HOTWORX is wonderful, and I'm delighted I'm a member. I definitely recommend it.

Have been coming to this location on and off since they opened two years ago. Always clean, Vincent and his staff are so kind, it’s an unbeatable price for a boutique gym. The 24 hour classes work great for my schedule and they switch the videos every few months. Cant recommend this place enough for all ages and fitness levels.

Edit: He essentially said the documentation wouldn’t matter because it would end up being the same price that I would have paid anyways because of a $99, YES $99 instant cancel fee. On top of me submitting documentation. It’s also ridiculous for him to say “ You should have told us” when I had a medical emergency. I can promise you, Hotworx for the past two months has been the last thing on my mind.

The ideal workout spot. I honestly never thought I would like being in a sauna. It's convenient and serene, and I love exercising there. If you haven't visited yet, I strongly suggest you come for a tour. The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is delightful. It's truly a worthwhile investment in yourself – give it a try!

Money grab - they will keep charging your card if you try to cancel.

When I signed up I was told I could cancel after three months with no cancellation fee. I asked specifically because I did not want to be locked into a contract. When I tried to cancel they said I had to pay $100 or pay for 2 more months in order to cancel!

Completely unfair and sneaky business practices in order to keep bringing in money. I called and spoke with staff twice and my card is continuing to be charged. I emailed the manager and after his initial reply of “pay or too bad” we are now going on a week with no additional reply from him.

Disputing charges with my bank now.

Be ready to drop cash for nothing for 6 months to a year if you don’t end up liking it.

Be aware of changing policies and unprofessional behaviors
When I joined I was told I could cancel with a 30 days notice. A month before moving to another city, I reached out to the owner to cancel since my move was coming up. I was now told that I needed a 60 days notice to cancel or I had to pay 100$ to cancel right away. I tried to reach out to them multiple times before the 60 days notice. Owner denied that he spoke to me even if I had the call logs. I had to pay three more months without being able to use the studio. Not a great look.

Exactly what I've been looking for my whole life. I was an avid hot yoga fanatic and the classes just got too long and it was difficult (impossible) to make class times every day... HotWorx solves all those problems... Using the app is easy, and the staff are always cool as hell when I come in... but it's all self-directed so you're not waiting on anyone... their system is simple and perfect. I have been going here for quite a bit of time. They change the workouts that you follow in the saunas so you get challenged after a certain amount of weeks. It is truly amazing what a great gym this is, private and they always greet you at the door and make you feel welcomed! I am always talking to the staff and the manager of the place! They are all always so friendly and helpful! I have been to a different gym and never felt so comfortable like I do at this one! Even the people who come here are always so polite! I've always been a gym guy but was introduced to Hotworx by my girlfriend. We both signed up and I can say it definitely adds a different dynamic to health and fitness. I no longer do cardio at the gym and focus on Hotworx for that. Definitely get better results and more calories burned in a shorter amount of time. You can shed extra weight/bloat in no time! Not only that, but I feel better every time I leave versus doing other cardio exercises. The staff & management are always very welcoming and treat you like a guest, not another member. It was all good and well until we wanted to cancel and they charged us $105 for EACH person to cancel. They spent a lot of time telling us all the parts of the contract and benefits EXCEPT the $100 cancellation fee. I never in my life heard of such a ridiculously high cancellation fee. I would have given it 5 starts if it wasn't for their lack of good faith. They wouldn't even fix the water fountain so you are forced to pay $4 for a water bottle.

I can't believe the difference I feel in only a few workouts! Just signed up recently with my wife. I do strength training with some bodybuilding mixed in 5-6 days a week (deadlifts, heavy bench press, squats ect.) And I have been looking for somewhere to do some hot yoga and hot cardio in a sauna for active recovery days. My wife was also looking for somewhere to get back into working out and doing things such as barre and hot yoga.

We were both very impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff as well as the 24/7 access and the ease of booking time in their saunas via the app.. definitely a great spot for your active recovery needs and a great spot to get a workout in if you are looking to do hot workouts in a sauna. They also have a selection of free weights in the back (dumbells and kettlebells) if you are looking to get some light weight training before or after your sauna time.
