We joined two weeks ago and we enjoy the ability to workout at any time of day. Especially feel safe knowing that UWFs security patrols the area at night. The work outs are terrific. I’m used to feeling sore a day or so after a hard workout, but something about the infrared and heat helps with post work out soreness.

I absolutely love the studio. I came from a big commercial gym that was over crowded and machines right on top of each other. I love the friendly and supportive environment and the staff. The owner is extremely personable and kind. My husband asked for more pieces for the cable machine and they got them! How kind! I’ve lost a lot of weight and love being able to work out alone. Everyone deserves to experience this level of intention.

Thought this would be a great location with the amenities offered. Neither website nor app had listed that the guest vip was an additional charge each time other than the first visit. Nor did it state You can only bring them during staffing hours - I don't get off til far after most days which is a big disappointment as the whole point was to bring my guest and have time for us both to get our burn on. Side note.. Saunas were much smaller than expected for more than one person to use for yoga - three spots are open for booking in each so be mindful.

Still waiting on the refund of a membership that lasted less than 24 hours. Bought it on the 11th called the next day (12th) to ask about the guest policy as I could not find it online. Had to go through my bank to dispute the charges even though I was repeatedly told they were on it and 24/48 hrs tops. Definitely makes you feel like you are just an income/ number.

This place is AMAZING!! If you have horrible joint pain and basically live on a heating pad then this place is for you!! The infrared sauna is the best thing ever and the workouts that you can do while inside the sauna are low impact. I’ve had quite a few surgeries that I’ve had alot of pain with and the only thing that really helps is heat, so if you’ve had problems with pains from falls or surgeries or you have arthritis I highly recommend you give this place a try. Plus you will probably lose a few pounds like I have, it melts off. You will not regret it!!

Can I tell how much I LOVE this gym?! I have never stuck with a workout plan before HOTWORX. I have joined multiple gyms and once I join I go for a few weeks and then stop. HOTWORX has motivated me to actually enjoy my workout and show up for myself. It’s relaxing, it helps me sleep better and I feel stronger.
