Everything about this place is amazing. Everything is clean and you’re not crowded like in a normal gym. After every workout, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and energized. I love that only 3 people are allowed in each sauna. It definitely made me way more comfortable on my first day. If you’re on the fence about it, go try it out! You’ll LOVE it

Working out in the sauna is definitely different, But in a good way!
Some of the techniques they do, will have ypy working out different muscle groups that you haven’t in a long time, which is what I really like about it. Worth trying out!

Hotworx has been a GAME CHANGER for me! I started this in hopes of just trying something new with my cousin #bestie, and let me tell you I really do enjoy it! What I love the most is it is cost effective compared to most memberships at other gyms, and you definitely get a workout whichever class you choose. This place is awesome. It's open 24 hours every day so you can easily fit workouts into your schedule. The virtual instructors make my experience happy and positive. I have tried almost all of the exercises offered and they give you modifications if you can't quite do it the way they do. Do you sweat? Absolutely!! But I enjoy every it very much

Buyer beware. If u have a medical reason and or job loss even within the first week of joining you are responsible for over $100 in cancellation fees. I have joined and left Peloton many times the last 5 years and never paid a penalty. Im going back to that. I had a severe migraine, worse one of my life going here. Even though I hydrated well. And also was in between jobs. Still had to pay to cancel. You also have to pay for their mat and towel. I put so much money into two sessions I could have paid 6 months of membership elsewhere for same amount with no penalties.

This is an amazing facility and great location! Signing up for HOTWORKX in Wesley Chapel was such a PERFECT decision. I love how it’s located in the mall and the fact that it’s open 24 seven is great because there are security guards on location. They both are very knowledgeable about fitness and about the benefits you gain from the infrared heat! Not only that they also add so much value with the different challenges each month which are so fun, the boot camps where you have the ability to win prizes, and shop at discount with some of their partnerships. Do not give them your credit card! Cancellation is a never ending headache and the charges keep coming. Very unprofessional owners who are not available or equipped to handle their business directly with customers and rely on inexperienced staff to convey messages. Some staff is very nice & friendly, but the owners are lacking. There’s a lot of competition out there, so spend your money elsewhere.

I love this gym! You can’t beat the versatility in workouts, sauna space, and the 24 hour access!
On top of that the owners are the best and truly care about their members. They personally worked with me when I fell behind on a month and were very accommodating and understanding.

The vending machines are stocked with the best snacks and supplements, the studio is always clean and there is almost always a slot open for the time you need it.

I ended my membership because i was moving to an another state. Today They charged me 100$ to end my membership. I really didn't understand it because I asked when i started the membership if they have a fee for cancelation and they said NO to me, because i didn't want to lose my money. You have to be in person because you need to sign in person if for any reason you leave the gym. I went there and i ask to see if there were another way to lose less money, and they said not to me. Paid 2 monts=120$ or paid 100 immediately. So sad because i really enjoyed be part of hotwork.
