I love HOTWORX so much!! It is always clean and good energy. I love being able to work out on my own privately but also have the ability to work out with a partner. I saw so many great benefits working out in the 4 months of my membership. I love the 24/7 hours and the unlimited workouts. The manager Karia is amazing patient and kind. I joined HOTWORX back in 2021 and really enjoyed not only working out there, but the friendly staff as well. However, recently time just would not permit me to work out there as much as I would like to. So instead of paying every month for a membership I am no longer using, on Wednesday, June 18th, I went to cancel my membership. But the lead TSA told me because she was about to go on break she could not help me and I had to wait for another TSA. I thought that was unprofessional and horrible customer service, she was literally right there, and the process only took five minutes. It’s as if she took me canceling my membership personally. For that reason alone, if I ever decide to join again, it will not be at that Pembroke Pines location

I created my membership less than 2 months ago and today when i go in to do my class it’s been taken by free guest passes. I assumed priority would be given to the paying member, but that was not the case. There were also no other rooms available and i therefore did not workout. People around me in the gym also mentioned the same thing happening to them. This is unacceptable.

I was only contacted after I had already moved to the Miramar location to do a class because all saunas at Pembroke Pines were booked for the next hour. I didn’t leave without notice—I left because there were no options left to work out.

I’ve kept my membership because there are other HOTWORX locations closer to me that I still enjoy using, but I won’t be setting foot in the Pembroke Pines location again.

To be clear, I did not demand compensation—I merely suggested it, especially since HOTWORX often gives out free months when enough referrals are provided. If the company values new members with incentives, it should also value loyal, paying members who experience service failures.

And as for the claim that this was a one-time issue: that’s not accurate. A friend of mine who’s also a member experienced the same problem two more times at this same location. So unfortunately, this reflects a recurring issue—not an isolated event.

Respectfully, the solution here isn’t to dismiss concerns—it’s to improve management.

I reluctantly joined, paying $250 for a towel and mat, and a monthly fee, only to discover that freezing my account, which I was assured was an option, requires a three-month waiting period. Now pregnant and unable to utilize my membership, a two-month freeze won't alleviate my predicament. While businesses need to generate revenue, constructing a system that compels individuals to pay for an unusable membership feels unethical. The fact that you can reserve the free weights area and have it all for yourself is a big advantage over other commercial gyms. Hotworx is one of the greatest fitness facilities ever. After my free trial, I instantly became a member. There are so many great benefits to being a member, like 24 hour access to the saunas and weight room. I love that I can make it fit my crazy schedule NO MATTER WHAT. The different workout types allow you to give your body what it needs. The staff is extremely friendly. Jackie, the manager, is super friendly and extremely helpful. I have been able to lose over 60lbs by going to Hotworx every day and modifying my diet. They have a warrior for life with me :)

Best work out ever. Fast and effective. Water is super important to not dehydrate . Place is clean and staff is great. Wish they kept it at one person per room though, it certainly is doable given the monthly price. Still reasonable for what you you get, the sessions are solid and effective and you can turn the volume down and do your own thing. Love it

I came here because a friend was a Hotworx freak. I took my free trial and did a 45 min of Hot iso at 125°F and I loved it.

Nicole received me and gave me a tour. Everything neat and clean, you have your own sauna for yourself only to be shared with a closer friend or a family member. I liked the friendliness of the staff and how well they explained everything. Also the App booking system is really easy and what I liked the most, the versatility of the 24/7 system.

Doing a fitness challenge at work for the past month. This week bonus points were to try something new that you have never done so I gave HotWorx a shot. Wow, pretty great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful through the setup process. Get all cranked up to 130 degree in your infrared sauna and I tried the isometrics first. 45 minutes later I was soaked and felt great. Tried out the HIIT bike workout and that was intense in the heat. If you ever wanted to try a hot yoga or something like that i highly recommend trying out HotWorx. I was worried the sauna was going to have that super hot burn your nose and mouth feeling, but the infrared style is not like that at all. Get in there and try it!

I have been a member of Hot Worx Pembroke Pines since the pre-sale over a year ago. I really didn’t know what I was signing up for other than what I was reading on Facebook about this new concept in working out. When I heard that it reduced inflammation and produced collagen in the skin I was completely all in. I have been an avid member since then and have to say this is made such a difference in my life and my body...the owners are wonderful and they keep you motivated with monthly raffles and I have always felt safe in their clean, Covid conscious environment. My skin and joints have never felt better I am 52 years old and I feel like a spring chicken 😂
