I absolutely love HOTWORX! I started my journey on August 29, 2024, focusing on infrared hot stretch, and the results have been incredible. Having been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my left hip, I used to deal with constant pain and inflammation, but since incorporating HOTWORX into my routine, the pain has significantly reduced, and the inflammation is going down!

My experience with this gym was not good. I asked to pause the membership, I was told I can do it for 3 months November, December and January they charged me $9.63 a month for the pause. December 29 I called asked to cancel. They asked I go in person to cancel. Once there to cancel I’m informed No, you need to reactivate the account at $59 mo for another 3 months then cancel. Why reactivate a membership that I’m not using?
Thankfully my bank and back up payment method agreed with me and canceled my account.
