As a Sweat Elite member, I’ve visited multiple locations across the USA. I’m addicted to all the workouts at Hotworx and go even while traveling.

However, this location was not in good condition. It was very dirty, broken glass door, and floor coming up. Hair all over in the sauna floors, equipment dirty, etc. Also, they won’t leave the remotes in saunas for volume control, claiming they will melt, which isn’t true because other saunas in other states have them inside. The volume was too loud in some of the HIIT classes I did and I was unable to lower it to a comfortable level.

Staff were friendly and the workouts are great, but I wouldn’t pay to go to this location.

I have been a member for a while but finally took my first hot cycle class tonight. )I was a little nervous about the “hot” part). Well….to make a short story even shorter, I completed my 15 minute session and even got my picture taken to be added to the warrior wall. I feel great and can’t wait to try other classes. Want to give a shout out to Payton and Edwin (two of the staff members here) who were very helpful and encouraging. And yes…..you may refer to me as “Wendy the Warrior”

So glad I joined hot worx! The Port Saint Lucie location is so clean and nice, I would say I probably go 3-4 times a week! The staff is super nice and if you’re looking for a good sweat, this is the spot for you!!

My experience at hotworx has been life changing, not only do I feel more motivated to continue through my day after each workout, but the 24hour availability makes it so easy to book your sessions online to accommodate everyone’s schedules I’ve only been a member for 2 weeks and enjoy it every time. I can already feel my body changing and feel myself building more endurance the more I work harder. Can’t wait to see huge results in a few months.

This has been a total game changer for my fitness journey. The infrared sauna workouts make me sweat like never before, and I always leave feeling detoxed, energized, and accomplished. The variety of sessions from hot yoga to hot cycle and buns keeps things fun and challenging. The studio is spotless, the staff is friendly and supportive, and I love that I can book sessions around my schedule.
