As a client of Elizabeth's for the past few months, I can confidently say that she is an exceptional personal trainer. From the very first session, her professionalism and expertise have been evident. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and exercise science and incorporates physical therapy techniques into every workout, ensuring that the exercises not only build strength and endurance, but also promote proper form and injury prevention. Her ability to explain the purpose and benefits of each exercise in detail is impressive - I always leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of how my body is working.

Even more impressive is Elizabeth's ability to create varied, engaging workouts that challenge me without feeling overly difficult. She has an incredible talent for utilizing the minimal at-home equipment I have to design workouts that are both effective and enjoyable. I never feel bored (which usually happens quickly for me) or plateaued, as she is constantly coming up with new routines to keep my body guessing.

Elizabeth's coaching style is incredibly motivating, yet subtle. She has a way of pushing me just beyond my comfort zone without ever making the workout feel arduous or unmanageable. After moving to the area and taking on remote work, I began to gain weight due to the work’s sedentary nature. I was looking for a personal trainer with the initial goals of strengthening my upper body and losing weight. I chose Elizabeth based on her positive reviews, the fact that she travels to meet clients at the locations that work best for them, and her familiarity with the area. After we met for an initial session, I gravitated towards her based on her clear fitness knowledge and calm demeanor.

As a trainer, I’d say that her knowledge, flexibility, and adaptability are her strongest suits - if I have any questions about exercises, including proper form, which muscle groups are used, what alternative exercises can be done if a particular exercise is uncomfortable, or what stretch can be done if that muscle stiffens up or cramps, she always has answers at the ready and those answers have always worked for me. As a result, I have felt a continuous increase in my strength over the course of my time with her. Any concerns that I share with her are clearly heard and validated. In addition, if I want to adjust my training to account for entirely different muscle groups, she is fully prepared to adjust as well. After I chose to take on a new hobby with a physical component, I wanted to adjust my training to add leg work, and the dynamic of my sessions has changed comfortably to account for that. She pays clear attention to her clients’ goals and interests.

As a person, I would describe Elizabeth as friendly and funny. We crack jokes with each other between sets, or even during them, depending on the intensity at the time. When I meet with her, I look forward to having a tough workout that targets my goals and doesn’t feel overwhelming. Sessions follow a clear progression of warming up at the beginning, doing the most intense workouts at peak warmth, cooling down, and ending with stretching of the worked areas, which is a great way to help with post-workout stiffness. Overall, I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone seeking a personal trainer, but do not thrive under the “drill sergeant” mentality.

Upon meeting Elizabeth, i got a friendly and open impression of her. I would describe Elizabeth as an open minded, high energy, positive personality. The fact that Elizabeth is so short and petite, made me not even associate her with being so tough and challenging. But she sure served me with the toughest workout I ever had! My expectations for the first training were, that i learn how to workout efficiently and to get my body used to working out again. What suprised me, is that even though we sticked to more of a simple training, i still got to use alot of my muscles and could really feel the burn🤩🔥. What i like most about training with her, is that she pushes me but at the same time pays attention to what works for me. When I first contacted Elizabeth about being my trainer, she was so friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. She went into details on the many ways she would help me reach my fitness goals. Upon meeting her, she was welcoming and had the most bubbly personality, which I love. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but her professionalism was unmatched. She is very educated in her field and seem to genuinely care about my health and fitness desires.

Due to how nice Elizabeth is, I did expect her training to be a little lax but in all honesty she's a sweet and rough cookie. I got a workout I was not expecting. She pushed me harder than I thought I could. She took details to my specific problems areas and created workouts based on them. I would say she exceeded my expectations with her way of training. I like that it was personalized around my fitness level, goals, eating habits and body shape.

I am already slim but a little puggy in the mid section plus a little soft in my lower body so my fitness goals are to tone my legs, butt and gain abs. From the beginning, she targeted these areas in ways my body was not used to. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do those workouts without her expertise. Before each training she would use a massage gun on my body to warm up my muscles, sort of like stretching. Doing so allowed my workouts to be smoother and safer on my muscles.

During my first training with Elizabeth, she discovered I have a slight balance issue so for my second training she started to implement exercises to increase my balance while still focusing on my main concerns. I love that she took attention to details when training me. It definitely shows how much she cares and wants to see my improvement. I can honestly say that I see a difference from just a few trainings with Elizabeth than I've seen working out for months on my own.

After each training sessions, I've felt sore but also confident in how great of a workout I had. I wouldn't change anything about the way Elizabeth trained. I am glad I found her and look forward to more trainings with her in the future.

I have been working with Elizabeth since July of last year. I really like her a lot. She is incredibly knowledgeable about strength training, nutrition, etc. I have learned so much for her regarding proper form and how to focus certain exercises to shape the body in specific ways.

I had worked with a trainer in the past at the gym. She was JOCK like and I always felt intimidated, was always skipping my sessions. However, with Elizabeth; she comes to the gym at my house and she has a really great personality. We meet 2x a week, we clicked from day one and I rarely had to cancel a session!

My goal was to train with weights to lose weight. In the time I have worked out with her, I have toned and lost weight. In fact I went from size 6/8 jeans to 2/4. I went to Europe for 2 months and didn’t gain any of it back!

Elizabeth is great! She’s quirky, fun, and energetic. She’s excellent at communicating and can ask the tough questions without making you feel like you’re being put on the spot or judged. She’s always sweet and complimentary and will make you feel good about yourself and comfortable around her, but she can also be tough when she needs to be. It can’t be easy to ask people to continue to hold a plank while they’re shaking and their face is contorted with pain! I think it’s her tactful communication that makes it easy for her to push her clients to get a thorough workout without being overly forceful. She doesn’t have to bark orders like a football coach to get me to give my all during each exercise.

My fitness goals were to get really muscular and lean, and Elizabeth revolutionized the way I think about muscle development. She approaches each workout like she has X-ray vision. She’d tell me about muscles I never even knew existed and how to work them out. There were very subtle differences in the angles and the nature of the movements (for example, “pushing down” instead of “dropping”) that I would’ve never have noticed the difference between on my own, but my muscles sure noticed the difference! Everything was incredibly targeted. I felt it while I worked out, but I first realized how amazing she was at what she does after my first session. I could visibly see how whatever particular muscles she focused on stay pumped up for a surprisingly long time after the workout, and how they stood out even from the muscles right next to them. She has mastered her art to such a degree that every workout has a laser-like precision to it. You have to see it to believe it. Another way this was evidenced to me was how she would pay attention to the positioning and movements of every part of my body, even when doing a targeted workout. Whether I was doing a glute, bicep, or oblique exercise, she would instruct me on how far my legs should be apart, where and how my spine/neck should be bent, where I should feel tightness and where I shouldn’t, how to breathe, etc. I’m no slouch; I’ve worked out consistently my whole life. But I had been playing tic tac toe and Elizabeth introduced me to chess.

She’s very energetic, and her energy is contagious. But the way she coaches is also kind of relaxing. She has an air of professionalism that makes you feel like top-performance is assumed. There’s no exhorting you to try harder or any forcefulness to it. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, so you feel compelled to follow every instruction to the tee. She has the friendly, non-threatening demeanor of a golden retriever, so it’s a lethal combination! You’ll get the workout of your life, and it’ll feel totally casual. Another thing I really liked about her coaching style is that she does not shy away from asking or answering questions. She asked a lot of questions to get an understanding of how I felt about things, to make sure I was comfortable with what we were doing and what I hoped to get out of each session. Conversely, for any question I asked her, she seemed to have an answer for it top of mind. She has a deep understanding of exercise science that her clients probably can’t even fully appreciate. She has layers and layers of knowledge on the subject. From the basic, relevant, chemical functions in the body; through to all the complexities of muscular-skeletal anatomy; to sleep, diet, and the other interrelated processes around muscle growth; and the exact exercises to meet any fitness goal, Elizabeth is a walking encyclopedia for it all.

I first found out about Elizabeth through here on Google reviews. I chose her because I could relate to her story, and I just had a feeling that I should just give it a shot. And I'm glad I did! At first I wasn't expecting much, I thought, how much of a workout can this really be? I have no equipment and live in a small condo. Well, let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations in every way. She always brought equipment for the day and would always be early. After every session I would feel like I had a great workout, and I felt stronger each week! She is funny, cool, and no matter what level you are at, you will feel comfortable to give it your all. She goes above and beyond to motivate you, and is great to talk to. I love the creativity and adaptability she brings to the table.
A bonus is after every session, she would make sure I stretch! She even has a massaging machine, I never really felt that sore after working out. That never happened before! I like that the workouts were different every day, and she would challenge me a little more each time. I am already noticing that I'm losing unwanted fat, and gaining muscle definition. I feel stronger and my clothes are fitting more nicely! Best of all, I'm starting to enjoy fitness again, which I haven't since I was a kid. I highly recommend her! Thank you Elizabeth! I was searching for a personal trainer because although I was going to the gym, I was not seeing any results. My google search led me to Elizabeth’s website. I called and we set up a telephone consultation. I was very impressed with her approach to training. She was interested in what I wanted to achieve and was very knowledgeable about my health concerns and injuries. We had our first sessions a few days later. She offered valuable advise and modifications in training based on my body! With our subsequent training sessions, she has worked with me on my form, balance, breathing and endurance. I love that she sends reminders about sessions and current health information. So far I have become much more confident in my exercise routine, improved endurance and strength. Elizabeth has taught me patience with myself, mindfulness with my eating and nutrition. I look forward to our training sessions, always different and always moving to the next level.

I always enjoyed fitness and health but never truly made it a priority in my life. A year ago I was in a terrible car accident that left me immobile for 2 months and in physical therapy for 6 months. After physical therapy ended I was eager to find a trainer who would posses as much knowledge and care. After trying a few different trainers I was ready to accept that no one would be quite as attentive. Then I found Elizabeth. I was really motivated by everything her website said, as well as what her clients shared about their experiences. From the first day we trained, I could immediately tell she cared and wanted to understand everything about me from my injuries to my strengths/weaknesses, my likes/dislikes, etc. Elizabeth not only gives you an intense and challenging, yet doable workout, she focuses on every part of your body while you are doing that workout, literally from your head to your toes. One of my main concerns was that my form isn't the greatest, especially on the leg that was injured. With Elizabeth I have the confidence to trust her to let me know if anything is off even by a hair. She will use her fingers and hands to guide you and show you exactly where each body part should be and what should stay contracted/relaxed. Elizabeth provides everything a complete workout should entail. She will do different warm up, breathing, and stretching techniques that are suiting to that particular workout. She will always take the time to demonstrate to you every workout and also go the extra step of explaining what that exercise is actually doing, what it's targeting and what you should be feeling. Elizabeth is truly everything one would want in a personal trainer. She is motivating and will push you to achieve your goals in the right way and continuously be mindful of your overall health and well being.

She is very precise and focused towards her clients and their workout. I have always admired her hard work and attentive behavior she has for her profession. Elizabeth is an excellent trainer that could bring out the most in your workout. After telling her what I want to improve on, she would immediately know an exercise plan for me to take. When I asked that we work on building my core strength and jumping power, she showed a variety of ab and leg exercises that engaged muscle groups that weren't normally built through my normal routine. I have been working out with Elizabeth for 2 months. After 20 years of working out with a variety of trainers and workout styles, I am very excited to find her. I am already seeing results in this short amount of time that I didn't always see after years of workouts with other trainers.
