my favorite gym i have been to ever. great environment, coach’s are AMAZING!! when i had a injury the coaches and owners put my safety first and when i was starting to get back in they eased me in and made sure i was safe. i love the athletes so much at this gym, there like my second family!💗

If you want to be treated with disrespect by ownership and bullied by ownership or want to be on one of the NOT CHOOSEN teams this is the place for you! They select certain teams to give their attention to, they don't even show up at competition to watch most of their teams, they puts kids on teams that don't meet the skills simply because they are friends with the parents or are staff parents. This was a very good gym a few years ago and now is unraveling with so many kids up and leaving due to the horrible treatment by ownership, the good staff has leaving and more leaving soon. Wanting to be a top gym requires top leadership which this gym has not! Don't waste your money that they overcharge and your kids time, there are smaller gyms in the Jax area that charge mush less and give much more!

It’s amazing if you’re looking for an allstar gym, if you don’t want to do team cheer there is also classes and open gym. My 2 daughters have been going there for about 8 months and already working on a backhand spring & tuck and Aerial. Infinity is amazing, go here!

The gym is incredibly hot—no air conditioning. Parents have to sit outside on the sidewalk. The first time we went, there was a non-working toilet full of waste, and that was the only stall with toilet paper. One coach was on his phone a bunch during a private. However, coach Amaris was *amazing* and helped my daughter get her front walkover in one session.

We have tried the other All star gyms in the area and nothing compares to Infinity. I wish we would have come sooner. The staff is top notch always being supportive and helpful - they have really fun incentives for the athletes to do better and practice at home. The parents are kind to new comers and no matter what team you're on everyone wants to be supportive. We absolutely love our home away from home! 🩷

Literally watched my daughter get bullied at her tumbling practice today. Girls pushing her, skipping her in line, and parents and staff saying absolutely nothing. My daughter was to take a turn jumping on the tumbling track and I had to tell my daughter to tell the coach she didn’t get a turn. Then when it was time to take turns doing stations. At the station one of the students grabbed her and pushed her off when it was her turn. I had to get up and go ask the child to not touch my daughter and if they are suppose to be taking turns then that means my daughter goes too. Very disappointed in the parents who were all just sitting there looking. I do not fault the coach, he was amazing and was the only coach for this class so obviously he can’t see everything that happens. Ultimately l will be finding a different gym to take my daughter.

I am so upset and disappointed I the way my niece was treated at this gym. She is 7 years old and was treated horribly by the other kids and NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. She was being physically pushed around and to the side by the other little girls when it was her turn. The parents didn't speak up and the coach was occupied and didn't know what was happening. Im so hurt for my niece. If you are a person of color dont bring your child here

My eight-year-old daughter had a broken bone in her foot within two hours of arriving on her first day. We’ve previously used Infinity before and have been rather pleased. I’m even willing to consider the possibility that my daughter may have been doing something she shouldn’t have been, although I was under the impression that this was a structured program in which the children would be supervised and safe. However, rather than blame the company or the staff, we just accepted that this was an unfortunate accident and requested a refund since my daughter was present just long enough to break her toe. That was July 5th. The owner, Tracie, has not responded to a single email or phone call. No explanation of how the incident occurred. Nevertheless Infinity seems content to keep my payment for services not rendered as a result of an injury suffered while my daughter was apparently unsupervised. If anything goes wrong during your experience here, don’t expect them to try to make it right. Maybe they get enough business they don’t need to worry about the occasional mishap with someone's kid. If they had just done the right thing - apologized and refunded my payment - my opinion of the place would have been unchanged and we would have even used them again.

Extremely disappointed in this gym. I took my 4 year old daughter last night for a trial class for preschool tumbling and although she loved it, we will not be going back. During the 60 minute class the instructors were complaining about the pay (there were 3 instructors and only my daughter at the time) since it was considered a private lesson and they weren’t being compensated for that. They played on their phones, didn’t show her how to do any of exercises at all, just told her what to do, and were completely disengaged. She was jumping on equipment and I had to intervene because they were too busy gossiping. I would call the manger to complain, but they aren’t hurting for business so doubt they would care. When I left no one asked how it went, or did any sort of follow up. I know she’s in preschool, but I expected more.

My daughter is cheering and this is her 6th season at Infinity!! We absolutely LOVE this gym! They truly care about your child and the coaches give their all when coaching these teams! Being at this gym has taught my daughter so much, it’s much more than cheer! It’s about responsibility, teamwork, growth, and she’s so happy here! She loves the staff and her teammates like family! The owners go to great length to provide the best experience to your child! They are very involved in the gym and are there every single day! They take great pride in every aspect of the gym including providing a fun environment for your child! They offer Flip Flop Friday where you can drop your child off to enjoy lots of fun and pizza and they also offer camps during the breaks from school, all which are jam packed with lots of activities and fun!! I can tell you this much, we have made lifetime memories as a family and with all of our Infinity family and we look forward to many many more years of being a part of this amazing facility!!! Cynthia - what a rude customer representative to put in charge of your business! I enrolled my daughter in toddler gymnastics here because my cousin was teaching the class, paid the initial sign up charge and month with my american express. Less than 30 days later my cousin stopped working here so I removed her from the class and was told she would be removed from the system and I would not be charged anything additional. I recently checked my account statement and realized I have a $95 charge on the 2nd of every month from Infinity Allstars for the last 4 months ($380 total) - I called and spoke with Cynthia on the phone who told me that it would be around a week until I would hear back from them. When I asked her if she could please contact Tracy and have this issue resolved quicker as $380 is not a small amount to be charged for services that I didn't sign up for - she let me know not so kindly that Tracy would get to it when she gets to it.

With that being said I guess I will now contact American Express and dispute the charges directly rather than wait for them to "get to it when they get it". Coming from someone who manages a family business myself I can not imagine treating a customer like that. My daughter asked this morning to sign up for gymnastics, I was hoping to have a positive experience when I called and then enroll her to start again. Unfortunately after this experience with Cynthia I will most certainly be taking my business somewhere that will value the way they treat their customers.

The BEST most supportive gym in Jax!! My daughter has improved so much not only in tumbling, but infinity has helped strengthen her weaknesses like flexibility, the staff is phenomenal and everyone is so welcoming. My daughter has been cheering and dancing with Infinity for the past 4 years and it has been the most wonderful experience we could have imagined. This is our first experience with allstar cheer and it has so much fun and really exciting. The Inifinity coaches are caring and use positive reinforcement to make the cheer experience one that the kids can learn and grow from. The Infinity management is professional and family-oriented and always put the development of the girls as wholesome athletes first. The quality of the teaching and coaching staff is superb, and the cheer and dance teams have a great time competing and developing top-notch tumbling skills. Infinity is producing true all star athletes that can truly compete against any team nationally. Coaching is thorough and consistent from tinies through seniors. Very well organized. Very nice and informative support staff who can answer any question. Practices are focused and time is used wisely. They work. Skills are perfected. Girls feel like a true team and have a lot of pride and self confidence in their team and their team's abilities. They work as one. It is really something to see. They offer day camps when kids are out of school, summer camps,.open gyms, and on Friday nights a dropoff where they can play or work on their stunting or tumbling. Come to an open gym, the program speaks for itself, I am happy I did.

Our family became a part of Infinity Allstars 3 years ago when we were debating on leaving our current All-star gym. We originally came for a trial practice back in the day when the gym was off Mayport Road. We as parents were very skeptical about the move to a new gym, especially with such a far commute each day! Well....that all changed the minute we walked in the doors at Infinity. Everyone including the staff, the parents and even the other athletes were so inviting, kind and helpful. We have never once looked back and questioned the move. I can not say enough how much my daughter has excelled since joining the Infinity family, and that is exactly what Infinity is....it is a BIG family. Not only has my daughter excelled athletically, but she has gained self confidence as well as self respect through the lessons learned from the amazing coaching staff at Infinity. It is such a great feeling to know that they really, truly care about your child. I can not thank you all enough for welcoming us with open arms 3 years ago! We look forward to many more amazing years as part of the Infinity family! Thanks!!
