I started here back in May with a pole party that a coworker set up. I loved it and wanted to keep learning. After two rounds of beginner courses I was hooked. The instructors are fantastic, reassuring, and very helpful with giving variations if you aren’t ready to do certain moves yet. There’s a strong focus on how to enter and exit moves safely and there is an abundance of knowledge that they have and share to help on your journey.

There’s a little something for everyone. My personal favorites are the tricks classes and stretching/mobility classes, but I’ve also taken some of the more dance oriented classes and those are also very fun and rewarding.

10/10 would recommend this studio. It’s like a second home, everyone wants to see each other get to where they want to be and cheer each other on as we’re learning new things.

I’ve taken some lessons here and recently hosted a ladies night out party with them and I always have such a great time! It’s definitely a great workout and I’m amazed at what I’m capable of after just a month of lessons once per week! It’s very empowering! The staff is wonderful and I love meeting other ladies too! Even if it isn’t something you think you could do or would even want to do, I highly recommend just trying it!

Last night, we celebrated my best friend's Bachelorette party and it was so much fun. Booking with Sarah was so easy and communication was amazing. We got to make our own Playlist, they had a money gun, some decorations and champagne waiting for us after. Samantha the instructor was so nice and helpful. I booked the Diva Bachelorette private pole class here for my birthday to celebrate with a group of friends. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole booking process. Our instructor was amazing! Super patient and pleasant! I went through a 4-week beginner course and loved it. Simone is a great teacher! She makes everyone feel welcome. For context, I have no strength in my arms/shoulders and I don't work out regularly, so I was nervous whether I can handle any pole tricks.

Impulse Pole Studio in Brandon at the Winthrop Center is hands down the best investment I have made in myself. I took my first class 8 going on 9 years ago. The time flies. My best friends were made at Impulse. I got the best motivation to take care of myself, mentally and physically, at Impulse.

The classes are small and the instructors are so knowledgeable! All of the instructors break the moves down. This space is a no judgement space. I found a community of people who were ready to support me in what ever direction i wanted to take my pole dancing: from competition to freestyle dance to a place to let off some steam and get away from my normal life.

I have a Titanium Rod in my back from scoliosis. Impulse Pole Studio made safety a priority from the very beginning. Their high safety standards are what brought me to this studio! I have the ability to really harm myself because of the rod in my back. I have never harmed myself in a class and I have taken a lot over my 8 year Pole career; from heads up tricks to high advance tricks, i felt safe and comfortable going at my pace.

Had a private lesson with Gemma. It was only $203 for the hour split between 6 of us and we even had champagne! Booking with Sarah the owner was so easy too. The girls and I were not that great at learning, but we had a blast trying! We definitely laughed about it over dinner.

Impulse pole dance gave me my very first best pole dancing class experience with my cousins it was worth every penny. I’m happy I was able to celebrate my 24th birthday with impulse the music, the vibe was just everything. If you don’t have Rhythm they will make sure you leave with leave with a little something 😁. But I would recommend to anyone and I would love to do it again.

Yesterday marked 2 years that I have been happy to say that I have been a part of the Impulse Pole family. It took 2 years to get the courage to take a class. I stereotyped thinking I could never do this, all the girls would have flawless bodies in amazing shape that I could never compete with at my age. Well, I was proven wrong! The owner and staff couldn’t be more professional and motivating!! There are women there of all ages, levels, sizes that rally around each other to support each other to help reach your goals. There are classes for all levels and the instructors will give you variations to fit your comfort level. Joining Impulse is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I am proud to be a part of this phenomenal group of women and at 60 I’ve never felt more confident and stronger than ever! I highly recommend Impulse Studio to anyone!

From the first time I stepped into this studio I felt a sense of support. Never having done pole before I was a bit nervous and self-conscious but Jeannie (my instructor) was amazing! I started with the beginner session which helped me learn and understand all the basics. I definitely recommend those sessions if you’re new to pole. Outside of trainings there are a variety of classes, from dance to tricks. I’m SO glad I found this gem!

It might seem scary to take that first class, but I'll tell you now that I'm so happy I did it. This is my anniversary month. Even though I've been distracted (life, right?) and am not as far along as I'd like, I've received nothing but support from the lovely instructors at Impulse. It was great! Sara was our instructor and she was very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and fun. It was my birthday and a group of friends and I attended and she definately made it memorable. The class was so much fun and she took lots of pictures and videos of us. She also gave me a cute little goofy bag at the end. She kept her mask on and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. I am a student at impulse pole dance in Brandon Florida. My teacher/instructor is Jennie and she is absolutely fabulous! She really helps her students to excel at all they are learning. Jennie breaks each and every step down so it is not overwhelming . Her love and passion for pole is seen in each and every class. Recently had a ladies night Christmas party at Impulse and it was great!! Our group had a private link to pay ahead of time which was great as the organizer to not have to pay for everyone myself and then collect money. The venue was decorated super cute and in theme! We had a table where we could bring in drinks and snacks for the party and that saved us a ton! Our playlist was played throughout the party and we learned 2 fun routines. Jeannie was a great instructor and guided us through such a fun class! Would totally be booking again for next year!

I’ve taken 2 classes here so far and it’s been so great to learn new tricks and be around the girls who encourage one another to have fun no matter what level you are!!! I took Jeannie’s classes and she really strives to make everyone feel very comfortable, safe, and teaches you the proper techniques in order to achieve the best results. During each class they do a warm up and cool down for flexibility and blood flow. I highly recommend this place no matter what level you are! I guarantee you won’t regret it! :)

You won't find a more accepting, more caring, better group of ladies than the ones at Impulse Pole Dance. The teachers are awesome and very helpful, the studio is clean, has pretty decorative lights, and very tall poles. If you're debating trying out this studio, do yourself a favor and go for it. I tried it on a whim years ago and have stuck with them all this time.

The studio is always clean, your space is always reserved and you leave feeling confident and strong. The routines are different and fun.
