Stopped in on a whim just wanted to learn about the offering and was pleasantly surprised to learn about all the benefits of this type of workout. We spoke with Eric, he was extremely kind and knowledgeable and gave us all the info we needed to feel comfortable booking on the spot. I highly recommend at least coming to check this place out. It seemed really clean, well kept, and all the staff there seemed really friendly. Pricing was also very reasonable month to month or 6month/1 year offerings were actually fair value for money.

“I am deeply disappointed with HOTWORX Winter Garden, FL (16045 New Independence Pkwy). Six months ago my wife (the account holder) canceled her membership and paid the required $105.44 fee, with a guarantee from the staff member (Amanda) that no further charges would follow.
However, we recently discovered recurring charges of $37.28 on her credit card each month since that cancellation. When confronting the studio, we were told she should have signed for the “other user” a requirement never disclosed. After cancellation, both names were removed from the system, and we lost access entirely.
This is unfair and clearly misleading. The contract terms were not clearly explained, and front desk staff seem to lack proper training. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charges, a definitive closure of the account, and assurance that this will not happen to other customers.

Leaving after almost three years since I was approached by a staff person saying I could not sweat at the sauna, only if I use a towel to not drop on the floor. Well, never saw this. The slogan is Sweat. My plan is Sweat Basic. Sauna was designed to.... sweat. Nonsense.
The equipments are getting old and new staff is not prepared to handle issues. They don't have a cleaning staff like a regular gym, so, we rely only in our personal hygiene. And, I was the only one to clean before using and after finishing the sessions.
Never more this place and I will not accept you fee for cancelations since you practically kicked me out of the gym today. By the way, I put a freeze for 40 days so now you still want to charge me 99?? Noway.
I already sent emails to Hotworx and this unit in particular.
Do not do this to other customers, it is a very bad approach.

This place started off good, and it progressively downgraded. There’s machines that have been broken for weeks and they still haven’t been fixed them after many of us have brought it to the their attention. Sucks paying just to come and have to inspect each machine to make sure you don’t injure yourself.
I also truly believe each room should only be 2 people, otherwise you’re uncomfortably working out trying not to hit the person next to you. Truly disappointed with this place.

Fast forward to the very end of Dec 2024 and now 2025. Things have shifted in a less than positive experience and it's no disrespect. Just sharing an honest review of a different perspective. In my humble opinion, it was noticeable that the worker I once spoke to, Bri, was new and displayed a lack of customer service experience. She was quick to speak and react, but in a way that wasn't comfortable. The manager, Veronica did not ever return with a (follow-up) phone call to clear any misunderstandings or to allow me to express my concerns. Instead, some info was relayed from her worker and the manager responded to me via text. It came across as impersonal and dismissive. I felt de-valued especially in that moment. The interactions were unprofessional and showcased the inability to welcome and make someone feel comfortable in wanting to ask questions to talk our situation through. The young worker rushed me through the call and didnt listen, which diminished trust. I lost my faith and respect for the relationship with Hotworx. And all it took was one day. The Winter Garden (Hamlin) location lost our business.

We are now back as Hotworx Sweat Everywhere members and stepped foot into the Hamlin location for the first time in awhile. Two ladies were at the front entrance counter and didn't look up nor acknowledge either me nor my husband. They didnt even know who we were either. Even when leaving, there was no goodbye, or "thank you" as it used to be in the past. It confirmed our reasoning to sign up at a different Hotworx location! I do miss the quality interactions from the past. The relationships and friendships in Winter Garden (Hamlin) are different. Thanks so much to Matt and Eric who are still there. They have always been kind. Aside from this, we still love the business model and effective workouts!!

The owners are so humble and friendly. Our experience with every staff member including the owner's son has been phenomenal. Service is the best and it makes everything much more pleasant to want to come in. My husband and I are so blessed by Hotworx and all it has to offer. The workout sessions are so effective, low impact, and fun! We come out feeling powerful after each time. After just a few days, we already saw positive results! The different variations are great and the fact that the location is open 24/7 makes it so convenient for our lifestyle with 3 kids. It smells so amazing and its so clean inside too! My new favorite place to workout is Hot Worx! I tried my first complimentary class today. Bri answered all my questions and made the process to become a member very easy. I'm excited to have my family try it out and will be telling all my friends as well. I love the extra health bonus of working out in an infrared sauna. The variety of classes to choose from is fantastic and the flexibility of times as well as being open 24 hours gives me no excuse to not get in my workouts!

I’ve loved this place, and Lake Nona’s location for a couple years now- but please, please, please do something about the locked toilet paper situation. 1-ply toilet paper when one is as sweaty as humanly possible AND is locked to only get 1 square every turn is rather degrading. Hamlin and Lake Nona are in such nice areas with well paying guests who deserve better in my opinion.
My other issue is thunder row machines are sometimes uneven with their water levels, making for ineffective workouts which is frustrating. I’ve left notes overnight when this has happens because I couldn’t use the machines effectively.
Other than that, great facilities. Well stocked and always clean and tidy. Nice employees. I like the giveaways too!

Came in for the free workout, did the hot yoga, loved the sweat I got from it! Came back the next day to try a harder intensity and again loved it! Definitely worth checking out ! Also loved the PRIVACY

Signed up for a free session with my wife and we loved it. Eric helped us with everything. It was very smooth. We downloaded the Hotworx app, went over booking and cancellations, how to unlock the door, etc. We also bought our towels and yoga mats. Everything was really streamlined and awesome!

Everything was awesome. It was very hot. I had two coaches. I had my wife and the lady on the screen coaching me through the entire thing so I feel like I was being bossed at home and it was actually great. We did a good workout. I’m dripping right now and sweat is the day after April fool so I’m not kidding. I really enjoyed my workout and I’ll be back because I have been here every day this month. Thank you.

I had been curious about Hotworx for a while and decided to stop in and register for my free introductory class. WOW! What an awesome experience.

Eric gave me a complete tour and explained everything all while making me feel very comfortable. After completing my class in my private sauna I immediately signed up.

-I love that there are so many different class options
-I love that I have my own personal sauna
-I love that I can control the temperature, lighting and volume
-I love that I can workout ANYTIME
-I love that the workouts are short but I’m burning a ton of calories

If you are interested I would say to definitely go by and check it out!

It was my first time going to this studio. Right off the bat I was impressed by the warm welcome and how clean and secure it is. There is a lock on the door so only members can access the studio which is great! You can adjust your own temperature in the sauna and go at your own pace. The classes are all by yourself or with two people you would like to choose to come with you. It gives a sense of privacy. Highly recommend for an affordable workout!! 💓

Love working out here! Individual saunas so you can work out privately. You can adjust the volume, lighting & temperature also. I love that I can do short workouts whenever I choose. Very convenient & easy to fit into a busy schedule. The people are nice and helpful. Give it a try!
