Absolutely terrible. Restroom was always filthy but Miss Devon (alone) made going worthwhile. When she was suddenly replaced with Miss Jeannine, things got horrible. Jeannine did not supervise the small children in her class appropriately, causing very dangerous situations. For example, she allowed other children to run amok while my child was doing a roll. One kid ran into mine and mine got hurt. Jeannine ignored my crying child and we had to leave early because my child was so upset. When this issue was raised to the owner, she got defensive and refused to do anything. Instead "Jess," started to make unfounded claims about me and my 5 year old child. She also seems to have encouraged people to bully me on Facebook when I left a bad review on their FB page and gave at least one other customer my name and address (this complete stranger approached me in my yard saying she knew about me from IRGA).

Older children also do not seem safe at IRGA. On several occasions, I've seen them run amok on the equipment--even kids who aren't students--without any supervision. Some of the equipment looks like it's in disrepair (one even had a sign on it for weeks, but those unsupervised kids were still getting on it).

Safety seems to be their least concern. IRGA also promises one thing in writing then changes it a couple of weeks later because they apparently wanted to make more money by combining age groups inappropriately. In my experience, when you raise an issue, they either ignore you or become combative and defensive. They make you out to be the problem rather than taking responsibility. You do not get what you pay for. Take your child elsewhere.

Also, don't be fooled by the solicited reviews subsequently left here by the owner's pals and AN EMPLOYEE. They had no reviews the day I initially left my review. Then six new ones popped up within two days. These were all from newly created accounts that had never left any other reviews. It seems like they want to artificially inflate their ratings to fool you and get your money. Dishonest in the extreme!

My daughters love coming to IRGA. They are always having special activities for the kids and never turn anyone away. My daughter is a heavier child and they always work with her and build up her confidence. She leaves there smiling every time she goes! She won't ever be a competition gymnast... but she gets some exercise and is so happy when she is there. I can't ask for anything better than to see her all smiles when she accomplishes one of the flips or jumps. It means the world to me! Thank you guys for all of your hard work and patience!

Truly so happy to be part of Indian River gymnastics. I just recently moved from NY were i coached for 15 years. I did extensive research on every gym in the county as well as the owners back rounds in gymnastics. After meetung with Jess it was a no brainer and decided Indian River is exactly what i was looking for. Jess the owner is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of gymnastics. From preschool to upper level team she knows it all. Jess takes the time to get involved in each child enrolled in her gym. Most gym owners do not do that! All the coaches are properly trained and take the extra time know each childs personal needs.Your child will not only learn gymnastics, but other life skills. Your child will be giving tools to have more self confidence, build physical and mental awareness, and create long lasting friendships. I highly recommend this gym!!!!

Both of my girls go to this gym. Can't say enough great things about this place. My girls are 6 and 2 and look forward to class every week. All the teachers are qualified and have done gymnastics themselves. I highly recommend Indian River gymnastics for your children.

My daughter has been going here since she was 3 and is now 10. It has been the best thing for her. When she began she couldn't even do a cart wheel and is now level 6 on team due to the coaches pushing her. She's learned how to push her self and also how to have great work ethic! Love this gym! :)
