We attended a birthday party at IGG, and unfortunately, both of my children were accidentally hurt. Thankfully they’re okay now, but we did have to take them to the hospital as they were bleeding quite a bit.
What surprised me most was the lack of follow-up from the owners or management. The only person who reached out was a young woman working at the front desk and while I appreciated that she called, the conversation felt more like a required check-in than genuine concern.
As a business owner myself, I understand that accidents can happen, but how a company responds afterwards really matters. The lack of response felt unprofessional and frankly, a little tacky. A personal call from the owners or a simple, sincere message would have made a big difference and shown true care for their guests.

I attended the 2025 Spring Fling this was long and drawn out we were told the time would be from 10:30-11:30. This was not the case we left after 1:00! Need better organization. Suggestion: the beginning kids perform first ! Get their medals and are allowed to leave .Then proceed with the other levels. Warms up should not be during the event! This should be a 2 day event because it was too many people in this small place. I’m sure this violated the fire hazard policy.?

We’ve been going to the toddler class for the last year and I’ve had a great experience.
If any concerns arise, they are swift to implement changes and listen.
Highly recommend

I was excited and looking forward to my daughters joining IGG but unfortunately after bringing them in for a trial class I am having second thoughts. Upon arriving there were two people sitting behind the desk and it took for me to say something to them, as I was nonchalantly given instructions on what my daughters were supposed to do get ready for class. I watched my 5yr old stand alongside as her class moved to the gym floor only for me to call her over to where I was sitting and ask her why she hadn't joined the rest of the class. The young lady who started the class showed no initiative to make sure the 5yr old was in the correct place nor did she introduce herself to my child. As a former D1 scholarship athlete I understand the importance of building a solid foundation however the environment and coaching (doesn't matter the age) plays a tremendous part as well. To think I almost enrolled my girls into IGG before doing the trial class, I'm so glad I didn't, because I would have been even more disappointed and let down. When I am making an investment such as this (money & time) I expect a certain level of customer service and what I experienced with IGG staff was not it.

Wonderful place to bring children for after school, summer camp, or to train in gymnastics for competition. People there are great and care about the kids in their charge.

Not very impressed by the summer camp. It was way overpriced and both my girls came home saying the had no one instructing them. They were “free playing” most of the time. They didn’t learn any new skills. This was my decision on whether to sign them up for fall classes. Sadly I will not be wasting my money here again.

IGG has a great, bright facility. And their website is the best. It’s SO easy & informative, with real-time spot availability data for each class, which made it very easy to register our kids.

My kids have been attending IGG for the past 2.5-3 years. We love the coaches and staff there. They are like an extended family. I have recommended this facility to everyone I know and will continue to recommend them to anyone who ask.
My twins are both on teams and speak highly of their coaches. My son said “our coaches push us to do our best so that we can be the best”.

Both of my sons participate in the after school program and love it. They also enjoy open gym on Fridays. Coach Victoria along with the other staff and coaches are great!

We had high hopes, but ultimately decided to pull our daughter after 8 weeks. The coaches aren’t very fair or consistent. Our money will be better spent at another facility in town.
