Been going for a little over two weeks, and it’s my new obsession. Biggest thing I’ve noticed so far is my skin being the best it’s ever been.

I recently moved back to the area and have fallen in love with hotworx! The staff always greets you with a smile, follows up with you after classes, and gives insights on what to try next. Since moving back, I am in the studio M-F (taking multiple classes), and love the results I have seen. The studio is clean, classes are challenging, and the heat is a bonus. HOTWORX has been a great choice for my fitness. The staff is incredible! They are always available to help and make everyone feel invited. I am also very happy with how clean all of the space is! The rooms are cleaned constantly and the whole place is always welcoming.
I was skeptical at first about “HOTWORX” but the workouts are great for me. I love how I feel from the “infrared heat” that somehow makes my muscles just feel better. In 15 or 30-minute sessions I definitely get gains. The app makes scheduling easy.

Going to HOTWORX is such an amazing experience every single time because of the awesome staff at this location! They take the time to get to know everybody personally on a first name basis and even warm up my sauna when I’m running behind. I look forward to working out because of the environment that they provide.

This place is great! It’s encouraged and allowed me to workout regularly for the first time since having kids, which is over 4 years ago. The fact that it’s open 24/7, has classes starting every 15 min, and the shortest class is only 15 min is exactly the flexibility I need as a mom. I’ve also seen great results since starting just a little over 3 months ago. Highly recommend!

This is great!!! I have been going to Orangetheory for five years consistently and wanted to add some different workouts to my routine and this is the place! I love that the workouts are in a sauna you sweat six times the amount you would sweat in a normal gym workout. I was hesitant to try it, but I am so happy I did!

There are nine Isometric Sessions; including YOGA, PILATES, CORE, BUNS, ISO, WARRIOR, BARRE NONE, STRETCH, & BANDS. They have "gym basics" too; including CYCLE, ROWING, & ELLIPTICAL. All of these in a SAUNA. The FX ZONE is another favorite of mine, it inludes BATTLE ROPES, EXERCISE BALL, BALANCE BALL, FUNCTIONAL TRAINER WEIGHT STACK with MULTIPLE CABLE ATTACHMENTS, FREE WEIGHTS 5 POUNDS - 50 POUNDS, WEIGHTED MEDICINE BALLS, ETC. If you’re anxious about joining a public gym, this is the one for you! HotWorx cracked the code for a comfortable workout experience. The saunas are small, dark, and private. The instructors are all virtual. In return you don’t have to be perceived by 50 other people in a warehouse type environment with industrial fluorescent lighting. They even have an area for free weights! Twice the workout. Half the time! Staff at the GB location is super friendly! Highly recommend!

I've been to several HotWorx locations, Gulf Breeze is awesome! Debbie/Grace are so helpful and supportive for any fitness level & the best workout of my life (I've been weight lifting for years, and have not seen or felt results this quick ever). This is just what I needed to build long muscle, detox and shred down. It's also easy on my joints which is important because I have scoliosis. Highly recommend!!!!
