Morgan is the best personal trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Before the session, he is professional and punctual, even when you're secretly hoping for a day off. During the session he is knowledgeable and flexible, tailoring an individual workout on the fly. Best of all, this happens in the convenience and comfort of your own home away from the gym instagrammers, though he is also open to outdoor and gym sessions. Exercising is not my hobby by any means, but Morgan is able to keep up on discussions about gaming, anime, and music so every session is tough yet fun. Highly recommend.

I first met Bianca in Stretch class on Tuesdays. When this stopped in summer I decided to try training in the gym( a place I had never entered)! Bianca was amazing … she understood my weak areas, paid attention to how different machines and weights affected me. I have been attending Zumba with Donna for about two years. She is great at creating a fun and inclusive environment while making sure we are all safe. Unlike other Zumba classes, this class is held outside under the gazebo in Tradition overseeing the retention pond. It is a great way to incorporate the outdoors into your work out or to step up your work out with a little bit of that Florida heat. Be sure to bring water because you will be sweating. But you will be having a great time too.

H360 came to our community in June of this year and has made such a positive impact to the residents here, the energy they’ve brought to the daily classes is palpable; with everyone smiling afterward and saying how amazing they feel afterward. I’ve been working with Briana, one of their personal trainers, and in just 5 sessions, I’m feeling tremendous improvement in my overall abilities. Briana tailored my workouts directly to my evaluation, which was quite thorough and very accurate. She explains every exercise in terms of what muscle we’re working and how it benefits my overall fitness and has improved my form significantly. It seems I have been doing much of my weight training incorrectly over the years, and the changes Briana recommended have made an amazing difference in my ability to perform with both free weights and machines. As I’ve progressed, she has added new components to my workouts to get me to the next level. I’m absolutely thrilled to have Briana as my trainer, she’s so attentive, positive and encouraging that I look forward to my time at the gym with her and come away feeling energized and happy after every session. We laugh and have fun all along the way, too; what could be better than that? Give H360 a try, you’ll be glad you did!

They are both amazing. My rating for both is 11 out of 10. Jamie really listens to what I want and need to reach my goals and always delivers it. She is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job giving instruction and feedback. She always answers my tons of questions. And to top it off, she has a lovely personality and is funny. She is the consummate trainer and coach. I've worked with lots of coaches and no one compares.
Shannon conducts her classes in a way that makes everyone feel good about themselves. She keeps it light and fun. Shannon is high energy and always positive. It's contagious. She offers alternatives for those with injuries and is very knowledgeable. She lets you know what muscules you're working on, which I find very helpful. Hustle 360 is one of the best fitness companies I've had the opportunity to use. Their menu of options and professional trainers are great.

I broke my collarbone late last fall,
and although I finished my rehab PT, I realized that I had lost a lot of my strength and balance, so I needed to do more work.

Hustle paired me up with the trainer who was most appropriate to work with me.

Now comes to the highlight of this review. My trainer, Gabby, is absolutely amazing. She understands clients' needs and works with them closely to help achieve their goals. She is beyond knowledgeable and sets individual plans suited to your needs. You'd be lucky to train with Gabby, and I highly recommend her.

Rich is a fantastic trainer! He keeps challenging me and is knowledgeable enough to modify exercises when needed. His enthusiasm and sense of humor (coupled with a love for 80’s music) keeps me laughing even when I’m tempted to curse him for adding that one last set.

My favorite instructor's is Shannon is my favorite instructor for several different classes: Core Sculpt, Stretch & balance and Aqua class! Motivating to get me off the coach and moving. I take 8 classes a week at Hustle360. All the instructors are great. Chair Yoga(2), Pound, AquaFit(3) and Stretch and Balance(8). The one instructor I have to call out is Shannon. Since January 2024, I’ve been attending Hustle Training 360 bootcamp classes at Arden, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Michelle Sullivan is the absolute best of the best fitness trainers. I had a lot of negative past experiences with personal trainers, which prevented me from having one. I also didn’t go to the gym, partly due to the trainers and being overwhelmed and scared of the entire gym process as a beginner. I decided to see what everyone was talking about on Facebook, and give bootcamp a try. I nervously walked into the gym, which took a lot for me to do. I saw the bootcamp centers, which totally scared me. However, Michelle took my hand and showed me what to do with each center. When bootcamp started, she carefully watched all of us and modified as needed. She was so positive and uplifting. Michelle created an atmosphere of positive energy, and a willingness to learn and gently push yourself. From that day, I attend Tuesdays and Thursdays bootcamp with Michelle, and she still shows me “the ropes” before class to help ease my fears! She didn’t have to do that and I didn’t ask her to. She just wanted me to feel comfortable before class and before the others came in. Since starting bootcamp a few months ago, I now moved on to personal training one on one with Michelle. Today was my first 5am on a Monday morning with her! I am beyond excited for this new journey and owe it all to Michelle! I would’ve never felt comfortable enough to do all this without her!!
